    One dude was good his name was Christopher we had 4 different people wait on us. they didn't give us the right order, no straws in-till, we asked had to get ketchup from a old table. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for our food plus an extra 10-15 minutes to get the rest and they were dead. one waiter hung out with her friends the whole time didn't bring out the alcohol drinks we ordered the restrooms were not clean i had to pee and all the stalls were dirty and i had to plunge it to go. And didn't get napkins till the end. And we were charged for the messed up order that they threw away.

    This was the second time I have been here. We ordered and 45 minutes later the wings came out cold and wings were horrible. The manager Aubrie came out and said she would refund $1.00 and VERY rude. She explained she was there over 12 hours, not really our business or concern. She got in her car when we left and pulled mask down, pointed and laughed. The district manager came out and was just as useless!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!

    For a lunch time crowd it wasn't too busy, but it took over a half hour to get over food. And our food came out at completely different times for our family. My husband waited over 45 minutes. My wings - traditional - were over done and inedible. However, my husband and children were happy with food. And we were still charged full price for the food I did not eat. They did have a good kids menu that my children enjoyed.

    The wings were fine, but every single time we order from there, we pay for something we DONT GET. Id say we wont order again, but we have family who prefer to order their wings. But when you pay for something, you expect to get it. We paid extra fir the veggie sides - didnt get it. We paid extra for the extra sauces - didnt get it. That was just the last order .. before that, we didnt get any sauces. Missing pretzel knots. Not the correct number of wings. It was cold in the middle. If you go there to order take out, please check your order before you leave the store. Because they clearly dont.

    So, server "Alani" took a good 20 minutes to deliver a single slice of cake to go, and even though the menu specifies it comes with Ice cream and chocolate sauce all I got was a slim slice without the ice cream and sauce. I politely went back and asked for the ice cream at 7:40pm, and ended up walking out at 8:15pm empty handed. Conveniently enough you won't find the manager's name or number at the door. I was patient, didn't pressure her in the slightest, and all I got in return was being tossed further and further down her list of priorities despite already having paid. And that's not to mention no one else came up to help her. Anyone could've been at the front counter and asked if I had been helped. No such thing happened. Can confidently say it was the worst customer service I've received from a restaurant.

    30 minutes to get a beer, 20 people in restaurant. Good food, bad service. At 15 minutes wait I was told they had to change the keg. As an ex bar manager I can assure you it doesn't take 30 minutes to change the keg. Food comes out sporadically sometimes, so you will be sitting with your food getting cold while waiting on your dates' food to finally arrive. Who ever is training their staff here needs to be fired or retrained. Where's the manager after I waited 15, 20, or the final 30 minutes to get one beer. No where to seen. Bad management, slow drink service, 30 minutes wait on draft beer, but the wings were pretty good. Waitress was pretty attentive, most of our visits there are few issues with servers. Totally ruined my evening, this place sucks for BBW locations as far as service goes. It's like no one is trained properly in when to serve food, upsell, appropriate wait times for drinks, when a manager should step in, etc.

    waited a long time to order, food and drink took extremely long to come out, and we didn't get our food at the same time, it came one plate at a time. first person was done eating by the time we got the next plate. 2 tables that came in after us got their food before we got ours. waitress was rude. would not recommend this place.

    I have given this location an honest chance but it keeps disappointing. I have been here 3 times over the last year, and every time the service is with a smile and the drinks are always full. The problem I have here is getting our food to the table together in a timely manner. On my family's first visit they didn't make my son's order and we waited for it so we could eat together. The second trip was a larger party and they let us know ahead of time that they were short staffed. We agreed, but they forgot my meal on this visit. I figured it was because they were short handed. By the time I got my food everyone was done eating and I took it to go. My trip today (8-31-2022) was a table for four. The food came out and the waitress let me know my plate was coming out shortly. A few minutes went by and she came to refill our drinks and let me know again my meal is almost done. A third time she came and said the cook fell behind and he just started on my meal. By this time about 20 minutes later everyone was done with their meals and I let the waitress know to just cancel my order. I was only offered a "sorry for the inconvenience" from the waitress. I don't know what's happening here when I visit this location. The restaurant was empty and there were only two other tables seated while we were there. My family enjoys the food here, so most likely I'll be going back for another missed meal. 👍🏻🍻🤣

    I keep trying to eat here because I have to come to Alamogordo regularly and they play football games. After at least five visits, I have yet to have a positive experience. Even when it seems slow, there is a long wait to be seated, there is a long wait to get service, and there is a long way to get food. That's assuming that they don't mess up the order. I'll be looking for somewhere else to watch football in Alamogordo.

    Wings were great. Fries were great. Service was great...but when I got home ready to eat my wings NO RANCH. On the receipt it clearly said 1 ranch.on the receipt where it says "bags checked by"... Is blank. So obviously no one took the time to check that my order was right. All I wanted was my wings WITH RANCH. AS A CUSTOMER WE TRUST YOU TO DO YOUR JOB JUST LIKE YOU GUYS MAKE SURE WE DONT FORGET TO PAY. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDERS NO MATTER HOW BUSY IT IS. ITS YOUR JOB! 100 I did fill out your survey. All you guys told me was: Thank you for contacting us at Buffalo Wild Wings. We apologize that you were not satisfied with the food that you received at our location and thank you for taking the time to alert us of your concerns. We plan on having the best bar food in the world and we take pride in providing great food to all our guests. We are sorry we missed the mark with you. It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with both fantastic service and great food in the future.     We were a group of 6 people. It took about 10 minutes to get seated when the place was fairly empty. Took another 30 minutes for them to get our order and they didn't order everything we had asked so we had to wait even longer after some of us received our food 30 minutes later. Had to eventually ask for the rest of the food we were waiting for, to go because we had been there almost 3 hours when it took us about 20 to 30 minutes to eat. The rest was all waiting.

    Worst place I’ve been to!! I’m not one to really leave reviews, but this needs to be known. We ordered 3 6 piece wings and instead of getting them all at the same time like any other restaurant, we get them all separately 15 minutes apart. So for our table, it took over an hour for us to get everyone’s food since we all got our orders at different times, which makes no sense!! When we wanted to complain to manager Briana, she was very rude and had the I don’t care look on her face. She said that “corporate” wants them to send out orders at different times so it won’t get cold. She offered us to go see the kitchen which no customer should ever be allowed. Her response to us declining was to contact corporate since we are the first to complain which was funny cause people were leaving without eating cause of wait times. Don’t waste your time!!!

    Server was awesome. However food tasted like it was made the day before. My daughter found a long hair that definitely wasn't hers in her ranch. And I had the pleasure of finding a fried beard hair on one of my wings. Used to love this place. They however have gone downhill like nobody's business.

    Poor Customer service, poor food quality and unprofessional staff! Manger Rob failed to ensure basic food safety and proper food handling! Manager Rob feel the need to ignore minimum health dept and CDC food safety guidelines! I, the consimer was told by Manager Rob, "Well there is nothing I can do and don't call back (regarding cold food, incorrect order)!" The wait was too long to receive cold food and not very busy....

    I went to go place an order in person for 30 boneless wings extra wet for the BOGO deal and I wanted to use rewards for a free cheese curd. I ended up tipping even though I drove there and picked up my own food. The service was terrible and my rewards weren’t even used on my order but the recipient given to me wasn’t itemized so I didn’t know until I left. I got home with my order and got 24 wings rather than the 30 for the BOGO deal. Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to let alone BWW location.

    We sat at the bar & Art greeted us in less then 2 minutes, we were happy to be welcomed. Our Cheese curds were out quickly with a smile. He made the night. Ask for Art if you come here.

    First time I submitted a complaint on any entity. In short: Were sitted and provided menus 30 minutes in: Have not been helped, ordered online 45 minutes in: Concerned waitress asked if we've been helped, reported no, left to inquire on order, left venue to bring food for my daughter 1 hr in: food arrives, no drinks yet 1 10: only soda is provided, no beer After eating: No one attended to my party of 2 1/2 the entire time. Took 20 minutes to checkout with the beer removed from the check. Poor performance and care all around as attention was on larger parties and cashing out checks.

    For national chain, the food is always consistent and we always luck out and get a good server. I don't like some of the changes. The corporation has instituted like the text base check out and the food coming out at arbitrary times and not all together. People like to go out to be served and want to eat together. But it's a consistent tasty chain. Our server. Server Nicole was good and very cordial.

    The green chilie bacon smash burger is one the best burgers I've ever eaten!!!!!!! The only negative thing about my experience was they were under staffed bad!! We arrived at 13:38 and were not seated until 14:24. The restaurant was half empty. The servers and the manager were doing there absolute best being so short handed. I would still recommend B-Dubs though and I would highly recommend you try the green chilie bacon smash burger! You're going to love it!!!!

    I really enjoy coming here because of the comforbale atmosphere. I typically go with my wife and 2 year old between noon and evening and we all enjoy the experience. Peaceful environment, great service, and decent food. Just hope they can lower their prices a little bit

    Not busy yet we waited quite a while to be seated. Our table was dirty.They asked for our order but never gave us menus so they came back. They brought our food (3 people out of 4) except my husband's. I waited to eat so he didn't eat alone when his finally came. (Yes we ordered at the same time.) They brought my red bull sunrise drink but not the rest in the red bull can that goes with it. The service was not good, the food was ok, but honestly this location in particular needs to do better. Alamogordo is NOT a big city and they weren't busy in the least for there to be any excuses for this. We spent over $100.00 for a $5.00 experience.

    It was alright. We weren't a fan that the food comes out a different times. Especially with an antsy 2 year old. And we're pretty sure the waitress brought us extra napkins left over from a table that had just left which grossed us out, but the food was good.

    When I walked in, I met the manager Aubryanna. (I hope I spelled your name right) SHE WAS SUCH A SWEETHEART. She explained the menu, and I told her mom and I were Vegan. She then told me how I could make items on her menu vegan. She was WONDERFUL. We took home the food, and it was fantastic!! We had a Southwest bean burger, no cheese. DELICIOUS!!

    Our server Jessica is and was a GREAT SERVER for a first timer. Extremely pleasant and helpful. Explained the menus food happily with knowledge. Great customer service. You guys are lucky to have Her.

    My husband and I were staying in a motel near this place. He wanted to go in to eat so he could relax with a beer or 2. We went in and asked to be seated in a not so crowded area. We were told our waitress would take care of us in a moment. After 30 minutes we walked out and I bet no one ever missed us lol

    Service is amazing! They were happy to let us taste a couple local beers before purchasing a pint. The tots are the best I've ever had!!! The new BWW trivia app SUCKS, though. Please bring back the old system!!!
