My wife and I called 3 times non of which were answered so, we drove from Holloman AFB to then place the order and wait longer instead of picking up when we arrived. Although the waiter that took our order was nice we did not appreciate the rap music playing in the kitchen. I also thought I should call AGAIN but, this time in store to see why it wasn't being answered and funny enough the servers just stood around pretending to not hear it ringing. Not sure if it's IHOP policy either to deny military discount unless you Dine-In however, I've gotten it with take out so I'm not sure what's going on here. The food has gotten better though for sure.

This has to be the worst and I mean the worst experience of my life in any establishment as I was waiting for a Togo order in the lobby I can hear management screaming and cussing over waffles this place has sunk into deep despair and horrible horrible service I would hate to be an employee at any establishment where your leaders treat employees in such a manner to top it off called customer relations and the phones are off so explain to me what is one supposed to do when trying to place a grievance about your service I would like to thank the servers that although having to deal with such ridiculous and absurd behavior manage to have high hopes and positive attitude this issue needs to be resolved and from reading previous reviews I can tell nothing will be done like come on kids throwing food and yelling and to find out they are the managers kids you have to be kidding me the owners need to do something about this behavior!! I know this may not affect the owner but I will be taking my business elsewhere

Starting off as a assistant manager.. It was amazing everyone is polite and respectful. Ate there last month with my family everything was delicious. Except I was watching the kids running around the restaurant and messing with the waitress. And I later found out they were the mangers kids. It's embarrassing for the waitress have to deal with her kids. So I asked one of the waitress for the manger name…. June if you're reading this my family was really uncomfortable cause of your kids were screaming and throwing food at each other. Loved the food and the services.

Came in to try the big and fluffy french toast and it did not disappoint! The music that was playing was not very pleasurable though. Made us want to hurry up and get out of there. It took a while for the server to assist us despite it being very slow, but otherwise an okay experience.

Best ham and cheese omelet that i ever had. All of the help was so nice and friendly.ill be back soon.

On a road trip from Dallas and this has been the best service and freshest food I've eaten in 4 days. Our waitress Sara V was fantastic and let us fill up our carafe before our 10 hour drive home. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean.

A single glass of Pepsi cost $4.09. The table wasn't clean. The seats of the booths are loose so when people on the other side lean back it shoves you forward. They brought the wrong toast. The food came out pretty fast though.

Friendly attentive service! The food was really good. I would definitely eat here again. At first the coffee was cold but our waiter corrected that promptly.

I'm giving Ihop Alamogordo an overall score of 2 because of the service. We waited almost an hour for our food. Our server was mediocre and definitely needed more training. The food was good as it saved this rating from getting a 1. I'm not convinced that I will visit this particular location again due to the service and time we waited for our meal.

We showed up with a large group of 11 people and were quickly seated. Although we were told they were down to only one cook, the food came out quick and was great. Our server was friendly, funny and made the whole dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be returning soon.

Some of the food came out cold, but overall it was great! See ya again next year!

Cute and friendly service. Good food, great experience. Second visit...Katie is the most amazing waitress!!! The food was perfectly cooked and on point! Had a wonderful time with good food and a super awesome waitress who made us laugh. This was a huge thing as my mom was having a horrible day after picking up the last of her belongings after my dad passed....Katie made her laugh and smile...and thats priceless!

In a pinch, it'll do. The food was decent but not great. The chicken fried steak tasted a bit old.

It has good evening deals. I had tried going late morning, and it is always too crowded for my taste. My server was outstanding. I am likely to return soon...in the evening again. The next visit was unpleasant at best. Pancakes were cold and waitress (Shenicka) unconcerned. I completed the survey offering a free short stack, which you can keep. It will be a long time before I return.

My daughter loves I Hop. Her plate came with pancakes and she asked the waitress if she could get chocolate chip and she gladly did.

We were here today and it wasn’t the worst I have had but definitely not the best either. My kids enjoyed their shakes. I ordered an omelet that was more like a “scrambled omelet.” Whoever cooked the omelet butchered it.

Took a minute to be seated (low staff numbers?), but once seated our waiter Hunter was helpful and attentive. Food arrived hot and both my daughter and I enjoyed our meals.

Food was OK, but took a VERY LONG TIME to get to us. The plates were greasy, like the eggs had slid off and back on again. Waitress was pleasant, but only had interaction with us when she took our orders, finally brought food and left the bill.

Took forever after being seated to get service. The glass they brought my drink in looked like it hadn't been washed. The silverware wasn't much better. I ordered the Cali sandwich whose main ingredient besides the chicken is avocado, and that was left off. When I mentioned this to the waiter he just shrugged his shoulders and walked off, never to be seen again. Do not recommend this restaurant at all.

We waited 45 minutes after we ordered our breakfast before it came. The place was not that busy, not even half full. Our over easy eggs were cold and watery, the very thin slices of wheat toast had been dipped in some kind of "grease"??. Then I had to wait at the counter for our waitress to show up before I could pay. I should have just walked out. I don't think they would have noticed.

Came here after leaving Denny's, where we waited 30 minutes for someone to take our name, they didn't, just kept saying "be with you in a moment," so we left.... went to IHOP not expecting much. Server was great, food came out quickly and hot. Was very happy to be treated kindly and quickly after a long day on the road to get to Alamogordo. Thank you!

Food was very good (French Toast combo & Chicken-fried Steak breakfast combo), service fast & friendly. This IHOP has improved over previous years (2 yrs ago), servings are more substantial & overall time from seating to food delivery much quicker. We hit it right after church (always high peak time!) so there was about a 12 minute wait (4 families ahead of us), but plenty of lobby seating available. Veterans discount!

Went for breakfast and the staff is friendly and helpful. Had pancakes, eggs and waffles, beef tips, they were all yummy.
