My family and I travel the country quite a bit and while we try not to eat fast food often, one of their favorites is McDonald's. My oldest loves the hot cakes and every McDonald's we go to, will serve them all day. We can't order anything else off the breakfast menu but the hot cakes are a green light. Not this McDonald's. The manager was rude and didn't care. Too bad

This branch used to be pretty good. Lately they seem to have went downhill. I've placed a few orders before writing this and have been disappointed every time with orders being incorrect and a few employees that seem mad at the world. I do hope this branch can turn this around.

From mcd's recent tv ads, I thought maybe they'd improved their burgers. The big Mac was soggy and fell apart when I tried to eat it. The fries were hard and dried out. This was my absolute last visit to McDonalds!

Ordered 10 piece chicken nugget with an extra sauce which I paid for. The girl basically called me a lier when I told her there was 1 sauce in the bag. It comes with 2 and I paid for an extra. Manager had to step in and take care of the situation. I order nuggets every Friday night at 4:30 pm for my 90 year old client on the way to to hear her favorite band. The girl has not been working the drive through for the past 2 fridays' thank God. At 90 my client did not need to witness the difficulty getting food for her.

Good place for a quick bite. The employees were nice and the food came out quick. There wasn't a line/wait when we visited

Last night we ordered a 10 piece mcnugget with fries and the promo giving us a free big Mac. We weren't told which window and waited at the first window a couple of minutes before moving to the second window and waiting for 5 minutes because we couldn't see anyone in the first window. We waited at the second window for about 10 min before someone handed our food to the person behind us who had a dog that I saw put its nose in the bag. The people handed it back and didn't tell anyone that it may have been ours as they were loud and honking. The manager who was heavy set with a pony tail came to the second window yelling at someone about the window we were at handed us the ripped open bag. I proceeded to tell him that the dog was all in the bag he took it back we waited for like a minute and he handed it back to us with the top of the bag rolled closed. To me it was too short of time to make sure the food was replaced. We came home and threw it all away and wasted about 30 minutes of our time there and $10. This is unacceptable and as a Manger this would have never happened on my watch.

Lazy. Traveling through and I’m thankful to have found somewhere open. Turns out they closed at 11, and I showed at 10:57. I hate to be that guy, but it’s not like I was some guy that just decided to get off my couch at the last second either. It’s simply the timing of when I was passed through Hobbs tonight. Anyway, they ignored me when I tried to order in the drive thru. Sheer laziness.

Quick stop in for beverage and salad. Well, McD doesn't do salad anymore. So chic sandwich. Restaurant was clean enough. I ordered at a kiosk and food was brought to me quickly. High volume store so I imagine the workers are used to hustling.

Was sitting in pickup when all the employees left the building. After sitting there for ten minutes with no one saying anything I asked the Manager what was going on. They were VERY rude and just responded with “there’s an alarm going off that’s what’s going on” and turned around. I didn’t ask in a rude manner I was very polite and was just concerned

Ordered the "new" Mc Crispy Delux Chicken sandwich no tomato. The sandwich was FAR from crispy with a quarter size amount of mayo, three or four shreds of lettuce...discusting. for the price not worth it..

The food was ok. The person who took our order was good. The person who I assume was the manager was very loud and hollering for the workers, who were in the bathroom, and obviously not answering her. Then, as we were preparing to leave, I realized an elderly lady was still standing at the counter calling "you hoo", after she was standing there ignored for a few minutes. I moved to the side of the counter nearest to the kitchen, to let them know - politely, but in a louder voice than hers - that she had been standing there waiting for awhile. I was definitely regarded with attitude, and told he'd get somebody up there when he could. Not once did he regard the lady waiting with any kind of apology and to let HER know he'd get someone up to help her.

Meat in Quarter pounder real greasy. Never seen grease on McDonalds before. Tasted like 60% beef from grocery store. Regular hamburgers were wafer thin patties, I mean wafer thin.

Drive thru. Last Thursday, December 22nd, 2022, around 10pm Bundle pack ordered.... 4 double cheeseburger plain 1 green Chile cheeseburger Over $17 paid Didn't check bag. Drove home. 2 chicken sandwich combo Chicken on a bun with fries. Maybe retails for $8. Not driving back to place. Not sure if ever going thru Drive Thru again.

Semi truck parking!!! The staff was not knowledgeable about new menu items that are popular across the country such as nuggets on burgers. They only offer basic menu items & decent deals, but if you don't ask for the deal- they won't apply it.

Usually this place is really good, but today I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked for No Pickles but everything else (mayo, lettuce, tomato). They gave me a chicken sandwich with no mayo, lettuce, or tomato and only pickles. Doing that is a health risk, what if I was deathly allergic to the vinegar in the pickle?! Like I said though, usually good just this experience kinda tipped me off...

It's a McDonald's, and a very modern and clean one at that. Friendly staff and fast service. Fully accessible with easy parking and entry.

The food was NOT put together well it looked like everything was just thrown into the bag off the floor!! The receipt was all greasy napkins looked already used the hamburger was in the box and it looked like they made it All in the box, sauce was everywhere lettuce everywhere it looked BLAA!! 🤯

We stopped here 2x on our to and from Arizona and the Food is Always Fresh, the Staff is pretty friendly and the restaurant & bathrooms are very clean! If your on a road trip through this part if the state I would absolutely recommend eating here.

This location is alot better than the other. They are always faster and i feel like it's always nice and hot, and hasnt been sitting around for very long. It can be busy being near the truckstop but again it's still faster so its worth it. The staff here are also generally WAY more friendly

Looks like a brand new McDonald's very clean went through the drive-thru but they end up forgetting one of our fries so I got to go inside the store was very clean but when I asked for the extra Frie I thought I was lying to them. But I will go back there again with my family it was this a probably a big misunderstand. I don't hold grudges.

I stop by almost every time I'm in town for my kids. Right on the edge of town and by the truck bypass makes it easy to grab on the way in or out of town. Very friendly employees.

I bought 80 mcnuggets and 3 trays of fries and the manager gave me 5 packs of ketchup and said she would need to charge me for more packs of ketchup. Completely ridiculous Manager and terrible service.

We were able to do curbside with our camper. They have an area for semi trucks and campers with the mobile app. Very convenient

The second I walked into the establishment, Ayden ran over and noticed a slight piece of dust on my new Air Maxes. Not only did clean them to the extreme, he bought me 5 new pairs just in case. I also asked for a Big Mac with no lettuce and it came with lettuce. I told Ayden and he started crying and asked how I could forgive him, and he ran to the back, gave me what I wanted, and sent me off home. The minute I got home, Ayden was riding on the back of my car! I totally forgot my Large Hi-C and he gave me it. Thanks Ayden!
