Gabe the manager was absolutely one of the most unpleasant people I've ever dealt with. Just had an attitude about everything. There were people ordering multiple dozens of donuts as I ordered five dozen myself. I was very specific of what I wanted in my assortment and instead of accommodating. He just threw three or four of each donut. Into the boxes. I just don't understand, If your whole goal is to sell donuts. Please don't get upset when people order Donuts.

The workweek guy was the most rudest, unprofessional I have ever dealt with. He went and made is boyfriend coffee while my mother and I stood at the front door at 6:40AM. The door says open at 5AM however the door was locked and no note or anything stating only drive thru was open. There was clearly enough staff there to have the door unlocked. We saw 3 workers just standing there. We then ask the worker whom brought his boyfriend a coffee out before he helped paying customers still didn't tell us only drive thru was open. We then figure it out go to drive thru and the speaker is horrible and that same guy is so rude. We order 1 dozen donuts and Noone tells us they are out of donut boxes so we recieve a bag full of donuts on top of each other. Worst experience ever by the time we got home the donuts were stuck together and ruined. If out if boxes you should let people know that before they order and have some customer service skills. I want a refund.

If you’re looking for a bad way to start your day this is the place to go. First of all parking is not the best. Drive thru was long so I went in the store. I was ordering a dozen donuts & was told ( with a bad attitude) they only have 4 kinds available. Ok , so I get my order & the guy behind counter says insert card I had cash in hand. Goes on a tirade about cash , how he hates using it, he can’t wait for society to be cash free, people using cash are setting him up to get robbed. Then rudely gives me the change. As I left a tip I said well “here’s to cash” I really don’t know why I left a tip it’s just a habit from being in service industry for so long. This was 2 nd time I’ve gone to this location & first time wasn’t any better. Definitely not trying a 3 rd time

I love Dunkin's coffee (Americano), but this Dunkin' donuts on 4th Street is terrible! The staff is so rude, so rude, they all look miserable and dirty. The store is also filthy and disgusting and sticky. Guess I'll get my coffee somewhere else

Really disappointed with the service. Everyone was lacking communication skills poor management During balloon fiesta there were no donuts available by the box I called in to order ahead of time and they said they could not do that they said I would have to get in the drive-up line I did, it was long, when I got to the place an order they said they only had 3 kinds of donuts, no jelly or filled or no chocolate etc., Well my customers at my business during balloon fiesta had to have Krispy Cremes instead. Very disappointed since it is close proximity to my business and I do like their donuts. This location does have issues in my opinion

I have had multiple issues at this location with my order, and I went again this morning to get a Refresher with lemonade and the girl at the drive thru said they don’t sell lemonade it’s seasonal 👀 I’m sorry but the service at this location is terrible, employees are rude, and the drinks are subpar compared to ALL of the other Dunkin Donuts locations. Employees need to educate themselves of what is on the menu.

Horrible service!! Ordered three dozen donuts online the day before my event. I arrived at the scheduled pick up time. The donuts were NOT ready. The manager was extremely rude and did not handle the situation professionally. He got an attitude never apologized and made the excuse that he never received the order! I do not recommend this location this is not the first time I have experience poor customer service at this location! The manager does not know how to handle himself professionally. It is very apparent he was hired because the company was desperate for help! He used to work at Lota burger and had the same attitude there! STAY AWAY!

I don't typically like leaving reviews but I was so disappointed. I tried to call them but the number is no longer valid . They got my coffee wrong and my sandwich was so overcooked to the point it was too hard to eat . Just disappointed with the overall service . 😞

Been going to this location for at least 20 years. This time, ordered 3 dozen donuts from the drive through. After getting to work, all were dry and stale like they were made yesterday. Dunkin' has a lot of competition nowadays so they'd better be careful skimping on quality.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever received at this location. Extremely rude and all the employees including the manager looked like they just rolled out of bed. Will never return to this location. Back to Starbucks. At least they say good morning with a smile and take pride in their appearance. The employees at this location are a joke.

Nicest people and the cleanest Dunkins' I've been to in a really long time. Everyone was smiling and helpful and the place smells great. Tried the Pistachio Almond Swirl flavoring in my hot coffee and it was devine!

I'm not really sure why, but my coffee will taste different every time I order even if it's the same item, almost like they just do whatever and don't follow a recipe or any type of guide. So if one day it's really sweat and creamy, then next time I get my coffee from here, it's bitter and just not very good.

The lady in the drive thru was rude!!! There was no one else in the drive thru and I asked for a dozen donuts which she said I can't choose and cut me off and said pull forward. Didn't even bother asking if there was anything else I needed, which I was going to get a coffee but never mind I left without my donuts.

Honest, hardworking and quick. They have no problems doing big orders! I shop daily for $50+ orders.Dedicated. When I lost my wallet in the morning, I called in and they had found it. Good Place! Good Vibe!

The manager is rude, nasty, hateful and unprofessional to say the least. Before I had even completed my order, he interrupted me to say they didn't have enough donuts because they were busy. Geez, at least let me finish my sentence. Then, they took my cash payment and wouldn't give me change because they didn't have any. When I asked for a refund of the cash so I could pay with a card, the manager threw a fit and made me pull up in front of the store and wait. I proceeded to walk in to the store and the cashier came out with a handful of pennies (my change). Why are they accepting cash payments if they don't have any change? The worst part of my experience is their manager - he's horrible. I won't be back.

What in the ghetto is up with thislocation?! Tried to order hot food then one of the girls, mumbling through the microphone says they’re basically out of majority of their hot food only have a certain selection of drink… ok fine! But with my total being $4.12 dollars I hand her five dollars She hands me my drink, and then says I’m sorry we’re all out of change right now…. WHAAATT?? No sign up indicating that and just casually saying it like this isn’t peoples money you’re playing with! Granite it was Literal coins but it’s the principal!! Ntm these two girl’s attitudes were through the roof! SMH either their pocketing money at the end of the day or something because everything seemed fishy about this location

EVERYTIME and I mean everytime I have went there for coffee I ask for a food item not donuts and it’s always the same thing one oven went down, right now we aren’t doing food items it’s because they can’t handle the rush!!! Imagine how much money they are losing out on when people want breakfast sandwiches etc and it’s an everytime thing! It’s just annoying already like.

I am finally writing a review on this franchised location. I have gone to the location after 7 and they might as well be closed. The time says 9 for close but the staff there keep the lights low and the stock low to shoo every customer away. Was told twice that Ice cream has shut down for the night. This was at 7:30. Not sure why there are different times for closure of foods offered at Dunkin/Baskin Robbins. Forget any donuts after 7pm because they have one baker, and that person is out or sick or whatever reason I am told. I assume this is due to keeping food cost low which all customers appreciate and understand when a consumer. People do want dessert at night which this place should be offering. Instead, there is an appearance of being open. Lastly, each time I have gone to get a latte, which is one of the rare things offered after 7, the mix is always different. Seems odd considering this comes out a machine. Probably due to me coming in late and the machine being half closed I assume. Staff never seems affected or concerned with any feedback and there is a number to call but honestly that will go nowhere. This place needs to evaluate its hours if it wants to keep food cost low. I will hope for improvement, but this has been this way since 2021. Sure, Covid is an excuse but having "rolling" operating hours and lack of food due to food cost will not lead to any type of change. I will admit defeat and will go to another Dunkin Franchisee that values making things and being open. I will say I have gone to this location in the morning and magically there is food!! Perhaps they should close at 5 and let the poor affected young employees go home and get on TikTok. Everyone wins!!

This is the location near where I live but I will drive 15 minutes out of the way to avoid this place. Anytime I come no matter what time of day, the oven is always being “cleaned”. It must be a very dirty oven to be cleaning it 24 hours a day. So they never serve food or have donuts and couldn’t care less when taking an order. You will be lucky to get a plain coffee here. I think they should fire the entire staff or bulldoze the building. Truly an awful experience every time 👍🏼

Employees park in handicap I know this because when I went in no one was in there as a customer I asked do you know who’s car that is and employee said it was theirs and said they park there because they like to, No plaque in the window and a young abled person at that just wanted to park there so they didn’t have to park further away. The coffee was good so that’s a plus.

WOW, my first and last visit, half of my order was missing. I called and Gabe told me he couldn't credit my card for the missing items. This is 2023, a credit can happen in seconds. He didn't want my order number, my name just tell staff "Gabe" said. This is by far the worst customer service.

Could use proper signage under all types of donuts. The cashier seemed annoyed we didn't have knowledge over every donut available. Half the donuts, unique by nature, were unlabeled. The basic donuts were the only ones with signs...

I went inside ordered just 2 donuts and my order was messed up. I was very clear about wanting a chocolate filled donut. I was given an apple filled donut, the words don't even sound a like and I said it multiple times. I tried calling to let them know because I didn't discover the mistake until I got home. the number went to an automated response that said I couldn't leave a message because it was full.

Went here at 8:30ish in the evening through drive thru. I ordered a black coffee, the girl told me they don’t have black coffee they just cleaned out the pots for the night. Mind you it closes at 10pm. She said I can make you an ice coffee. I told her no I don’t want an ice coffee I want a black coffee. She proceeds to tell me “okay I guess I’ll make it” so I pull around she’s on the phone walking around clearly with an attitude upset about my coffee order. She comes to the window takes my payment and says “we usually clean ahead of time and make sure we leave exactly at 10, I’m going to get yelled at but It’s okay” I’m sitting there thinking it’s a whole hour and a half. I told her “it’s just one cup of coffee I’m sure you’ll be okay” I left very disappointed and glad I didn’t get ghetto. She’s a younger African American female. Needs better customer service skills. This was always my go to place but it won’t be from here on.

The food is as expected, but it took forever, and the two girls at the front ignored me for almost 10 minutes before asking me what I was there for and then the order wasn't even ready. Girls were really rude after that as well.

Don't go to this location. They are to lazy to get what the customer asks for. They want you to go in so you can get it yourself. The Dunkin on the Westside is amazing they have great customer service.
