I don’t think I ever recall having any bad experience at Starbucks but today at this Starbucks they lived up to their reputation. I ordered a Vanilla Late with a touch of cinnamon, after I drove away my drink didn't even taste like Vanilla Late. It had so much Cinnamon that whole thing was dark brown. As you see in these pictures it was nasty. For those of you that are familiar with this area it's hard to get in and out that's why they call it Coors Bypass so I did not go back but I assure you I will not return to this location. Very disappointing.

Normally I do not write reviews unless I really like something... Well in this case I wish I could put zero stars. I am a regular of Starbucks. I go just about every morning to get my day started. Well I have been going to this Starbucks since they opened the location about two years ago. I noticed last year in summer time the service has started going down hill. They would jip me on the last two ounces and not fill it up all the way or not make my coffee right. Well I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt and kept going there. Well in February of this year It started getting really bad. I went one morning before my work out at 6 am and was told they do not have cold brew until 5pm which I knew was a lie because that is what I get all of the time. I just went with it and ordered a caramel macchiato hot. The girl must not have heard me and asked so again I said hot not cold. When I pulled up to the drive thru she gave me a cold one. When I waited to give it back she hid. I had my work use them for an event a week later, had called a week prior to set it all up called the night prior to confirm everything and they acted like they had no clue what was going on. three weeks later I get a cold brew from them and it HAS CURDLED MILK IN IT. I had to go home from work early because I couldn't stop throwing up. instead of calling corporate then I just told all of my friends and family not to go there ever again. This morning I send my fiance to get us some cold brews expecting him to go to a different location. Well he did not and this just goes to show you once more that they just need to be shut down or they just need to hire all new staff because they screwed up again!!!! Cold brew with out any cream should look like black coffee. NOT LIKE WATERED DOWN TEA!! HE ORDERED MINE WITH CREAM AND IT LOOKS LIKE AND TASTES LIKE IT IS ONLY CREAM!! I CALL TO GET CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER AND ALL i ENDED UP WITH WAS A " i AM SO SORRY COME BY AND i WILL MAKE YOUR DRINK CORRECTLY" SHE NEVER GAVE ME CORPORATE NUMBER AND ARE YOU PLANNING ON MAKING ME CORRECT DRINKS FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS!??

The service here is slow. I wasn't greeted with a smile, not even a good morning. Just "what can I get for you" I of course greeted the young lady with a "good morning" and smiled at her. Their prepackaged sandwiches are too pricey for their content and the quality of their content. I asked for sugar in our vanilla flavored coffees, but maybe they forgot to put it in because they were bitter and filled all the way to the top to where I couldn't add more sugar. I had to request a side cup to fix my coffee and sugar packets. The bathroom was gross. Too dirty, too early in the morning. As if it wasn't cleaned the night before. They didn't have any soap for "every employee must wash hands before returning to work" the trash can was full to the top, and toilet was dirty too. The young girls were kind, but could use coaching on how to greet their customers. The inside of the store appeared clean and had a peaceful, calm environment. I enjoyed that very much.

I love Starbucks don’t get me wrong. Great drinks but every time I’ve gotten a shaken espresso or brown sugar shaken espresso they are never filled up to the tip. I even ask now and it never happens. I wouldn’t complain but these drinks aren’t cheap. All drinks should be filled. SMH

No line, perfectly early in the morning, order is correct on drive-thru screen, still gets order wrong. Dope guys, really worth that 7 bucks.

This was my first visit to this particular Starbucks and I was very pleased. The line at the drive thru was at least 20 cars deep and went all through the Costco parking lot, so I went inside. I ordered my favorite hot Carmel Macchiato and I tried the Bacon, Egg & Gouda breakfast sandwich. I've ordered sandwiches from Starbucks before, but for the price, I found them unremarkable. The coffee was great as usual, but of all the sandwiches I've had, this one was by far the freshest, hottest and tastiest. The staff was very quick and efficient and seemed much more organized at this store. I was inside for no more than 5 minutes, and when I came out, the drive thru line had about 6 cars left...very impressive!! Will go back to this Starbucks again!

Good Starbucks experience. Friendly staff and quick. Nice location near the mall to meet up with people (or wait for them). Good sized parking area.

the only location that makes sure I don't get dairy in my drink, thank you so so much. It's nice to know that I have a location that I can really count on

Lady at the drive-thru was very helpful and friendly. Appreciate a nice smiling face on a Monday morning.

One of the Best tasting Drinks & Service we've had from any store in a while. Most Impressive

Not bad if you are there late to closing. Fastest service I ever had here. Have had an interior design remodel. Area open airy and bright. Relaxing though not very busy. Wall hangings were nice touch and kept with lighter decor/feeling.

The girl there is very nice and polite conversation with her is really good while you wait for your coffee. Luckily it was a little slow. Will be back.

Doesn’t it feel so great whenever you go into a place and no customers in there but yet no workers can acknowledge that you’re even in the room ( all 6 of them) but yet all of the workers are having great conversations.
