    I’m always missing food. The fries are always stale and so are the chicken nuggets. The ice cream is watery and it’s always surrounded by homeless people.

    if you are planning on going to this location, don’t. food needs to be thrown out within a certain time frame. All the food we order was stale, dehydrated and fries always burned/overcooked! Coke is always flat!

    My boyfriend and I stopped here for breakfast one morning for a road trip we were taking and there was a homeless person at our window. We were too uncomfortable to roll down our window and order at the drive through so we went to the window to explain the situation to the manager where she instructed us to go back around because she refused to take our order there. She wanted her customers to go back and work around the loitering which was just not something I was going to deal with early in the morning. I do not recommend this McDonald’s as their management speaks levels to their ability to run a satisfying business for customers. They definitely need new managers who care about the business and keeping the customers safe as well as making them feel heard. From a person who has worked in fast food, this was just a small issue that could have easily been solved.

    Horrible customer service. Whoever hired Claudia as an assistant manager, I’m sorry but she was very rude. I was directed to use the kiosk for my order. My order could not be completed and no receipt could print. I asked for help 3 times and got nothing. Finally, Claudia came from the office and asked how can I help you. When you’re that busy in the morning at 10am you’d think she would be out helping and knowing what is going on. She knew nothing. I will never return to this McDonald’s. I waited over 15 minutes for 1 sausage burrito and 1 hash brown. I got nothing.

    Employees are aware of homeless man with a knife at speaker but do nothing about it. Have to park after drive thru so the service time looks good for corporate, but you are waiting 15 minutes for cold food. Eat somewhere else!

    This McDonald's has several issues nightly! To no cash c/c only to c/c only no cash! Not enough employees, closed. But it's 24 hours, Not! Ice cream machine never works always a problem. Insufficient and inexperienced employees! 2 lanes one open! Imagine the sales your losing! Terrible be advised be prepared for failure!

    The atmosphere is always bad with the homeless people asking for money right before you reach the window to pay. They stand right next to the building and the managers don't care. As far as customer service goes, they are not very friendly. They treat the customer's like were an inconvenience to them. They're always making mistakes on orders and most the time I find my bags have missing items. I don't even feel comfortable to say anything because of the bad attitudes they have. New Management is definitely needed at this location.

    I have to honestly say this is the best McDonald's location. All expectations exceeded. Stephanie took our order was nice and fast service. I got the vibe that she wanted our business and was happy to take care of us.

    Somehow this location found a way to make McDonalds food taste bad. The fries are always stale, dry and cold. The hamburger patties taste like cardboard. How has corporate not audited this location?? Where is the quality control?

    I stop here at 6am every morning to get my Large Caramel frappuccino these last 2 mornings my frappe seems to be getting smaller and smaller with more whip cream then the actual frapp and also big chunks of ice (pic below) it just doesn't taste good like it used to. I think it's because she is too in a HURRY because there is a line at 6 in the morning, but when you spend $4.62 on a drink it needs to be a Drink that is worth it.

    This place doesn't take your order . You will stand in line and they will walk past you. They said kiosk orders only. Which is a joke. Don't waste your money here. The managers name is April. Which seemed like April fools for me today. lmao literally... These people are ignorant. Put a sign on the door . I hope this place gets shut down. I will be reporting this to corporate office. What a joke.
