Now i'll be checking my bags before i leave the exit lane. I come here a lot, and normally everything is fine; however, tonight I ordered 2 classic beef 'n' cheddar sandwiches and requested no red ranch. I was given 2 classic roast beef sandwich's instead. (redundant to the staff, but for people who may not know, the classic beef and cheddar is supposed to come with cheese, not just beef, as it's name implies.) I know what I said at the ordering menu and am highly disappointed. I'm not going back out now, 20 minutes after I get home just to have this fixed. I entirely deconstructed one just for further proof. _____ No other cars were ahead of me as i approached the ordering window, and i saw no cars ahead of me at the window leaving. There is no excuse for this being caused by a rush of orders coming in.

Recently updated and is welcoming inside. Friendly staff and good quality food. Easily could be a five star as far as fast food is concerned. Does not accept AMEX or Discover, hence the rating. Easy fix, but won’t be getting my business at this time. Rating could easily change.

Better than other Arby's in the city. The food was hot, good, and the service was surprisingly good. At other Arby's you'll wait forever, but these employees have a better system or are not lazy like others. Don't want to give it too much credit to keep their place quiet and functioning properly or else the hounds of ABQ will ruin a good thing

I eat at this Arby’s on Juan Tabo on a regular basis, at least once a week! I’m a retired professional truck driver and have eaten at restaurants all over America. This is the cleanest restaurant I go into. The service is always friendly and exactly what I ask for as I’m very specific as to what I want and how I want it. Best service in NM.

I noticed it was really, really clean inside. Food was good and fast. Brought it to my table immediately. Great job.

Bought tge two items for 7 dollars deal. Chicken sandwich and roast beef and cheese. They were both great!

The roast beef was excellent. The curly fries were not great. They were very greasy. The restaurant was very clean.

They have good workers there!! It's about customer service and this place has it!! They're very kind! They do have the MEAT!!!

Super clean, they mop every inch of the floor, good music, good food for the price. It's my go to fast food.
