The worst Starbucks I've ever been too. The cashier at the front with black hair & the clown blush (usually has her hair in two braids) is incompetent & unprofessional. She laughs at me & rolls her eyes everytime I go. I finally had to get down & speak with the team lead. Today she wanted to laugh but didn't lol. I come here everyday before work. Please put someone at the drive thru who has customer service skills!!! I will keep complaining to management until it stops. I see other reviews on herewith customers having the same Issue.

Rude service. They tried to tell me this is how the nitro cold brews pour. When I asked to fill my coffee to the cup the person at the drive through made a face and said something under their breath about this being how it always is. Someone should teach y’all how to pour.

Best Starbucks Location hands down! I wont go to another Starbucks ever. Love Amber and Alyssa, always so professional and sweet. They always go out of there way to help me with questions. They give great ideas on new drinks and always make the best drinks. These girls go above and beyond!

Most of the baristas are super nice, very knowledgeable, & the food & service is usually excellent. The reason I only gave it 2 stars is because a few talk back & forth to each other on their headsets about the customers & are obviously laughing at them. It pretty much ruins the whole experience & makes things very uncomfortable, so I now mostly go elsewhere where people are mature, respectful, & professional.

This is the only Starbucks we'll go to. The Starbucks on Southern and Unser has THE BEST morning crew. I know they won't burn my coffee, and they are always amazing. They are the coolest crew. I can't say enough about how they've made me smile, encouraged me, and made the best coffee to get me through some days. I think they know by now when I order 5 shots, I have a day coming up. The afternoon crew, needs some work though. They never acknowledge when customers come in. I stood by the cash register to buy a cup and they never came over. We grabbed our drinks and left without a single word exchanged. (It wasn't busy) This is my starbucks, and the morning crew is amazing. I'll keep coming here no matter what, but just so y'all know, (ahem, managers) your morning crew at this location deserves a raise. They are the kindest people.

I go here all the time. My main complaint is that the far south door is locked sometimes. I always use this door, and i know others do as well. Please correct me if I am wrong, but i believe it is considered a fire hazard with doors being locked during business hours. I understand if it was dark outside. However, that's never the case.

This is by far the best Starbucks location as far as consistency with how the drinks tastes. My drink is always amazing! However, I find it crazy that they charge $1.25 for cold foam, that’s a little excessive.

Great service! I always know what I want. And I love all the flavors that come with the seasons.
