The laundry machines steal your money since the new ones came in. It’s use your own debit/credit card one and I have fewer instances of these machines not taking more than one swipe and working. Pool doesn’t exist anymore. Roaches are pretty bad. Stoney Brook doesn’t exist anymore. It’s San Mateo Suites now.

Greg is a horrible landlord. My partner has been living at the apartments for a year now and has had nothing but issues with him, the so called maintenance guy, and the property owners. On 5/6/21 my partner reported his window being slightly cracked in the corner and was told by the maintenance man that he wouldn’t worry about it till it got worse. 5/8/21 we come home and the entire window is cracked from corner to corner and the maintenance man was let known immediately. He still refused and said he’d get to it on Monday and to put a piece of cardboard up in the window to secure it. We did not as it could have been a liability case. Monday came and went and all he did to “repair” the window was put tape on the inside and outside. The cracked pieces move whenever we open or close the doors, and when the wind blows.

If you are a roach lover here's your home, they're everywhere. Manager is never here only for rent checks. Supposed to have a pool.. it's never open. Lazy lazy lazy people. Need something fixed give it a week. I don't recommend this place to anybody

It doesnt surprise me about the views. We lived there 8 years ago and the roaches were awful and they wont give deposits back the ex covict stoll from are apt and they never got read of him we had to pay the excon maintance cash under table to get any thing done
