I order at the drive through, they say “will that be all” and I pull up to the window. I ordered a vanilla shake but I am handed a Vanilla Coke. I looked at her confused and she says “it’s pressed ‘other’ for vanilla” (I didn’t know what she meant at the time, but she was talking about the button on the lid). I asked “what does that mean?” And she slams the window closed. I try waving her down to let me know about the mistake, she sees me, but decides to ignore me. Eventually she comes back and I tell her what happened, and she becomes extremely rude, saying “but it wasn’t wrong when I asked you if everything on the screen was correct, was it?” She lied. She never asked me to verify, and when I drove up to the window, my order was not displayed on the screen. I even offered to repay because of the difference, but she was still extremely rude. I’m guessing she told whoever else was working in there that she wasn’t going to help me anymore, because someone else came to the window after she threw her little temper tantrum. It took all of my strength not to rip her out of the window. I wish I remembered her name, because she needs to be fired ASAP. Chubby brown girl.

The food was ok. The service was incredibly terrible. Absolutely never going here again. Rude, bathrooms were locked and the staff and what appeared to be the manager, wouldn't assist. The staff really had no idea about customer service. Never have I been treated in such a manner. DON'T GO TO THIS Jack in the Box.

Lucy is a real piece of work. I come here all the time, and when I politely asked for a sauce, I was met with that will cost extra as she annoyingly points to a sign that says, "Extra sauce costs extra." I simply said I didn't get any sauce. Why am I being charged for extra? Lucy says well I put a ranch in there, and that's your free sauce. I didn't ask nor want ranch, Lucy, plus you didn't even put a ranch in there?? Check your attitude, especially to your kind guests. You're going to get someone who is not as nice as me.

I was able to easily park my semi behind the store in an open lot, also there is a truck stop across the street. The store is very clean probably the cleanest Jack in the Box I have been to. The staff were top notch with great eye contact and the manager I could tell was the quality control on everything including to make sure that I received exactly what I ordered. Really a great staff. The quality of the club chicken sandwich and the jumbo Jack and curly fries were A+ across-the-board. I love Jack in the Box for this reason it will go out of my way every day for this American icon.

Jack in the box used to be a favorite fast food stop. However, every time I stop, I swear the quality of the food gets worse. No matter which one I stop at the food is equally bad. I can not blame it on a specific location. Very disappointed!

Food was really good, its been over 50yd since I last tasted JITB in Chicago, so when I moved to Albuquerque NM I wonder would the food taste the same, "it was better" than I had remembered. Service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was light and no "intrusive" music to listen to while eating or waiting for ur order. Treat yourself to some good eats on 98th st the next time you're hungry for fast good food.

One of my favorite places, they always get the order right no matter how complicated we make it. The Jalapenos poppers are the best out of all fast food companies. All in all if I am hungry and have free time I go here.

Mainly only go for the tacos. They were out of salads when I went which kind of sucked cuz I'm on a diet but they offered an alternative that was relatively low calorie. The service and employees are fantastic as is management .

The drive thru service was ok however, I don't speak Spanish so they had a difficult time understanding me. The food here was the worst I've ever had at any Jack. Maybe because they didn't have much traffic. They curly fries were usually stale,and the chicken breast was undercooked. The best thing I had from them in 5 visits was the tacos.
