Store refuses to return items at all, only exchange within 10 days. We bought a pot and then found something we liked better 2 hours later and they wouldn't make an exception. Seems unnecessarily restrictive and unforgiving, wouldn't recommend. Also their items are cheaper at other stores even within the Plaza so look around well before buying anything here!

I've been to this store a few times bringing visitors to Old Town. I already am not a fan of this store from past visits already. The stores next to this store sell the exact same merchandise at much lower cost. But today, it's over 100° outside and the store clerk is telling people they aren't allowed to have drinks in their TShirt store 😑 . cRaZy. I don't think it would have been as disappointing if the clerk herself wasn't sipping on an iced coffee herself... It's embarrassing to bring friends here and for them to get told they can't have drinks in a chachkies store. I just got done explaining how warm and welcoming it is here in New Mexico! Our warm greeting in this store was 'oh you can't have drinks in this store(as she hides her drink under the counter)!' It's your store so you're welcome to have whatever policies you like and you're welcome to set prices well above your neighbors. However, after today, I will definitely not be bringing my visitors back here again.

Immediately after a clerk wrapped my ceramic ristra in thin paper, I set it on a park bench from where it slipped to the sidewalk. I reported the broken ristra at the shop & asked for bubble wrap, like the salespeople at nearby shops used to wrap my purchases of breakables. I would encourage others to ask the salesclerk to wrap delicate items in bubble wrap, the first time.

Very poorly made merchandise, at very expensive prices. The stores close by sell the same exact products, at cheaper prices. Very sad the last owner left, he was a very kind and knowledgeable man.

Super sweet guy behind the counter willing to ship things and patient with all my questions. Got some really cute things and their return policy about no refunds was clearly posted so the review about “exchange only” seems a bit harsh. Especially since most shops in the area are similar. Thanks for my souvenirs!!
