They are rationing portions as if the sky has turned black and a “bowl” of rice and orange chicken is $8.25. Convenient location but I’ve never gone to one so stingy.

Super stingy portions. I got a bowl, it was barely halfway full. Not even a full scoop of chicken. Pointed out to one of workers, he was was unwilling to take note or rectify the poorly sized portion. Management should take a note. - I’m a regular at Panda Express and fully aware what their portions are supposed to be.

The food looks dry and old. No flavor in it. The service was amazing too bad the food is less than mediocre

I do not recommend this place. The rice was undercooked and dry (second time I’ve experienced this from Panda Express). I got the “power greens” (it was just broccoli) and it came in huge florets and was very lightly steamed. This was my third and final time trying Panda Express. I’m not a tough critic but I’ll leave a review when I feel like I wasted my money.

Crappiest panda express food. EVERYTHING was visibly very dry at the counter and the taste was much less strong than other experiences. We ordered orange chicken, fried rice, and Beijing beef and all of them had dry spots on the meat. Still love panda express, but this location needs some help.

While I hadn't been to a Panda Express in quite some time, the prices struck me as on a par with locations outside the airport. Food was spot on. Entree-side server was awesome! Cashier was a little reserved, and they were out of Coke Zero so I had to sub Diet Coke. Definitely the safe choice... You know what you'll get, and it's consistently good.

Their cook this morning was amazing, food overall was better than most pandas as I am a panda regular in many states. Staff was supper friendly and very welcoming. 10/10 experience. Definitely a big change from a few months back just going to throw that out there.

I have been a flight attendant for 38 years and I know good customer service when I see it. Corporate needs to take notice of this particular franchise at ABQ airport. They are always super busy. They keep the food coming. It is fresh, tasty, and hot They have a great assembly line and everyone is courteous and smiling. I don't come to Albuquerque often. But I have taken notice and I am very impressed.
