Worst KFC I’ve ever been too, spent $30 on food that tasted so old and stale it was inedible. It almost broke the plastic spork they gave me. Straight to the garbage, can’t even get a refund or my order remade because the staff is so rude and just tell you that your wrong including the management. Basically they steal your money and give you the garbage they were going to throw away. Avoid this place at all cost.

Sat inside and the location seemed understaffed with tables not cleaned and only one employee alternating between kitchen and drive through, but when he did help us, he was friendly and apologized for the wait to order. Otherwise, food wait time was short and I can’t really complain about the famous bowl :)

I was addressed absolutely unprofessionally I need contact info to someone else from this location. Hair in my food is absolutely unacceptable it enforces a complete loss of appetite. The lady at the window kept telling my she couldn’t see it till it was moved out of view I had to pull it out for her she then tried to say that’s the coleslaw I had to hold it closer idk if her vision is bad but this IS NOT okay!

Dinner was on point no wait time surprisingly. New wraps are good meal for one. Super busy clean lobby and manager looked super busy didn’t get his name think Estevan idk. Great place.

Absolutely ridiculous, I spent over 30 dollars on a bucket of grilled chicken. I read the receipt to confirm grilled chicken was ordered when I picked it up. I get home and its a bucket of original recipe. I can only eat the grilled chicken. Call and talk to the worker and he says they chose to replace it because they don't offer grilled anymore. Even though it was on the website and receipt. He was extremely unhelpful. So now Im out 30 bucks and have to drive around to find a homeless person to donate this chicken to. Ridiculous.

If I can give zero stars, I would. With that being said, this is my second time leaving a review, yet nothing has changed. Spending over $50 on food for my family and having to drive back to the restaurant after getting home only to find out that half of my order was missing because of the Lack of attentiveness by the staff is beyond frustrating; especially since I’ve had this problem before. If I can advise anybody reading this, please do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location.

I tried those new KFC hot chicken wings. They look good, and maybe they're good when you eat them in the restaurant. I got them to go and by the time I got them home they were soggy and disgusting. I've had other KFC food that's fine but those things were really gross.

Daniel has an attitude and doesn't call out orders. Acts like customers are the idiots when that can be simply fixed through effective communication.
