    This place is a dump, I needed a place to live in a short amount of time and landed here. Things were ok but then a new company bought them out. Ever since then the grounds are not maintained, no bug spraying takes place which needs to be a priority. They increased their rent to a price that is insane for what you get. There are zero amenities, the apartments are extremely run down and you hear everything from your neighbors. Door jams are so damaged that you can see gaps when you look at them. The managers are probably the worst part. Notes are placed on doors about once a month saying the tenants are late but the reality is they don’t put checks and money orders in the system fast enough. Please save yourself the misery and look at other places in the area for the same price or just a little bit more with so much more to offer. I couldn’t be happier to leave.

    Save yourself a headache, this place is run down with very little maintenance done. If you have anything broken, better just get use to the idea of fixing it yourself. I have called the leasing office and reported issues as well as gone onto their online report system, and still nothing. You are on your own here! My place is infested with centipedes, I am having to pay for pest control to come out and spray my place out of my own pocket. The absolute worst is having to deal with the people at the leasing office, do not trust them they will rip you off on your billing if you don't check your account, and the will want you pay via E-Check online in their portal. There is a huge issue that they want your log in credentials to your personal bank account. If you opt out of that you can pay with Credit card with fifty dollars in fees. Over all the management is the modern day slumlord. There are better places to stay for the money.

    If i could rate 0 stars i would. But my boyfriend and i haven’t even lived here for two weeks yet. We just moved here. And there have been awful things happening to us since day 1. First, there is a very bad spider and roach problem. Second our stove didn’t work up until 4 days ago. 4 out of 25-30 outlets throughout the entire townhome work. Then we had that big rainstorm a few days ago and found MULTIPLE leaks. The maintenance team came and gave me one single Home Depot bucket. Let me remind you that this is supposed to be their “renovated” unit. Last night, under the sink in the kitchen the valve flew off and flooded our kitchen while spraying my boyfriend and myself with boiling hot water. They were supposed to fix our dishwasher yesterday but instead they came in and obviously did it completely wrong and caused the valve to loosen so the water pressure was too strong to hold onto the small piece of metal that they probably found in the trash. I found the piece they were supposed to attach the valve to underneath the cabinets. I’m guessing they lost it and took the easy route instead of genuinely caring about how not doing something the right way the first time can affect people. I’ve had to call them at least 27 times in the past week and a half just to see if anyone would be able to help us at least w the leak. They don’t care at all.

    we have had a crack in our bathtub since December that they won't fix. These people have quite literally destroyed our home and community in just one year of owning these apartments. We have lived here almost 7 years and didnt have any issue with the old land lord. Gbe jacked up or rent and refuses to fix health concerns like a crack in our tub and bubbling in the wall next to it. Black mold is forming. I am disabled due to multiple sclerosis so us being forced to live in black mold isn't safe. We have been begging them to select a date to fix everything and are more than happy to forgo our daily obligations on any day just to have this fixed. They have been extremely non-compliance. Our floor boards are falling in on our second floor. The building is separating from the foundation.they broke our fence using our yard to enter unit next door and refused to fix it. We said we would fix stuff ourself and they said if we did they'd fine us. Again this is ALL stuff we asked to have fixed and they refuse. We have had neighbors have lap tops missing after maintence was in their unit when they were at work. This company has left dumpsters and garbage all over the property attracting bugs, rats and mice. They are going after our neighbors who moved out for damages the tenets asked the land lord to fix!!!!This is a first for us in all the years being here.They put eviction notices on our door saying we didn't pay rent on time when we did and then go oops it was an error. The emotional torment from these heartless people is above and beyond awful. If you want to live in a waking nightmare live here.

    Whoever the parent company is that answers their leasing requests gives different prices from their website and will give you another price if you call back in 5 minutes and will give you another price if you tell them it doesn't match their website. Then they can't answer simple questions (e.g., does that unit have outdoor space like the website shows?). and only want to take your personal information for marketing purposes. I didn't even bother setting up an appointment.

    This place is definitely not worth it, we’ve had a leak and multiple holes in our roof that they refuse to fix. management takes weeks to respond to simple issues and requests. Definitely don’t recommend living here. The manager is especially terrible and doesn’t care about her residents.

    I lived here for 5 years and once the new company came in, they immediately were treating us like garbage. I was there for 8 months with the new company, and they wouldn't fix my ac (which is a federal requirement to have working) but wanted to double my rent, the office staff are worthless, rude, uneducated, incompetent and can't seem to do any part of their job. Then I send emails, calls, work orders to fix my ac with no response. When I finally talk to someone they literally yelled at me for being upset at them for no response to my request. The walls are paper thin you hear your neighbors clear as day. Bug issues were always pretty bad there, never mow or keep up with property, the fences won't stay up. The say they are remodeled but the structure of the buildings is still God awful. They close to doubled all the rent to the long term residences there, then when they started the full remodel they wouldn't let people sign a new lease. They left people scrambling to move with basically no notice. When you try to move out they won't even talk to you and when they do they are rude and don't even want to deal with a move out. This company got sued right after I moved out. I loved the area, my neighbors and maintenance was great to work with everytime. They weren't allowed to fix anything with out 7 different people to call to get authorization. There are random people living in the empty units there. They seem to be the workers working on units but that's not safe to other tenants. Those people haven't been background checked to live there. Beware when renting make sure this company doesn't own them. This company is nothing but slum lords. I'm hoping this will stear people away from this money hungry company that treat people worse then a dog.

    These townhomes are HORRIBLE. I have lived here for about a year and have seen mice and cockroaches in my kitchen. I have told management numerous times about this problem and they can careless about what I have to deal with in my apartment. The new management are rude hostile and very unprofessional. All they care about is collecting the rent. There are cracks in the ceiling and when it rains the roof leaks and management can careless about the tenants needs. DO NOT MOVE HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY These townhouses are worn down pieces of GARBAGE.
