Best ground beef tacos in town except for today; Everything cold. Too bad, downgrade to 3 stars. Every time I need a taco fix I head to Spinns. Reasonable prices and great service. We also have been there for steaks and drinks. Too bad. Off day.

Came here before Lobo football as its near my house. Will be coming back. Outstanding food and service, everyone left happy. Burger was really top notch and worthy of NM Green Chile Cheeseburger top 5 status. Thanks to Albuquerques crime problem only takes cards, but we were able to tip cash.

Beware the tacos! Service is always good but food quality seems to be going south. Ate at Spinns on 7/1 with three others. One person in our party ordered beef tacos, to her great disappointment. The meat was over cooked and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time, to the extent that it seemed burned. I know that restaurants are trying to use up everything that is prepared for the day to make up for inflation and fewer customers, but when you do this at the expense of a quality product you're inviting loss of customers. This place has been consistently good over the years, and I know that both covid and inflation have taken a horrible toll on restaurants, but if you expect customers to pay higher prices and to come back to your place, don't sacrifice quality.

We've been customers a long time, but I think tonight will be our last visit. Service and food quality has been steadily going downhill over the last year or two. Tonight, we ordered curbside. Our order came out incorrect and was missing items. Due to a time crunch on our end, we decided to not bring up the incorrect orders, but simply asked for the missing appetizer to be added. I had to go inside the restaurant to request the item get added because the restaurant's phones apparently stopped working sometime between me calling to pick up my order and it coming out. When I went inside, the waitress claimed she put the item in my bags (she did not-or I wouldn't have been there). After going back to request the item from the kitchen, she was audibly talking rudely either about me or another customer. I'm not sure what my offence would have been as I asked for the missing item very politely. I've worked in customer service; I know that kindness always gets your farther. Once we got our food, it was cold and soggy. The whole thing was an unsalted grease puddle. Advice to management/owner: Your customers have ears, eyes, and mouths. Your staff is rude, and the food is not what it used to be. Your staff should also be able to tell folks about the ingredients in the food if they have questions. It's like your staff just stopped caring.

This is our Go To Burger place. Good service. Great value for what you pay for your food. Costs less and burgers are way better than the chain restaurants. Good crowd for all ages. The Adults coming in for a beer and good time maintained were not creating a scene or used profanity. Give them a try.

5 years ago, this place would've gotten 5 stars, the food us to be great but now! 6 tv's and a projector, and they have nothing good on. No sports of any kind. Only night time tv. The bison burger was a huge letdown. Had no flavor. It was tasted like they defrosted it and pulled a pease of meat of the log, made a patty shape, threw it on the flat top till cooked. No seasoning the fries were a sad display, cold and shriveled. We won't even talk about the service. Other than the seemed friendly.

Terrible! Fries and onion rings are soaked with grease and taste old and stale, totally inedible. Burgers and grilled cheese mediocre. Total waste of money.

Our order came out wrong. I asked if instead of just fries I could get half sweet potatoes and half onion rings. I was told yes. No mention about extra charge. Ended up paying $8 extra for my fries and onion rings on top of the price of fish and chips. My daughter asked for waffle fries that didn’t come and we had to ask for them. The server gave some excuse. 2 drinks came made wrong. Tequila and grapefruit juice. One was red hmm yes cranberry the other came orange hmmm yes orange juice. Food was as good as any bar food but server basically told us oh well. 3 meals 2 beers 1 cider 2 mixed drinks $96 oh and poor service. We won’t ever go back.

The food is ok. Service is kind of slow. Our appetizer was sitting under the heat lamp for a bit and came out not even 5 minutes before our meal. The burger had good flavor.

Amazing find! Really inviting interior decor, and a patio which I just glanced at; so much nicer than a sterile burger chain place. I had the green chili Spinn Burger, loaded with fresh, delicious toppings. Very friendly table service. They also have a bison burger and some steaks. Can't wait to try those, and one of several local brews.

We do take out here often. Have eaten here a few times too. Great food. The NM Philly steak and cheeses is delicious - great green chili flavor. Wife loves the sliders and tacos.

Gross food that smelled like it was spoiled. Our entire party got sick from the food. The waiter was weird, he kept making vulgar comments about the women at our table. The waiter also made excuses about how they only had one cook and if the food didn’t arrive on time and up to standards. This place was once okay back a couple of years ago. Would never eat here again.

Ordered online. Showed up one min after food was supposed to be ready. Cook was chillin with customers, staff hanging in the back (including manager), and they didn’t notice they had a food order. When prompted the cook was in no hurry to get cooking and I waited almost an additional 30 minutes. Managers response was indifferent. Half hearted apology. If you can’t handle online orders that’s fine. But don’t charge $22 for a burger and fries and then act like you have the care of working at a McDonald’s.

We came at what would be a busy hour on a Saturday, were immediately seated and had prompt service-until the bill was paid. I ordered a medium rare burger and got well done. My friend's burger was burnt. My biggest problem was that I ordered two regular hamburgers, one with Swiss and mushrooms (50¢ each per add on) and one with cheese and got charged for double burgers on both. Didn't grab my receipt though and ONLY realized the mess up with I picked up a to-go menu and saw that I had indeed paid $13 per burger for two burgers instead of $8. I'm going to put the entry on the waitress but the burnt food on the cook. How can you mess up hamburgers? Oh and they DON'T serve Jack Daniels. It's fine that they don't have shots but I'm sorta surprised that a bar wouldn't have JD. Not going back.

Beer is cold here! Food is good. Ordered a burger and fries. Kid had chicken and strawbery shake. That shake was WOW good! Not a fan of the fries. Lots of local beer choices. Chile is Hot! Ate it last time i visited here and learned my lesson then. Nice little spot with a patio and tvs.

This was our first visit. We came on a Saturday at lunch time. We were seated immediately, and got quick and friendly service. They have an extensive beer, wine, & cocktail menu. I had a burger that was very good, and hubby has chicken tenders with cream gravy that he reported were very good. We got tater tots and onion rings that we're both outstanding. We each had a beer with our meal, and with tax, it was about $23 per person. I recommend this small local burger & beers joint! We will be back!

We came to eat, were greeted, and sat immediately. We put in our food and drink order. We got our drinks and waited over 45 minutes for our food, before asking our server, she said the kitchen was trying their best. We proceeded to see people who ordered after us receive their orders and we never received ours. We ended up leaving! We got there at 6:20pm and left at 7:20pm without being able to eat. Not a great experience.

My family of 4 went here for lunch, myself and son had the queso burger whilst my daughter had the chicken strips and wife had the wings. My the single patty open faced queso burger was swimming in nacho cheese. They cook their patties to medium well, which I get, but would have liked it to be medium as my patty on the inside was super dry. The seasoning on the patty was great but again, too dried out for my liking. Minus the patty, the place was nice, onion rings were very lightly breaded and didn't take away from the onion inside. Service was quick especially when a lot of people showed up out of nowhere. Our server had our food out quickly enough for being all by herself and the cold was slightly colder than I liked. Sides don't come with the food, they are an additional charge. Overall, the place had good food and would come back. Next time I'd probably order a double patty. Our meal total with one alcoholic drink and 2 fountain drinks came out to roughly $95 with 20% tip.

Horrible service! The bartender who served us was more concerned about being on her phone then tending to our needs. Constantly had to ask the other server for assistance. I think she has been there to long and does not appreciate the customers who come in expecting quality service. Will definitely not be back. The food is delicious and some of the best burgers in Albuquerque but servers like her ruin the experience.

Great Bison/Buffalo burger with nice local brews. Cooked just right. Went during rush time 6pm, had to wait a few minutes because this is a smaller place and they want to keep the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen consistent with their standards. Fair price, good food, great service, nice people...

Terrible service and so so on food. The chubby male server was terrible. I asked him for 2 drinks, but he never brought them. I did not see him around for quite awhile. My son finally saw him near the bar talking to a woman. Think he totally forgot he was working. Also did not check on us. First and last time.

Food was great, service was pretty terrible. Multiple people served ahead of my friend and I, despite us showing up earlier with similar menu items. Took about 45 mins for chicken strips and a sandwich. Honestly just a subpar experience. Hostess was a real sweetheart though.

Ate here with family and first of all the service was horrible. Well at least our waiter for the night, he was horrible and barely checked on us. The hostesses were amazing not only doing their jobs but to me they went above and beyond! They were cleaning tables and since my waiter was STILL no where around they went and got me a to-go container and found him somehow. Also the food was just horrible. Greasy, taste was grease, and everything about it was covered in grease. I used to love this place I'm their old location but this location is horrible. Gonna try it once more to give that chance but if not I'd definitely not recommend it anyone everrrrrr!

From my burger expertise I have to say this place does have the best Green Chili Cheeseburgers in Albuquerque. I'm sure the other food is great as well.

I was in Monday 3/21 to pick up an order and the bartender woman and server were so exceptionally nice, I will be back in to enjoy. I know some places don't like dealing with 3rd party delivery people but these ladies made my day. Thank you.

Looks can be deceiving. At first glance, my green chili burger looked like a potential disappointment. Didn’t appear to have much going on. Boring. And then, I took a bite. It was really good. Everything was perfect. I was wrong.

Got fish and Chips to go. Small fish. Very greasy chips. Still tasted good, but I said I would pick up at 7pm I think they started cooking it when I ordered it at 6:25 Really busy on Friday night, so I think their attitude was "cook it and move on"

My husband loved his burger, and the fries are really good. My steak sandwich was less than stellar. It was a small but tall piece of steak in a too-big bun. I couldn't bite through the steak as is, I had no choice but to disassemble the sandwich and cut the little chub of steak into slices and reassemble my sandwich. That was the only way I could get my teeth through it. We will go back but this time I will order a burger. The atmosphere is great and the service was pretty good too.
