We stopped by for a quick small birthday party and how disappointed we were.... First of all, this store was advertising beer when they said they don't sell it anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️The girls behind the counter had a bad attitude when asked why they still have the item on the menu that they no longer sell. Then we waited over an hour for a 10 piece buffalo wing order that had no sauce or meat. No employees were cleaning up the dinning room so the trash 🗑️ was over flowing and was literally thrown ALL OVER the restaurant! THEN WE GET TO THE ARCADE: Ohhh man how it was crazy to not see the tickets shooting out of the games anymore 🥺😔🤷🏻‍♀️ Now it's like you don't get any tickets 😭 What a rip off!

This is an AWESOME spot for the kids to come! A place for them to eat good and burn energy! BEN showed us great customer service!! He is a GREAT AMBASSADOR for the company and enhanced our experience greatly!! Give that man a promotion!! 💯

The staff here are so rude, don't look like they want to work especially the person at the register. The restaurant was out of desserts and the salad were frozen, napkins dispensers empty, ice machines out of ice, trash all over the restaurant.... the restaurant wasn't busy, they only had 2 parties of 6 kids each. I asked if the restaurant serves coffee, as soon as i got my No per answer, the 2 staff members I asked to, started mocking me and making comments about this place not been a coffee shop, that the restricly sell only pizza. I understand this may not be the best place for them to work but hey they chose to work here! Be nice and at least fake the smiles... it won't hurt!!! Rudest place !!! And they call "kids friendly zone"!

Dude has this placed turned around, had a great time playing, clean, friendly ready to help staff! We will be visiting this location more often. Ex C.E.C district manager so please keep up the great work y'all! -Adam

The store manager was completely rude. I called to place a order they had originally messed up my order previously and gave me a credit and manager answers as i try and place my order she tells me I can’t order it because she locked her self out of her office and doesn’t have her paper we’re it says and says she doesn’t believe me they get scammed all the time very rude and argumentative all I was trying to do is order my pizza they owed me and couldn’t even do that. She didn’t believe anything I was saying so I pretty much I couldn’t order my pizza I’m sorry but it’s not my fault you locked yourself out your office don’t take it out on customers!!

Kids always love it here. The lady at the ticket booth gave my kids more prizes than they should've & it made their day! Unknown to anyone there, it was my son's bday so I want to say Thank you for making my son's bday extra special!

Great place to have a kid's birthday party. Short staffed like everywhere else but manager made sure pizzas went out in a timely manner. Manager also managed the desk at the game points very well! 👍😍

The manager I believe his name is Louis! Anyways he went above and beyond with such amazing customer service! He was incredibly short staffed with only one employee and he still managed to give the best service and serve us last minute. Thank you so much Louis!! You are incredible!! Definitely will be coming back to this location!

This place never fails us! Aliyah and Monique were tremendous they were extremely polite, courteous, and professional. They both went above and beyond to make our visit satisfying including giving detailed information about the menu and products. Highly recommend for a family night out!

Visited for the lunch buffet, and was not impressed at all. Me and my family stood at the counter for over 5 mins before anyone came out from the back to greet us. The restaurant was basically empty at the time with maybe 5-8 other people inside. When the employee finally approached the counter, there was no apology for the wait or even a greeting, she simply stood there. We purchased the lunch buffet. The selection was extremely limited, only 3-4 regular pizzas to choose from along with 2 desert pizzas. There were also 2 pastas and a few salad options. The quality of the food terrible. The pizza was flavorless and cold, it seemed as though it had been sitting under the warmer for quite awhile. The pasta was better than the pizza, but still not good. It tasted rubbery and old. The trash cans were overflowing and no employee ever came out to the dining area to check on customers/attend to the area. Will not be returning to this location.

Man, the prices went up a lot at 3P’s daughter birthday party cost us close to $600 dollars. Nothing special at that amount of money. Will not use this place for parties again.

The workers there were stellar. The dirty tables and benches, not so much. They did a good job with making sure the pizza was made on time. All in all. No real complaints. I knew what to expect, so it's good.

Food wasn't cooked. They had a sign up saying they only had a few menu items available. My pizza has very few pepperoni on it and the manager wouldn't remake it because they closed in 30 minutes

The food was not as good as it used to be, our cashier did not pay attention when I was ordering and seemed to be in a rush. There was nobody behind us and she seemed to be agitated when I asked questions. When we went to find a table, every single one was dirty. I had to use my sleeve to wipe off the only decent one I could find. Just a horrible experience all together.

Be advised, no courtesy water. The smallest cup size is 2.68 with tax. I was told it was because people were abusing the cups.

Online says they are open until 8pm. I’m having a hard tim understanding why trying to place an order at 7pm and no one answers the phone. So I drive to the restaurant which is 10min. I get there and stand waiting for anyone at this point to acknowledge me, as I’m doing so I can see the “team” hanging out in the back. When I finally get their attention I’m told they are no longer taking orders, by then it 7:20. I asked and lady is that why you’re not answering the phone and she cops and attitude, and says “Yup”! My response to that was “ add be a lot smarter to pick up the phone and let people know that so people don’t drive down here and wait 10 minutes, so you guys can finish your conversation in the back just to be told you guys are closing early” management really needs to step it up here and stop letting children run a business. Chuck E. Cheese runs their business a lot better than this. SMH!!!

Great place for birthday parties and great food with customer service 😃👍

The atmosphere was great, with birthday party's. The staff was not very helpful or courteous. Many tables were dirty, trash cans over flowing & dirty floors. Some staff standing around talking & not doing anything. Could be better management. Salads were good, but the price for the size was pricey.

Overall a great experience, would've been great minus the freaking attitude from the young high school workers. Taking food away before any guest arrived and taking food out of guest plates while they were laying games and socializing.

The salad was terrible. It was completely soggy, and we were not able to eat it. The pizza was OK, but they were not restocking the Buffay in a timely manner, and I had to approach them two different times to request additional pizza be made.

Went there for a pre-school party. The pizza was better than I thought it was going to be, it was edible, and while not great, not horrible. The overall management and such was not very good. They seemed completely unprepared for the lunch rush and the party. There was a group of 20 families, which they knew were going to show up- maybe not the total complete number, but it was a complete cluster at the counter. It took 30 plus minutes (being generous to them) to wait in line then get the pizza made. At a place like this, they should be able to turn and burn a pizzas quickly or at least faster than that. The games were good. A lot of them were partially broken or only had one consul of the two working. Not surprising, but not ideal. Overall, it provided what was needed at a very slow pace. My kids loved and want to go back- I however can wait. So points for the unexpected edibility of the pizza, major downgrade for not being ready to handle a crowd.

Food was not what I expected/worse, sodas were out, my grandkids needed the bathroom both females and males were filfhy had to tell them to wait until they got home, we had to leave, dining room was unattended kids bouncing balls around hit in center of our food, it was horrible nothing but kids working, no hotwings yet got charged they were not cooking wings, no salads. Thumbs totally down.

If I could leave zero stars I would! First off there was a sign saying there was no ice for drinks. Ok so we stayed. Was told when ordering that there was no salads or wings. When I went for plates and napkins I was told there wasn’t any. When I went to pick up my pizza from the window I witnessed two young men cutting bread sticks and one falling to the floor. One young man picked it up and threw it back on the pan and laughed about it. I asked for a manager because I wanted my money back and just wanted to leave the manager then told me my pizza was ready and what was the problem! Won’t be coming back here had a better time at Chuck E. Cheese anyways!

Good pizza and a lot of fun! We love having our kids birthday parties at this location during the week. During the week it's not packed and it's really nice!
