    One of the worst Sonic's in Albuquerque. Ordered ahead on the app and then had to wait an additional 20 minutes after I had already placed the order ahead of time like 10-15 minutes, so total time was about 30 minute wait. Then when they came out they forgot one of our meals and a shake. Food was disgusting and tasted old. We couldn't even finish it that's how bad it was. This location is only good for maybe drinks and I'm not even sure about that. 🤢🤢 It's definitely time to clean that place up! After reading the comments and it seems like they don't care I can imagine how it looks on the inside they probably never clean 🤢

    Waited for like 2 hours for my mobile app order. Stalls are all closed and have been for like a month now. Hands down the worst fast food place in all of Albuquerque. YES I mean WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT in Albuquerque. Food was so cold and told them I wanted fresh since it was like tasting out the fridge left overs. I called corporate and they just said they are sorry since they couldn't get better management in this place to get better employees. Everyone of them was rude and didn't even want to give me a refund and said I had to call the mobile app department.

    THIS PLACE JUST SUCKS. They just need to close this location. Understaffed.Poorly Managed. Horrible Communication. I gave this place 3 chances, but the 3rd time was the charm. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to be told that they were only serving 'Drinks'. THAT TELLS YOU EVERYTHING. Just close this Place. What a Waste of Space.

    If i could give them no stars, i would! I ordered and paid ahead of time through the app for 3 drinks. Pulled into the stall, "checked-in" and waited for 25 mins. To only have a employee walk out to ever other car as well as mine in the stalls and relay the message of ," We're only serving through the drive thru." A sign would've been great. But apparently that's too much. Needless to say, the 8 cars in the drive thru line did it for me. Called the 1-800... and got my refund. Try McDonald's a block away. They were way more helpful and more courteous than the people at Sonic.

    We ordered only two ocean waters and the car in front of us sat at the drive thru window for 18 minutes after we ordered before they even took payment and they still hadn't given that car their order by the time we cut our losses 6 minutes later. If an order item is taking that long (and why should it, even chicken usually only takes 12 minutes top to drop) have them park and bring it out, or come outside and take care of folks further back in line to move things along.

    We placed a mobile order prior to arriving. We were waiting about 15 minutes. The guy brings an order, it was NOT ours. He goes back in, we waited another 10 minutes. This time the sizes of our tater tots and mozzarella sticks were wrong. The guy takes the smalls back, comes back another 10 minutes later. No apology for the bad service. Absolutely ridiculous. We will not go to this location again.

    Charged me $2 more then advertised prices. Gave wrong orders and No receipt to show what they charged me for. I wonder if cashier is charging people more and pocketing more for himself. Quality of Food was low. Worst breakfast I've ever had.

    Not pleased one bit, I ordered a crispy tender dinner, the onion ring that was served is super unprofessional. Disgusting, one way to describe there food. Do not recommend coming here ever again.

    Had a car in front of me who got their order in quick. It came to my turn to put my order in, nothing from the speaker. Waited about 5 minutes, still nothing. Decided to say "hello" to the speaker, nothing. Cars started to line up behind me, still nothing. Another 5 minutes later, cars started beeping, and I decided to pull up to the window. Lady decided to take the order from the car behind me first because they were at the speaker. I decided to ask for a discount because I had been waiting over 10 minutes at this point, and still had to wait for the car behind to get their order in! The manager comes over, tells me no discount, and tells me that "who knows why the speaker didn't work" for me. They still hadn't gotten my order in. Decided to leave because this was way too much time to wait for food! I love Sonic onion rings and go once in a while for them. The staff today, especially the manager, took no responsibility for the situation and still had me wait for others to put orders in first. Ridiculous! Went somewhere else, got food in 10 minutes!

    Couldn’t even order. Waited in for a while and kept saying hello. No response after a while I drove up to window and no one came although they served the other guests ahead of us. After waiting a while we left

    Very pleasant staff, but took over 20 minutes for 2 meals and 1 sandwich. I understand that everything's fresh, but they were super slow, only one car ahead of me in the drive thru. The only other thing was that the lettuce in my son's crispy chicken sandwich was limp and pale, and I ordered a green chile cheeseburger (nothing but cheese,green Chile, meat and bun) meal for my husband and was charged for such but they made it plain, like literally nothing but meat and bun, that wasn't pleasant. Figured it was an off day and will return but hmph. 🙂

    Was told they were making fresh fries for my order. Instead got the coldest and oldest fries. The mozzarella stick didn't come with any dipping sauce and they were cold too. I called and they wanted me to go back for a fresh food.

    I went there 6/28/23 around 3:40 pm. I asked for a med. chocolate shake no cherry, no whip cream. I noticed that something was at the bottom of my shake when I got to the bottom. It was a cherry. I'm allergic to cherries and they still put a cherry in my shake and tried to hide it in the bottom after I asked for no cherry. I will not go back to this Sonic.

    I love this location! It's not too far from where I live as well as where I'm usually headed. It sits right off the highway. The youngsters who work here are awesome, respectful, and always make an honest effort. Thanks!

    Went for a quick meal yesterday after work almost everything was perfect the Food and Drinks were especially AMAZING. Just wish they had more workers on ice cream at night time because it can cause a really long line to build up since all the stalls are closed and really slow down the service.. Other than that the BBQ CHICKEN was perfect, drenched in sauce and tangy along with their ICONIC Ocean Waters (ask to add cherry inside)😋! Will be returning just not in the nighttime that line was a nightmare..

    It is rare that you get a diet limeades that is correctly made. Often, it lacks the lime wedge for which you were charged 60¢ or they didn't change the canister and it is nasty soda water or both.

    Drive thru only... West side keeps getting more ghetto. Cheers to current politics. And do not trust the menu... Half the stuff listed is not available. Ordered popcorn chicken and got a green chilli cheeseburger... It's like pushing the random button to see what happens?

    Man what a joke this place is. None of the booths are open you gotta wait in line cause it takes 45 minutes per order pretty much just save yourself the time. Sad they got complacent not having to run out to cars
