Big New Yorker Pizza, paid whatever…..delivered on time………must have sat in a box for hrs and then rewarmed up and delivered. Dry, hard and the pepperonis were crispy like 3 sat old pizza that sat in the fridge. Worst pizza ever

Do not like not being able to talk directly to the store. Sometimes you just want to talk to the main store and not some customer service. Sometimes you just want a connection with the story you're buying from.

This new pizza is the bomb! Very delicious! The wings were good but the lemon pepper wings were not that great. The lemon pepper wings were shook in the seasoning but the seasoning did not adhere to the chicken very well. The cashier had a bad attitude but I am giving a 5 star because the pizza rocked! It exceeded all of my expectations!

My pizza was delivered quickly and tasted delicious! The delivery guy was so kind when he called to let me know he had dropped off my pizza. I get nervous having to deal with employees in the food service industry because it seems like customer service is so rare these days but this gentleman did a great job! I think his name was Robert, at least that’s what came up on the caller ID :)

So very frustrated!! Tried to order through the app but it NEVER seems to work!! Always tells me I have the wrong password. I reset it, then it takes me it is wrong again. Happens every time! Then I called, what is listed as a local number, only to get a call center with someone in the other end who has such a hard time listening and speaking English. She could even the name of the street (Southern Blvd) if the Pizza Hut locating to where I could verify it for her. FINALLY... After placing a very simple order (Pepperoni Pizza Melt) the call ended. I got to the store, the guy at the window was very friendly. He told me the Melt had just come out of the oven and the box did feel hot. I got home and the Melt was soooo greasy I couldn't even eat it!! I was so upset and too far away to go back to the store. DEFINITELY NOT a good experience!!

Worse location no one knows how to do their job here and are extremely rude. They can never get the order right do not waste your money here at all

Alyssa helped us tremendously when we ordered a couple pan pizzas from this location of Pizza Hut in Rio Rancho. They were expedient in preparing the pizzas.

This order was for delivery. Food tasted exactly how I expected it to. My only complaint was that it was not hot. I expected it to be not as hot because delivery but I just wish it was a little hotter.

Ordered a hand-tossed Super Supreme. Delivered quickly and was hot and exactly as ordered. Tasted yummy!! Thanks Pizza Hut!

Made and online order with this location and I accidentally put "no cheese" on the pizza. I called and told them it was a mistake. The lady with the heavy Indian accent would not add cheese to my order without insisting on me giving her my credit card information. Big red flag. It would've literally made no difference to add cheese lol (money wise). Never ordering from this location again. Beware of scammers everybody!!!

On Super Bowl this team here at Pizza Hut are great individuals! Positive attitude, Fast service and most of all great food! Everything was cooked to perfection! Thank you guys for working hard! I hope you get a raise!

The pizza was bland. The meat tasted old and dated. My wife wouldn't even finish eating her slice. I ate 2 slices thinking maybe MY taste buds were off. Nope. The meat was disgusting and tasted like it was expired. I'm serious as hell. It smelled and looked soooo good too.

Nigel was very attentive and nice since we walked in the door. Very good experience, he let us know about the basketball promotion and we ended up buying one. We are very pleased with our visit and will definitely will be back. He also brought our food to the car. Thank you sooo much again Nigel

Great customer service when I showed up 20 min too early due to my family and I planning they jumped right in and got the order going and was ready in 10 min and was the best pizza I have had from the rio rancho location on southern...there all good but this one was exceptional.

Very good pizza. Staff was friendly and polite. Eveything was just as I had ordered it.

Our pizza went out for delivery and it took 26 minutes to arrive. The breadsticks were very soggy and the pizza was lukewarm. We live less than 5 min away. Poor service and food The Pizza Hut on Southern has really gone downhill.

I order on line they were right on time the driver was great my pizza was wonderful service was so good I gave him a tip Thankyou so much

I must say I am usually a Domino's man was really disappointed when I found out they did not have pineapple and Ham but come save the day Red Roof Inn Pizza did and their hand tossed stuffed crust was just awesome fresh hot and delivered the way of pizza should be very tasty

I paid $30 for a single pizza to arrive about 45 minutes late, Colder than the outside summer heat temperature (It was 98 degrees here, Yall!), Burnt brown, and delivered by a 3rd party external company not affiliated with Pizza Hut who left it outside. I used to order from Pizza hut often (Once a week) and I have NEVER recieved this horrible of service from Pizza Hut, but it seems Pizza Hut may be declining rapidly when it comes to customer service, quality, and overall competence!! I will switch to any other pizza delivery service at this point and I'd suggest you do the same, unless they offered to make it right...
