It's okay. My sister and I occasionally come here for their tacos and curly fries. We absolutely love their vanilla orange Hi-c. I feel like their other items on the menu can be a bit pricey and aren't really the best value. The quality of food can be a hit or miss. As of lately the tacos have been filled with so much lettuce! For a moment, I almost thought I was at taco bell lol 😜 Update My sister and I returned and again our sad little tacos were filled with mostly lettuce.

It's fast food, there's not a whole lot to say. However, I really appreciated the customer service and quality of the food here. This is one of the best Jack and the Box locations I've ever been to and the food quality has stayed consistent. The staff is very friendly and work hard to keep the restaurant clean. 10/10 😊

Service was slow (drive-thru) and my burger was terrible. It was an Ultimate Cheeseburger and completely covered in mustard, I mean seriously coated. Almost no ketchup or mayo and cheese was less then warm. I'll try back in a month as I like Jack in the Box and this is the closest store and really want it to do well. First clue of issues are all the banners that they are hiring. Please fix and you'll have a loyal customer, everyone deserves a second chance.

I witnessed this today. It didn't happen to me. The new owner of the place was very very rude. There was a lovely couple who wanted to redeem points for free food. They proved it was legit and it said redemed with their order they just put in. She (new owner) rudely accused them of lying and saying there was no such thing on the app. The cashier was trying to tell her it was real. He (cashier) even acknowledged the evidence. She (owner) decided on being rude in Spanish thinking they didn't understand when infact they did speak Spanish. She was insistent on them paying and didn't want to reimburse them either for the points she didn't want to acknowledge... New owner is horrible. She should learn more about things a place has before owning one. Also , their food looked disgusting. My food looked disgusting.

I realize you pay minimum wage, and it's hard to get decent staff.....but your cooks are doing whipits with your whipped cream canisters in front of customers...they gave me uncooked tacos, like, they are literally still frozen in the center. Maybe look into that.

Food was on point and it was cooked so good. Fast service and great costumer service. This is my fav jack in the box in town.

Where to begin. Went today thru the drive thru to get lunch. Ordered the number 1, large size with a Coke. The Hamburger was smaller than the lid for the large Coke!!! The fries were half full and cold!!! The only thing good was the Coke. Normally I dont leave posts but when you spend over 12 dollars for a meal it better be good!!! Keep serving garbage like this Jack in the box and you will go out of business very soon!!!!

I can't give this locatiin less than a 5. I know there have times I was dissappointed because they were closed early or you have to wait a while to get your food. Then I look at it from the employee perspective and realize, they are short handed. Most recently, they still have smiles, super courteous and my order is always correct! Thank you for your hard work!

I went through drive through today around 2:00 pm. I did not get the young man's name who helped me but I wish I did. He gave me great customer service. He was very kind and sincere in his service. Thanks Jack in the Box for having such a great person in your drive through.

I'm a Dasher and I went to the drive-thru and it took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru when there was only one car in front of me and then when I got to the window they didn't even have the order ready so I had to sit in front of the store and wait for them to bring it out to me. They were very busy and they were short-handed

Jack in the box is an interesting experience we never encountered it until we came out here to Albuquerque as far as I know they don't exist back east at least where I was Their combo packs are an interesting way of trying a bunch of different things The tacos are interesting they're not much to them I'm not even sure if there's any meat inside it might just be beans but they do taste good they're kind of quasi hard and soft they're crispy but also soft whenever the insides touch on the inside they're soft there Even though they're not that deluxe or that amazing they're not a bad value for the price not bad at all The hamburgers on the other hand while as expensive as most fast food hamburgers are today I would consider them several notches above typical fast food think McDonald's or Burger King not as good as five guys but substantially better than McDonald's or Burger King The ingredients tasted fresh the bun was nice and fluffy the burger was big juicy and delicious it didn't taste how do you describe it manufactured like McDonald's burger does? It was a surprisingly good burger let's just put it that way even though it was expensive I considered a much better value The place look nice I didn't see any issues drive-thru was fast the employees were friendly and alert and we got our food and short order and we're on our way I was happy with the experience and I will almost certainly be going back

I came a around 10pm I get that it gets busy but I had to wait 15mins for food also even for waiting I was almost home and they didn't add the bacon to my sandwich it was ordered and on my receipt I was charged. I also ordered tacos but did not even get that as well. I tried to call a few times because I was already about to be home. Again I get it gets busy but for most to not be what I ordered is a bit upsetting and no one answers the phone even when waiting for your food.

This Jack in the Box always gets our order right and how we like it! We love to order the tacos with a little extra crunch and the staff members are always so friendly. We drive down from the south valley to this establishment because the staff here are awesome. Keep up the great work guys and galls!

I feel that people underestimate fast food nowadays because of gross places like McDonald's. This place is great and the food was awesome. We ate at the restaurant and let me tell you I don't see food this good at other fast food places!

Didn't give me or my friend any taco sauce in two separate orders. What good are Jack in the box tacos without taco sauce. come on guys

Standard fast food joint, however, the employees were very friendly and kind. That's always a breath of fresh air especially when your family feels welcomed even if it's just to grab a burger.

Our extreme sausage sandwich only has one piece of sausage and our ultimate breakfast sandwich only had bacon. Very disappointing.

Not worth the money. Spicy chicken sandwich was pathetic. Tacos were old and not made well at all. For the cost I would avoid.

Everything was great. Enjoy eating at Jack n the box because they have great food, the service was outstanding and we got pur food relatively quick and hot, fresh and tasty. Grew up on Jack n the box so it's great when you can introduce your kid's to a great restaurant that you grew up eating. Keep up the great work store #1261 will come back for more great food. Went to get breakfast this morning. Ordered an extreme sausage sandwich and an ultimate breakfast sandwich. Ultimate breakfast sandwich only has bacon and extreme sausage only has one piece of sausage.. Both sandwiches lack luster and it took 13 minutes.. Really disappointed in the quality.

One of the best fast food restaurants in Albuquerque for sure. Just about everything they make is excellent. I especially love the spicy chicken sandwiches and the loaded breakfast sandwiches. Yum

Just got my order from Uber Eats and... gotta say I'm impressed with the level of service from the restaurant. The bag was filled with the appropriate condiments AND napkins, seems kind of crazy to be thrilled about that, but rarely do other fast food chains bother to add those things. The food was good but it's the fact that I got the condiments and napkins without having to specify that will make me order from there again.
