Love this location and the staff but 1.50 to substitute oat milk is nothing short of robbery. I personally don't think there should be any charge for substitution but I paid your 50 cents for years. You're making tons of extra cash and alienating a bunch of your customers. You've lost my business I'm sad to say and until you fix this I will not return. Absolutely ridiculous

Stopped by this morning for my usual coffee and bagel. My extra hot latte was room temp at best, and my bagel wasn’t even toasted!? Why are we paying almost Starbucks prices and getting corner store service??? Also, no one wants to wait next to the trash can for their coffee! DISGUSTING. The only good thing about this location is the speed.

Around 2016 this girl who smelt like rotten eggs and melted mountain dew took my order. When i got my coffee she spit in it right in front of me. When i received my donuts they were old and moldy. Right when i was about to leave she threw hot burning coffee right at the back of my head! I was rushed to the hospital and now i have a burn on my head forever. I will never recover from this emotionally, physically, and mentally.

Customer service sucks! I'm huge on customer service, even if something is not good. The donuts were good though. It takes seconds to say hi or can I help you. Several employees walk toward me, look at me and walk off. Not one word from them. Finally was helped and she just looked at me like what do you need. I said thank you and she says yeah and walks off. Definitely will drive to the Juan tabo store(nice people) and not come back to the Wyoming one.

I am one happy pregnant woman! The staff today went above and beyond my expectations and made me sooooo happy!!!! Definitely love yall!! Thank you sooo much!!!! Raspberry donuts are the best!

Service was quick and the iced caramel macchiato came out delicious! My kids enjoyed the munchkins and donuts, grandparents really enjoyed their hot coffee. Thank you for making us all happy! Keep up the great work!

Don’t believe these one-off reviewers and complainers! I come here every week and the service is fast and accurate. They are always friendly and the owner is the best in the business. She will stop and say hello to me every time, no matter how busy they are. Once again, don’t believe these picky reviewers. Can’t speak highly enough of this place. <3

nate thanked us for being nice to him (the bare minimum of how a customer should act) in the drive thru and gave us something on the house while we were there late. when something is completely out just be on your way, no need to make a fuss out of something so trivial. we appreciate you nate and the rest of the employees!

Went inside. They were stocking cups. As they were filling cup holders they were separating the three foot sleeves. They placed their bare hands inside of cups on top lip to grip the cup. One out of five workers observing wearing sanitary gloves. Then to fill my cup with coffee, employee carried cup to coffee dispenser holding cup with fingers inside top of cup again. I mentioned to employee near me about this and was told they wash their hands. This employee was covered with acne so I was made comfortable. Donuts placed in paper sacks with bare hands.

I had a fantastic experience here. All the staff are very friendly and quick, the food tasted wonderful and the store was immaculate. One of my favourite Dunkin’s in ABQ!

The Pumpkin Spice Latte was excellent. Some donut holes and a Boston Creme donut did the trick. This location does NOT have a drive-thru but does have clean restrooms.

Ever since they changed locations and have younger employees it has gone down hill for the worst. Donut selection is bland now, they are always out of the “featured items” and they can’t even make coffee correctly. Latte drinks always have way too much milk and they barely put ice in the iced drinks. I had to ask the worker to re-make mine twice and the final one I was given was extremely too sweet after a few drinks now my stomach hurts. I just tossed it and wasted my money unfortunately. Train your employees and stop ripping customers off!!

we called asking for an order to be prepared till we get there and they said ok , but when we got there same Indian lady that was on the phone said it wasn't ready and we can't order by phone, and she was acting in a rude way saying to her colleague that those people look new here that they don't know anything, then they asked us to pull forward so they could take the next drive through order, then same lady came to us saying that we have to go to the cashier to pay! why didn't they let us pay at the window when they were saying that they don't accept any order without paying!?

It was nice to be able to purchase a large Mocha latte without having to go through the kid stuff of Grande or vente... And when I ordered an extra shot of espresso no comment. It was all and all a pleasant experience.

Coffee is always made quickly and correctly. Staff is friendly and helpful, the inside of the building is very clean. Lines move fast drive thru and indoor. Always feel welcomed.

The early morning crew has been together at this location for a while, and they are great! I picked up five dozen donuts for my son’s marching band early practice, and I was in and out in less than two minutes.

This is one of the 3 real Dunkin Donuts in Albuquerque. These 3 actually make and cook the donuts on sight. The new ones don't cook, that's why they never have donuts when you want them.

Look, I don’t know what it is about this franchise. Every time I go to a Dunkin’ Donuts, some ghetto activities take place. These activities range from fights, crazy customers, to miserable employees caught in the middle of it all. The coffee is always mid at best and the donuts can’t compete with Krispy Kreme or local donut shops. My friend likes the hash browns I guess, so that’s something. All in all, this franchise as a whole needs to just stop.

This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, in any city. Even if I’m near one of the other ABQ locations, I will drive to this one. Everyone on staff is friendly, the drive-thru is always fast (even when the line is long), and my coffee is always fresh and delicious.

Drive through today @3:02pm. Waited in line approximately 23 minutes for a large iced Chai latte with almond milk. I got to the window to a confused kid who had to ask me what my order was and had to renter it into the computer. I didn’t get my Chai tea latte. I received an iced coffee latte which they labeled a Chai latte. There’s a distinct difference. What happened to the amazing service I’m used to???

Good especially in the day time, early morning, and as the day progresses things take a turn for the worst in service, product availability, and they lock the doors early so you have to wait at the drive thru a long time just for them to tell you they are out of something. Lots of kids working so that's the risk you take. Overall good when functioning at Dunkin Donuts standards.

I go here for donuts for the lifeguards at the pool that I swim at. I always get an assorted dozen. No complaints. A very nice owner and staff. Fast and friendly service.

The employees and manager do not understand what a white glaze donut is - we ordered Simple 2 chocolate cake donuts and a white/non-chocolate glaze donut- I had to explain it multiple times and they gave me the wrong one- instead of just getting me the correct one, they made us give the whole bag back (who knows what they did with the incorrect donut which they should have thrown away or just let us keep it since we already were given the bag and opened it and they shouldn’t now sell it if someone else). And the manager or owner kept talking right over the donuts like 2 inches from her mouth which is not sanitary - they finally got it right and gave us the bag with correct doubted but we threw the whole bag away away. Gross And very poor service.

Dunkin is always great. The location on Wyoming is a happy place. The owner is always helpful. Great selection of doughnuts. I also bought my son a breakfast croissant. He loved it.

Their donuts just aren't as good. They really need to bring back the vanilla cream and chocolate cream filled donuts. Also, messed up my order and didn't give me a breakfast sandwich 😒. However, the door dash was great!

Poorly run business. No management present. They ran out of donuts during afternoon. I was told this happens everyday. Why stay open til 9pm then?Very rude teens working that day.Worker opened a box of donuts sitting on top of counter and told me I could have those if I wanted.

I absolutely love this Dunkies! 😀 I place mobile orders almost on a daily basis for the iced Black tea and medium Original Blend coffee (for my mom lol). The drive-thru is pretty fast and the service is wonderful! Please keep up the great work! 👍

Almost every time I’ve been here they mess my order up and give me the wrong items. I appreciate when I call they are willing to correct it, but I hate that I have to go out of my way to get the food I paid for. The workers really need to check what they are giving people before they hand it to them. Please check your bags and drinks before you leave!

This Dunkin Donuts is the best in Albuquerque!!! Food great, coffee great, donuts the best, clean place, atmosphere superb, customer service outstanding all the employees are so trained well, each employee says hi and bye, quick at being orders ready and with minimal mistakes. I was in the restaurant and convenient store business, grocery, many fast food restaurants. I always trained my employees to complete there work from start to finish. These employees would be absolutely working for me. Great!!!

Our entire order was screwed up, ordered 4 items and none came out as correct. Went to dunkin and they seriously screwed up our entire order. Given it was very busy so I understand if 1 thing might be wrong but all 4 items? 2 drinks and 2 sandwichs? Asked for sugar free syrup, got sugar syrup, asked for tomato pesto grilled cheese, got tomato pesto no cheese, asked for strawberry dragon fruit with green tea, it can with lemonade, and finally asked for a sourdough sandwich with turkey sausage and it came with bacon. We’ve gone to this location many times and it’s always been great. This time was terrible.
