Absolutely horrible experience!! We ordered online only to go pick it up and be told they do not do online ordering so 40 dollars down the drain we are with absolutely no way for them to give a refund. (Not they offered any compensation anyway) Never going back! Would not recommend! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Not worth the money I spent, chicken is dark brown and tasted like it was cooked in old oil Mashed potatoes are runny Mac and cheese are runny it’s disgusting…. Literally DISGUSTING. Not to mention the old girl working the window and serving the food. Is unprofessional right off the bat she had a very juvenile attitude. I called her when I got home to let her know the mashed potatoes were awkwardly running and the macaroni and cheese was also disgustingly runny. She tells me well nobody else has complained. (Like a little kid) I explained to her how awful this food looked and tasted if I can get my money back. Of course she doesn’t have that authority. Go figure, I let her know I can bring them back to show her. She tells me No then laughs and tells me she’ll swap em out. And Honestly I don’t feel comfortable taking for from someone who has this childish mentality. She’s the type to do something inappropriate. So she tells me to call RUTH tomorrow and hangs up on me. However, it’s not just the food I’m paying for. I am disappointed and disgusted off the food and the service. This location and herself should be ashamed.

Don’t be tricked! Apparently they don’t accept online orders on their own website! I ordered $40 worth of food just to show up and not get anything I had paid for. I don’t recommend going to this location. The workers were very rude about it as well!

Ordered a 10 piece with 2 sides, one of those being fries. Tell me why this is what I got when I got home?? Unacceptable, do not recommend. They also did not give me any of the sauce I requested for the chicken.

Church is fading like a drowning dog. Terrible experience today. First of all they don’t remember what you order, you have to double check when you received it. Second of all this is probably the most pathetically treated corn I’ve seen. BLAND, OILY, and EXPENSIVE AF!! 2.99$ for one corn? I would though they are washing money for cartels merely based on their quality of food and service.

They are rude their chicken is old and when you tell them they say that it’s fresh and the wait time one person in front of me I was literally there for 20 minutes asked for sweetie they gave me unsweetened tea and this all came from management

Thanks for the food poisoning. Puking and diarrhea within 2 hours of eating here. I never puke either. I'm like Seinfeld, 9 years no puking ruined. They're always rude, don't give what you ask for and it's obvious they hate working. They don't have medium drinks either. She made it sound like they never had medium. Never again.

Never dined in, always drive through, but there's always this long wait? This is why I seldom come here. Food is always cooked well, and service is always friendly, but I could be the only one at the speaker, and they make me wait? There could be no one in the restaurant, and I'd still wait?

Worst service ever. My daughter went to get us food they were rude and short with her. Every time she tried to ask a question they would interrupt her. She wasn’t able to order everything we wanted cause they lady was so rude it made her uncomfortable. I tried to call to try and talk to someone they never answered the phone.

the chicken is always horrible at this location . so dry always and they never have dipping sauce that you want one good thing is the sweet tea

The price was all wrong, I asked for just three orders and all of them were wrong,!!!!!! She asked if we wanted to go we said no, But they put it in to-go anyway ?I asked for plates to stay there and eat and she said They didn't have any, Drinks where wrong, then I waited about 10 minutes from my order? they had already given the other two people there's so here I am nicely waiting from my order. I finally asked for my order 😞, And it'll be the last time I go there.

This is the worst church's ever the service sucked they never not once in three years got my order correct and they always forget the biscuits and the food is never fresh I dont recommend this place to anyone the time before this time I waited along with three other customers 55 min to get our food and they said we could not get our money back cuz they closed there registers one gentleman was waiting that long for two pieces of chicken that was it unbelievable 👎👎👎👎👎

A homeless guy tried to climb in my truck and shouted at me while I was at the drive up. The staff just looked and seemed to think this was a normal occurrence, so I won't be going back here. Understandably the staff was just going through the motions and didn't seem to care about any customers, I'm sure they deal with junk all the time. I didn't get my whole order, but I left because at that time even more people were heading towards my truck. The food is okay, but maybe get it from another location.

Staff was rude and place wasn't busy but I was literally in line at the speaker of drive through with 1 person ahead of me and I had to wait over 10 min to get my order taken and my food. Won't go to this one ever again!!

Went tgru drive thru. No one was there. Waited for my order for 20 minutes. Served everyone else after me, and hadn't started on my order when I had to go inside. Charged me for the wrong meal. Customer service was a joke. Very rude. Not going back, i will go out of my way to go to the one on Louisiana and zuni from now on.

Went in there on my way home. Go through drive through there was a "out of service" and so iwe go to the window. I get out to go to the counter. I waited a while and I was the only customer. Finally, a worker asked me what to order. I give her order then a manager comes out from the back. I told her you are "out of otder" drive thru. Then she tells the girl who was putting my order together to take down the signs in the drive thru. Well, because she took over my order. She forgot my cole slow. I had to remind her about napkins. She explained she had a faulty headphone at the drive thru? Well, I get home no coleslaw. I called her about the otder. She tried to tell me she didn't do the order. I told, "Yes,you did you stupi B"! I like it when people pass the bucket on to other people . Yes, the manager has no manager skills. If you go there the chicken is brown. I paid over $32.00 for 8 peice combo. They can't even do that. This location has the worst management!!

The customer service was great. The associate was polite and kind. The chicken was made fresh and chrispy. Wished us well. You don't find that kind of service all the time.

Went through the drive through, was told to park and they would bring it out. Waited forty-five minutes for my order, all the while watching people who arrived after me leave with their food before me. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes before my order would be out because they had run out of spicy chicken.

Went there to order for a family event. Anna and Derrick were top notch service. I've never seen a more efficient staff in time, motion and correct order completion. I'm not from the area, but I guarantee I'll be back when I visit Albuquerque, again. Plus, I'm definitely recommending this location to our friends here in the area!! Super A++ guys!!

This Church's Chicken was not well staffed. Two people running lunch. The jumbo shimp looked like breading that fell off my chicken, I looked everywhere for the shrimp when I realized that these little pieces were them. At least there was 5 instead of 3.

Excellent fried chicken!! Some peices were a bit inconsistent in size and and cook.....some peices were moist & juicy while others were tough and dried out. Overall, really good chicken.

The poor rating is not by any means the fault of the woman that was pulling the weight of four workers by herself. She gets 5 stars, she was working the drive thru, the dining room register, dropping okra and French fries, and doing what looked like everyone's side work. But rather for poor management who would leave a store they are responsible for to be ran by a skeleton crew. We placed or order in the drive thru then drove next door got has and some scratchers then went back... I went inside to pick up our order but to my dismay it still was not ready.

This is consistently the worst Church's in town the service is awful, the food is never ready on time and they don't change their fryers. Tonight I pre-ordered, waited 40 minutes then went to the store, where the lady working was very, very unprofessional. They had not even started my order, so another 30 minutes later they started it (almost an hour after placing my order) and then tell me I have to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes if I want what I ordered. Do instead, I got overcooked greasy chicken, biscuits like rocks and macaroni that tasted like it was made of burnt oil and salt. Every time I have tried to go back here, it is worse. This will be the last time.
