First time trying this place and I really liked it. They have different choices of sauces they can add to your order. I got the Dungeness crab cluster with Crackin' sauce hot. It wasn't very hot where you could not enjoy your food and it was a great flavor. We also ordered the peeled and deveined shrimp with Lemon Pepper which was also really good. I would return as well as recommend this restaurant. We added the sausage and corn to our boils and the corn was so good and very sweet, I would suggest these additions also. Pricenis reasonable and of course based on market value of the seafood you order. If you read my review, please hit the like button. Thank you

The food was good. The lemon and Cajun spice mixed was delicious. It did not overwhelm. We did get the mild spice. The butter is $1-3 extra. We got a combo and 1lb of crab legs. It didn't look like much but it was filling. Their buffalo wings had a dry rub but were not hot at all (my boyfriend asked for the hottest one). There's not as many variety options. I liked how friendly the staff was towards us. It had a nice atmosphere. We came during a lull so nobody was inside. (The piece of corn was super small and the potato was a small potato)

It was a recommendation from my nephew because I wanted a shrimp boil like the one I had in San Francisco. He said, there are a couple of places, but this place is the best. I have to admit, it was delicious!!!

$65 for 2 King Crab legs. Not a whole King Crab, just 2 legs. The headless shrimp had no flavor unless you peeled the shells off and slathered them in the small amount of sauce they give you, and the weren't de-veined, which killed my appetite. The server was nice enough to remove it from my bill. Will not be eating here again.

Worst service I've received in quite a long time. They don't accept reservations, but we watched multiple same sized parties who arrived after us be seated before us. When we were seated they informed us that one of these parties had been given the last high chair. After waiting 40 minutes we were seated. It took an additional 20 minutes to have a waiter stop by. An additional 10 to get glasses of water. Its now been 90 minutes and we dont have a scrap of food to show for it. Skip the BS and just go to one of the restaurants nearby.

A great place for takeout, the place gets crowded too fast and the wait is a bit tedious, a great place for seafood, all at a great price.

Truly an amazing experience. Cathy and the rest of the staff are awesome. Food is amazing. And the set up is perfectly decorated. Will definitely be returning.. yes you get a big but don't plan on staying clean the whole time.

Had a hard time deciding to go here or other crab places. Glad we made the decision to go here. The cajun boil bags were amazing. I got 2 lbs of crab in my bag and it came with a potato and corn for about $55. My husband got 2 lbs of crab and 1 lbs of mussels for about $70. Was totally worth it as it was a large portion that took us a while to get through. Keep your bag twisted close as you go and the crab will stay warm. I got a side of rice to pour the extra sauce over. Word of advice, the hot sauce is so delicious but will make your nose run. Ask for extra gloves so you can change them to wipe your nose. The nice Asian ladies working yesterday had great service as well! The only thing is I wish they had more sides to choose from. I love Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, biscuits, and other things with my crab.

A great eating experience, I love Cajun food and this was one of the best meals I have ever had. Come hungry, their combination choices are big

The snow crab was stringy and very hard to remove from the shell. Overall flavor was on point, but texture wasn't the best. Lots of clam shells, but no meat for some reason some potatoes were over done and some were still hard and the corn on the cob was mushy. Again overall flavors was stellar. Maybe just on off day.

I ordered the drift bag. It contained scallops, mussels, shrimp, and snow crab. I chose the lemon pepper and crackin sauce mix as my seasoning. The food was made super fast and it was delicious 😋. Just be ready to make a mess. The mess is worth it, though.

Called ahead to ask what time they were closing as it was a holiday. They told me 5. I arrived at about 330 to reserve our table of 13, at which time they told me they were closing at 4. She remembered telling me 5 but the rest of the staff wanted to leave, so we decided to just order the food and go home. Then they told us they didn't want to fulfill our to go order, but contacted another location and referred us to them. Very disappointed with them. They lost hundreds of dollars. Will not return and I definitely wouldn't refer this place to anybody. Horrible management.

The food here was 10/10! The service was absolutely on point! I didn't stop thinking about the scallops I got for 3 days afterwords. The only negative about this place was the dust on all of the decor and lights.. In my experience, that's where you find the best food, though. Could have been made more comfortable with just a mild cleaning.

Entering this location was a little strange. The front looks like it's being renovated and so there's a large, mostly empty room on the left when you come in the main entrance. The main room that is open for eating is cozy and smells delicious. The raw oysters were a disappointment (wouldn't do again). They didn't taste very fresh at all. The broiled lobster and king crab legs were great though. I would just think that considering how much you're paying that you would get more corn and potatoes but no complaints at all about the crab legs and lobster. They were great. Hoping to try the crawfish here when they're in season! Great service.

Its not fancy but the sea food was delicious ❗ Crabs, Crawfish, shrimp, Scallops were well spiced and served hot in plastic bags. If you don't want to eat with your hands its not the place to go. The four of us did have a great time and will definitely go back.

I’ve been to the Pan American location many times and always had amazing service but today our services was not so great. Food is always good but our server was not on top of it today. Our server name is Lung and he not once checked up on us, didn’t get our refills, but only to bring just our food out. We asked another server if he could find our server but replied “if I can find him”. We appreciate the manager Pye for helping us out.

Took my son here for his birthday. It's his absolute favorite! And as usual it didn't disappoint. The food is always hot and fresh! Service is fantastic as well!

Today was my first bad experience when it came to service while dining in @ the Pan American location. Our server Lung only came up to our table twice. Once to take our order & the second time to bring our food. Not once did he return to check on us or refill our drinks. We had to ask another server to find OUR server so we could cash out in which the other server replied “if I can find him” even after all that he still did not return to our table. We always have great service while here, but today just was not it. We do appreciate the manager Pye for helping us in the end to cash out.

Went there with my family on Christmas Eve. Spent $284.00 on sea food to end up getting bad shrimp. We got the head on shrimp and you can tell it smells funky and won’t peel what so ever. We got some lobster tail and scampi that were okay. I wouldn’t recommend this location what so ever. The shrimp isn’t fresh at all. Go somewhere.

The cracking sauce is banging! It is a seafood boil and super fun. My only iffy thing is they don't de-vein the shrimp but other then that I would go back every week!

Mixed up my order with my brother. Made my food spicy when i asked for medium. Then i started choking because it was to spicy. The waiter just look at me while i was choking at the table never asked if i was ok or anything. I was trying to catch my breathe. I asked the waiter for some bread. When i got the bill he charged us for the bread. He had to refix my bag boil. It was not a great experience for me. Will not go back

Great place. Loved the various seafood offerings.

We got there and they were pretty busy, my party of 3 was sat in a make shift table, just to accommodate. Crab legs were over cooked as the meat was sticking to the shell, potatoes were undercooked as they were still hard in the center. As we were placed in the corner it was hard to get a refill and extra napkins. The lady across the way laughed like a hyena as she was very intoxicated, but was still being served alcohol. I informed the hostess this was a treat for my sons 13th birthday and she stated they would be by to sing and wish him a happy birthday, that never happened. We got the check, paid and left. We should have just gone to our usual spot Storming Crab. They know us there and always try to give us our regular table. I'm always courteous in leaving a tip, but due to their lack of service I didn't.

We chose this location because it had so many reviews with a high rating. The food was cooked to perfection, but it’s expensive and you get a lot less than other seafood boils we always have leftovers not here you won’t the portions are skimp. When our waiter put down our food we both thought the same thing “This is it?”. The spice leave was nice, but the flavor a bit lacking. I wish they had an option for more garlic in the sauce. Good, but expensive with smaller portions. Would I come back? No, I left unsatisfied and disappointed that we paid $62 for a boil bag and didn’t even have any for later. I have never left a seafood boil still a little hungry. I noticed none of the other tables had leftovers either.

I didn't take any pictures. My fingers were covered in crab and their signature mix in the boil bags. So. Damn. Good. I can't wait to go back.

Good seafood boil. We ordered the #2 with medium spice and chicken strip meal. Convenient location off the freeway and near hotels, if you are traveling. Friendly staff and very efficient.
