We have only been going for two weeks and during intake we were treated extremely well. The Dr. Is an amazing woman, my counselor Gavi is heaven sent, Mike at the front as security is the most loving, caring, thoughtful man. Because of all the amazing people who work here makes me want to stay focused and sober. Also the ladies and gentlemen that give the methadone are beyond amazing friendly angels.

The director is so disrespectful and seems to not care about anybody but herself. I have heard she was responsible for someone relapsing and overdosing causs she kicked them out. If you really want to help someone who has mental health problems combined with addiction how can you kick them out? I don't know how it's going to work without John the security guard, he has a connection and and understanding with the patients there and helps everyone feel safe and cared for. The new security guard that wears regular clothes is so invasive and tries bullying his way up. He even bullies people who don't go there and listens in on personal conversations. He doesn't even look legit. I want to get my son out of this place soon especially when John leaves cause we're not going to feel safe with a security like that.

I Love this Clinic! The staff is Great! I've been going there for a little over a year now and it's been the best experience I've ever had with methadone clinics thus far! In my opinion that is one of the reasons that I've been successful with my heroin sobriety more now them I've ever had in my past experience with methadone clinics!!

I have been sober for 4 years because of this place. Most doctors counselors and nurses treat everyone with respect and dignity especially with the stigma of addiction. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of how often we have to change counselors from either quitting or other issues. I have been through like 6 counselors since I’ve been here and it sucks getting comfortable with a counselor just to be switched and start all over again. You need to be able to trust your counselors and if they’re being switched every so many months there’s gonna be no relationships with patients and counselors.

I tried another clinic (Albuquerque Treatment Services) and had such an awful experience, I started to think I would never be able to stay healthy and had decided to accept my fate. They were absolutely horrible, I was so close to giving up and just letting the blues win. Then my boyfriend told me about New Seasons and asked me to just call them. I was skeptical and doubtful but called anyway and I am so incredibly glad that I did. Every single person I have spoken with at New Seasons is so nice, well educated in addiction and recovery, absolutely so so so understanding and compassionate, but most importantly to me, they look me in the eyes and speak to me like I'm a human being, not like I'm junkie trash, which is what I was used to with the last clinic. I have cried so many good tears since coming to New Seasons, just feeling seen and being acknowledged means more than most people realize. I wish I could remember everyone's names and give them all the recognition they deserve but one example of how sweet they are, I was having bad cold sweats and intake was taking a long time, the PA (I so so so wish I could remember her name because she was the nicest, funniest PA I have ever met. She must've seen that I was struggling, she offered me a cigarette and went outside with me, talked to me about life, asked non addiction related questions (which made me feel so much more comfortable and at ease). She made me feel like I could trust her and that made me want to open up more. She made it so easy to be honest with her about everything once we went to her office to complete intake. I had never been treated so well or spoken to with such compassion by anyone at Albuquerque Treatment Services but this seems to just be the standard at New Seasons. Another example, last week I stopped by Elena's office to tell her I got called back for a 3rd interview for a job I was really excited about, she stopped what she was doing, started looking for something then gave me a really sweet inspirational button with a Maya Angelou quote on it to remind me of how far I've come. Then the nurses drew my name for a Christmas raffle and I won a gift bag, totally made me cry. My point is, the staff here is so beyond wonderful. I truly believe that I am alive and staying clean because of this place. They have helped me to find my worth and self respect again. They help remind me of why I am never going to give up and encourage me to believe that I will absolutely conquer this. I am so grateful for the services provided, I am so grateful for the compassion shown. These people are amazing and I highly recommend speaking with them if you're struggling. You literally have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I promise they will help you if you let them.

First and foremost, the counselor Cheryl needs a raise and should have became the new director! She’s attentive and stern without being rude or stand offish unlike the current director. She helped me tremendously with not only my sobriety but life goals. She seems to be training the new counselors and they are so competent in what they do as if they’ve been there for years.Cheyenne is kind, helpful and the perfect example of Cheryls’ training abilities. Sophie is the best nurse I have ever encountered. So kind and patient and remembers things you’ve talked about. She needs a raise as well. The other nurses, doctors and most of the counselors are great and seem invested. Counselor Kim is a dingbat and needs some training herself. Patients should not have to repeat themselves multiple times because she can’t summarize and shouldn’t be asked how the computer programs work?! Also, Security is an issue. The rules don’t apply to everyone because the golden boy security guard allows certain patients and himself to get away with things they shouldn’t be doing. When fights break out they just stand there and yell instead of pepper spraying or handling the situation? Other than that I am very grateful for this place.

This treatment center has saved my life. I have struggled with substance abuse for most of my life now, since I was 15 years old. I never felt like I had a chance until I found this place. I’m 31 now, that’s a long time to be struggling. I never knew I needed New Seasons. I’m so grateful to have them. The staff are so kind, helpful and supportive- they all TRULY want you to succeed! Wonderful, wonderful people. I cannot say enough good things about them. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the ladies that do the drug tests, to the door man, to Sharon the peer support worker. She is one of the biggest supports in my life, and is one of the kindest people I’ve known with a lot of recovery time under her belt. But she’s so down to earth and cool, and helps you with absolutely anything to be successful not only in the program, but in life. She truly has a heart of gold. The nurses make me feel proud of myself and good every day I go, they truly see my progress and are truly proud of me and happy for me and I feel that every time I go and that makes me feel good about myself, and has helped so much with my recovery too. You get assigned a number when you go to dose here, but the last thing they do is make you feel like a number. I’ve never received care this good in the psychiatric or medical system as an addict. The women in the billing/accounting department are absolutely wonderful people as well, very understanding and supportive and will work with you which has been a blessing. I was so worried I was going to get removed from this program due to losing my Medicaid, but with a lot of work on everyone’s part, it looks like I’m going to be able to stay and I couldn’t be more grateful to them for that 🥰. I just hope other people who have lost their Medicaid recently can be helped as well. I want us all in the program to succeed. No one should ever lose their access to these life-saving services just because they can’t afford to pay out of pocket, or don’t qualify for Medicaid. My counselor Deanna is the best therapist I’ve ever had. And it took me 10 years to find her. I finally feel like I found a good match for me in Deanna, she has been amazing, crucial and so influential in my recovery. She never gives up on me, has the best ideas, always knows what to say and has been one of the biggest supports in my life. You can tell she really cares about you as a person, again someone there who doesn’t just see you as a number in any way. She is wonderful. Idk what I’d do without her!! I feel like I’m TRULY healing and growing in ways I never have before in therapy. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for saving my life. I am still in my first year and I really, really need the treatment and support that this center provides so I’m so grateful I found it and that we made a plan for me that works so that I’m able to stay❤️. I agree with other reviewers that their knowledge and compassion of/for addiction is absolutely unparalleled. Beautiful, wonderful, intelligent, kind, life-saving people. My heroes, and my family’s heroes as well for saving my life.

I have had a great experience here at this clinic. They let me in as a walk in and got the intake process taken care of as quick as possible for me. They gave me the resources I needed right away and took care of all my needs. The staff here are amazing people who truly care for you and don’t make you feel uncomfortable at all. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get help getting sober.

This clinic has changed my life. I was very sick for almost 10 years and now I have been sober for almost 6 months. The staff have always been really helpful. My counselor just quit which actually bummed me out big time because she truly helped me with this process more than I could explain. I will miss her but hopefully the next counselor I get is just as great!

Being new to this experience, I have to say that it has been nothing short of wonderful. They in processed me very quickly at 10 AM in the morning, when other clinics not only denied me, but would set up appointments like a week later, and with a 6 AM cutoff time. The intake counselor was super nice and quick, aware the entire time that dosing stopped soon and made sure that I would still have time to do so. The doctor and nurse were also nice and expedient. Since that first day, all appointments with my counselor have been a positive experience, and the dosing nurses have been professional and courteous, as well as uplifting at times. The director, Angela, helped me out and made sure that I was taken care of, by addressing my initial issues with dosing. I can truly recommend, and say if you are in need of support with opioid addiction, withdrawal, and treatment, this place can point you in the right direction, and take care of your needs with a holistic approach. I am very happy that I made the decision to go here, and get back on the right track!

I just recently started coming to this clinic 4 days ago, never been to a methodone clinic before so I was very uncomfortable, nervous, felt awful dealing with withdrawals and they really did everything they could to make me at ease. So far things are going good, my wife and I both notice how much better my attitude has improved. They have really made me feel like there is no judgements towards me and are really just trying to help me. I would recommend it to anyone seeking help. The intake process did take a while but they were able to get me in without an appointment, got first dose same day which I really needed because I was really feeling bad, had not had a pain killer since the day before. They have been a life saver when it comes to getting through the withdrawals I'd be dealing with if I had not gone to the clinic. I hope my experience here continues to be what it has been so far.

Intake is only possible before 10A.M. and takes 2.5-3.5 hours from when you start the process. We were not properly informed on either of those points. Then they won't let you use their empty restroom while you're stuck waiting hours to finish the intake, saying it's only used for U.A. administration. And you can't leave to find a bathroom elsewhere or you cancel your appointment. They allow use of an app (Engage) for check in and payment, on my very first attempt it blocked my payment from being added to the app, but the payment total was still processed by my bank, and the money was removed from my account, and stuck in limbo. The nurses and main councilors are very kind and caring, and normally dozing is very fast thanks to 5 different dosing windows. the issues are just in the App system they use, and with the amount of communication telling patients what to expect, they could use a little work in these areas but it's not the worst clinic by any means.

This place doesn't care about your treatment. Carol is a horrible person and shouldn't be working In a methadone clinic. She doesn't care and would rather you use again before working with you to get your dose. She looks at you with disgust if you have a question then dismisses you like a piece of trash. There are so many other methadone clinics in Albuquerque go someplace else.3 months haven't missed a dose or any appointments. I asked if UA can be delayed She said NO. She said you'll just need to use again if you can't do the UA. Place should really just be shut down.

Hello, I'm a new patient here and I absolutely love this place. On the way to my first apt I left my phone in the back of a lyft and the staff made sure that I got home okay and knew the correct bus routes to get back. I really wasn't feeling good and they made sure I was comfortable and got a dose the same day that I started. There aren't alot of sketchy things happening outside like in alot of clinics Ive read about. All in all I'd definitely recommend this place. It saves lives.

This clinic is a very good clinic, actually used to be one of the best!! I can't say how it is today because I've switched clinic's for to the having to pay for my dose. I now believe the take medicade. I was able to get the help I so badly needed here with this clinic and I'm so very thankful for. Thanks and thank you to my counselor Deborah who was like my guardian angel was always there when I needed her or someone to take to. I miss her. So those who are thinking of trying to go to the clinic for hello, DO IT IT'LL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER, I PROMISE YOU. It's work it, don't listen to some people that will tell you it's wise then heroin. It will show you to love a normal life, I was an addict to heroin since she of 13 yrs old an it saved my life.

This place saved my life. The only bad things is that they are really stingy on their take homes requiring most of us to be here every single day.

Went into new seasons on Haynes today to see if my transfer was taken care of from Jax Ville. The most helpful and considerate people ever. Everyone I met on the staff today was awesome in trying to get. The problems I was having resolved. Great great people.

This place gave me my life back. I have been on methadone for 4 years. The nursing staff seems to change quite a bit but they do care A LOT about their patients. The new manager that took over has made some pretty great changes. This place helps hundreds of addicts a day. I am so grateful❣️

super lame hours, every time they edit them, they get more lame somehow. the staff varies from overboard OCD control freaks to good hearted interns who end up dying of a heart attack at their job (in the clinic) at the age of twenty something. yes, that really happened. this place SUCKS. period. And you're welcome, new season.

😠 This place doesn't want you to get your meds. Take the afternoon off if you need to pick up, and expect them to ignore call-in refills.
