The
staff
at
this
location
are
phenomenal.
I
was
having
a
particularly
rough
day
when
I
had
arrived
at
this
Starbucks
location
and
because
of
my
sometimes
poor
observation
skills
and
a
simple
and
minor
misunderstanding
on
my
behalf,
along
with
my
poor
attitude
at
the
time
I
was
rather
rude
to
one
of
the
employees,
Danielle.
Despite
the
fact
that
I
could
tell
that
I
had
genuinely
hurt
her
feelings,
Danielle
was
so
understanding
and
extremely
polite
and
helpful
and
determined
to
make
things
right,
as
I
was
about
to
walk
out
frustrated
and
upset,
she
was
able
to
calm
the
situation
and
fill
me
in
on
my
misunderstanding
in
a
polite
manner
without
a
hint
of
ire.
Again,
the
fact
that
she
was
able
to
handle
that
situation
in
such
a
professional
yet
genuinely
kind
and
understanding
manner,
well
I
found
it
exceptional!
I
wound
up
feeling
extremely
bad
for
being
so
short
and
curt
with
Danielle
but
she
made
me
feel
better
about
what
happened,
as
I
did
for
her,
and
she
wound
up
making
me
a
fabulous
latte
and
I
left
leaving
a
tip
and
quite
happy
with
a
smile
on
my
face.
It’s
rare
to
find
such
an
excellent
example
of
great
customer
service
in
this
day
and
age
and
I
really
wanted
to
show
some
aloha
on
behalf
of
Danielle,
a
stellar
employee.
