The staff at this location are phenomenal. I was having a particularly rough day when I had arrived at this Starbucks location and because of my sometimes poor observation skills and a simple and minor misunderstanding on my behalf, along with my poor attitude at the time I was rather rude to one of the employees, Danielle. Despite the fact that I could tell that I had genuinely hurt her feelings, Danielle was so understanding and extremely polite and helpful and determined to make things right, as I was about to walk out frustrated and upset, she was able to calm the situation and fill me in on my misunderstanding in a polite manner without a hint of ire. Again, the fact that she was able to handle that situation in such a professional yet genuinely kind and understanding manner, well I found it exceptional! I wound up feeling extremely bad for being so short and curt with Danielle but she made me feel better about what happened, as I did for her, and she wound up making me a fabulous latte and I left leaving a tip and quite happy with a smile on my face. It’s rare to find such an excellent example of great customer service in this day and age and I really wanted to show some aloha on behalf of Danielle, a stellar employee.

Starbucks has continued to disappoint. The food selections are overly limited, over packaged with plastic, and don't have that artisan feel of the past days. I miss the feel of Starbucks and the high quality coffee (it's become mediocre). Baristas no longer greet customers with enthusiasm and knowledge. It's just another coffee shop now.

I like Starbucks a lot. The people are genuinely interested in making me happy. Which is really what a restaurant experience should be about. Further, I can count on Starbucks to give me the same high quality food at every restaurant he own. There's no variation. There's no chance that I will interest Starbucks and get some quality food or service.

For some reason, I always find the white chocolate mocha at this starbucks sweeter than that of the Starbucks on Lomas. Anyways, good place to study, NOT during corona. Only pick up available. No dine in. High chairs. Good environment. Pets not allowed.

They've had WiFi issues for a while. Panhandlers all around outside the store. Not the best safe place for students it should be.

To the 4 employees who worked so hard and efficiently yesterday during the eclipse craziness, thank you! It was a madhouse and they all worked insanely hard, without complaint, very friendly and apologetic for any wait.

The dude that worked alone for I don't know how long, in this Sunday afternoon, and managed the cashier and made the beverages all at the same time- YOU ARE A HERO! Just wanted to praise his ability to work in a hurricane speed and getting out orders all by himself and still be so nice at the cashier with a super costumer-service! KUDOS!

They seem to be pretty low staffed on weekends. I ordered ahead and none of the staff said anything to me when I asked about my mobile order.

My FAVORITE Starbucks in all of Albuquerque. I love all their baristas. They’re quick to memorize your order, are amazing to chat with, and efficient with getting orders out. Always a pleasant experience.

It's a nice spot, but with drawbacks. Every parking space is labeled "1 Hour Only", so be weary if driving here. They allow homeless people to sleep inside and outside in the middle of the day. The seating/lighting is only okay for short stops. Definitely not a good place to work. It IS in a great spot near the college if you go there or are ubering and visiting the city!

Phenomenal customer services. The best in Albuquerque in a long while! As soon as I walked in one of the employees made me feel super welcomed. He kept a conversation with me the entire time he made my breakfast wrap. I didn't get his name but he had blonde hair. He deserves a raise. Also, I love the interior of this place as well. It's extremely clean.

This is one of the better Starbucks I have been to. Their service is impeccable and the frappucino is pretty candy.

Either this must be the worst starbucks or it's just a Starbucks thing. Half of the time I went there, they gave me the wrong order.

Can't post regular business hours. Even if you vant keep employees you should let people know when your closed, or pay you empress enough money to stay o. The clock.

Low carb life meet Venti Iced Latte with Almond Milk and sugar free vanilla syrup. Toss in an extra shot of espresso. Thanks Starbucks.

Well I loved everything but I felt like the drinks were not worth the price because they tasted so light like the flavor tasted more like ice I ordered a frap and my sister ordered a dragonfruit and they both taste so lightly she said that it tasted like water but the cake was good

I asked the employee for a recommendation between these two new pineapple drinks and the one he recommended was great. Very polite.

Close to the Albuquerque International Airport this is a great Starbucks if you need to schedule a meeting or a convenient place to kill time before catching a flight! I especially loved the design and detail of this Starbucks! The outdoor space is spacious and great for people watching since it seems to be in a trendy part of town. We got a tickle out of the Holiday Ugly Sweater Cookies!

It has been a while, but the double espresso with almond milk and the muffin were very good and quite a treat!
