So two weeks in a row, and this Starbucks has whiffed it twice. The customer service at this location has definitely gone down. We reside close to this location, but time to look for another. In the pic, this is a “grande” hot chocolate, barely half a cup. Ridiculous.

Every single time I come to this Starbucks, they always mess up my order one way or another. They Always confirm it on the speaker, then when I get it it's completely wrong. I never have time to go back and fix it it's beyond annoying. The rating was at three stars two weeks ago but I've been three more times and every single time it's wrong. This is beyond ridiculous. They need to learn how to train their employees better or something FFS

Fast service in the morning Long wait during lunch times in the drive through and in the store. They need more staff during lunch time. Most the staff are nice or really nice except one barista.

The service has improved over the past few years. I come to this Starbucks regularly before work. There is one girl who recognizes me and always knows what I want to order. ^_^

Cashier verbally asks If i'd like to leave a tip and then runs my card for me. It's kind of awkward. We like to decide to leave our tip on our own without having to be confronted by it.

This Starbucks actually maintains the "neighborhood place to hang out" that Starbucks has tried to establish as its brand. Too bad corporate got rid of the raspberry for coffee drinks, as I only enjoyed the "Big Al": raspberry mocha frappacino with cinnamon blended and whipped on top. I'll keep coming to this Starbucks to visit with friends and sip on a drink... just wish I could indulge in my favorite drink with my favorite Kim Harrison series....

Me and my son came and bought 2 drinks,and the server was polite and gave good service. Then this other barista by the name Lex came up and passed all the white patrons, and came straight to us and said,"just letting you know we close at seven"! I replied, "ok"? She made us feel uncomfortable, as we felt racially profiled.We we the only mexican patrons in the shop. None of the caucasian patrons we informed as we were the furthest away,with her having every opportunity to do so. Disappointed my son had to be subjected to this treatment!

If the woman at the window was paying as much attention to my order as she was my husband's tattoos, maybe she would have got it right. She spent more time talking to him about all the tattoos she had and when we got the order, it was all wrong! We didn't have time for her to correct everything because we had somewhere to be. I have experienced lots of friendly, polite cashiers but this interaction was inappropriate!! We weren't there to know about her tattoos or get comments about my husband's, we were there for coffee!!

Every single time I come to this location by my work my order comes out wrong. This morning I ordered a latte with no foam. By time I get to the office and look at my drink.. shocker there’s foam. I scoop it all out and now my drink is half ways full. I love spending $6 for this.

Nice, quiet starbucks in an okay part of town. The outdoor seating area is pretty big, and there's plenty of parking. Friendly staff, too!

I thought I would give this location another try but they failed the instructions are on the cup why is it so hard to make something when it's printed on the cup that doesn't look like extra caramel I hate to complain but when my husband isn't happy and doesn't get it what he wants I have to we always come every morning so it's not like a one time thing

Very nicely maintained Starbucks it was a little busy, but there was a large group of people traveling through town and stopped in ahead of us. All in all, a great experience. The restrooms were locked with a combination code. So you have to ask the folks behind the counter for the code in order to use the restroom. It does seem to be a lower-income area, and perhaps an area with a lot of homeless folks. So I guess that would explain the locks on the bathroom doors. The bathroom themselves were very well-maintained, quite clean, and the store itself was spotless. The people were super friendly. I really enjoyed my trip to Starbucks today.

Woman at the window was very cheery and helpful while taking our order. She and the other Baristas were fast in delivering our drinks to us, even though we caught them in the middle of a rush. Great staff of people working here.

The quintessential Starbucks experience. Hot, fresh coffee on the go, for dining in, or out on the deck with umbrellas. Bring a friend and enjoy a mixed coffee drink, hot or cold. If you like Pike then they have it on tap. If you want dark roast then they'll do a pour-over. Add a breakfast sandwich, a panini or a wrap to make it a meal. So many options and a friendly staff rest to serve. Really appreciate the sweetener options and ability to customize drinks.

Love it! Keep adding all that caramel and whipped cream it's the best! They make my drinks fabulously

The staff at this Starbucks are always friendly and quick with my orders! It is usually very clean. They have a good atmosphere if you need to sit for awhile and I love the smell of the fresh brewed coffee that permeates every Starbucks! A great little place to stop in for a snack or a drink.

This store received 4 STARS for meeting the expectations listed above. There were 3-4 cars ahead of, yet I was in/out. Quick & friendly service.

The service was quick and easy. The venti iced coffee I ordered was made right and tasted great. The staff was professional and made things easy. Definitely coming back for another coffee in the future.
