Rude and unprofessional staff and drinks take forever don't bother ordering online this place is a disaster when it gets busy. They have no respect for drivers either.

McKenzie is the best! So patient and kind, especially during a busy holiday season where everyone is so demanding. Had a fantastic experience. Will make Academy my go-to Starbucks. The place has a nice neighborhood vibe too. We always run into folks we know. 5 stars!!!!

As far as Starbucks go, this one is really nice with the addition of a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains.

My favorite Starbucks in town. Makenzie was super friendly along with the rest of the staff.

The coffee and service were great, but the men's restroom was gross. The woman's was very clean.

lately the quality of service has really gone down at this location. more then once ive placed an order only for it to be wrong, and then again wrong when remade. To top it off the employees are rude as though I did something wrong. I'll think twice before coming here again.

The new cashier was stressed about not knowing what to do yet. He did an amazing job. He asked for help rather than mess up the order.

First ever time at a Starbucks I've been required to wait outside with my dog - in what is now 85 degree heat - to receive my coffee! Most are perfectly ok with waiting inside with your dog, knowing you will not be staying inside once served. But we had a barista with a chip on his shoulder, muttering under his breath to myself and another customer to take our dogs outside the whole time we were just waiting to get our coffee and go. I highly discourage any dog owners from coming here. There are better places to go, including numerous Starbucks around town and O'Beans coffee up the street, a locally owned business where your money goes to people get that you have to wait somewhere while your coffee is being prepared, and have the sense of perspective to know it's not worth their time to start problems with paying customers who in any case are going to be out of their way once their order is ready!

Soooo slow. I feel like I’m stuck in some sort of time warp.

I went through the drive through a couple of times during our stay in Albuquerque to pick up drinks for my wife and kids. Other than the unavailablity of a peppermint mocha due to "a national peppermint shortage," everything seemed to go smoothly. My wife and kids seemed to like the drinks that they received, so the visita were a success in my book!

Dropped in for a Kiwi Starfruit drink, it was very refreshing with the triple digit temperatures we've been having. The service was friendly, as you would expect from these caffeinated youngsters! They have courtesy masks on the counter, and some tables are still closed due to restrictions. The patio is the best! Views of the mountains and adequate shade to enjoy your "for me" time.

I guess this is best left as a drive thru Starbucks. The bulk of the building is a narrow strip, leaving minimal seating but an area outside. I don't know about you but I can think of better places than a parking lot to sit and enjoy coffee. Like, a park. Or one of the nearby nature trails. The staff was hollow and indifferent, didn't ask why my face was swollen from crying so obviously the "bad day" freebie doesn't exist anymore, but I suspect it's just here. No kindness. Not even banter between the employees like at the Starbucks that I like going to. I guess it really does say something about how much you hate your job if you don't even joke with peers. If you want coffee, yeah, they have it. If you want what I would call the Starbucks Experience, go to the one on Eubank and Candelaria or Lomas and Washington. You'll find human beings there.

There is such a thing as too perky. I really thought the barista was going to jump in my car and hug me. Bring it down. Drink some water. Free coffee though. Thanks person in front of me!

Tables were closed, due to CoVid, but pick up and drive through was available. Baristas were friendly and super quick. The store was clean, and disposable masks were available at the counter, if we didn’t have one. We placed a mobile order, which was completed as we walked in. The egg white bites were hot & delicious! I ordered a hot chocolate when we got there, and it was done quickly. It was a little too sweet, but it was okay. They were out of almond milk, but they did have coconut milk which my niece chose instead for her latte. She enjoyed it! This Starbucks is very easy to get into and out of. Lots of parking in the front and on the side. I like it!

Dismayed that the turkey sausage was burnt and only one patties worth...hard to tell as it looked like it broke apart and they just threw it on the plate with half of it still on the griddle. Seasoned potatoes weren't. Disappointing morning.

This is a really nice location. Seating is limited but there are some comfortable chairs if you want to sit and do some work or whatever. The baristas here are super nice too!

Waited 35 mins in the drive thru behind 4 cars. My order was venti iced americano with almond milk. The girl at the window hands me a drink with no ice and no almond milk. She asked if I’d like more almond milk so she noticed it didn’t look like there was any in there, I said yes please and more ice. She dumps out half the drink and adds ice and a tiny bit more almond milk. Horrible drink and horrible wait time and waste of money.

Was down in Abq going on a road trip to Oklahoma. Gotta start the morning off with a little Java. Your typical Starbucks, went through the drive through. Good service, a bit of a wait to get to the window but other than that.
