Gegenüber ist samstags der kleine Markt, das Museum, zu Fuß läuft man 20 min in die Innenstadt. Die schönen und unbedingt zu besichtigenden Viertel „Grindel“ und „Eppendorf“ sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist eine typisch hamburgerische Altbauwohnung, die mit so viel Charme und Liebe geführt wird, dass wir völlig aus dem Häuschen waren. Da das WC auf dem Flur ist, würden wir keine wochenlangen Aufenthalt empfehlen, aber für ein paar Nächte ist es bestimmt das süßeste Hotel der Stadt. Ich persönlich bin sehr empfindlich, was Gerüche angeht und hätte mir ein besser riechendes Waschpulver für die Bettwäsche gewünscht. Meine Freundin hat das aber nicht „bemängelt“ - also vielleicht lag das an meiner Nase. Tolles Hotel, tolle Inhaber, tolle Lage.
