Ordered food last night and waited over two hours after it said “it was on its way”, tried calling the restaurant multiple times and even just eat itself and no one answered, now it says it’s been “delivered” and we never got the food we had ordered, so now it’s saying we’re not able to get a refund. Again we have tried ringing the restaurant all morning and still no one is answering. Do not recommend this place.

DO NOT ORDER!!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOKING DELIVERY. Unless you have got 2 hours to wait and you don't mind keep ringing every 10 minutes for an update, do not order. They have done it twice. At first I thought it was some unexpected delay. Turns out it is poor management. Just avoid.

Food simply never arrived, and no way to contact for an update. Other places have the common courtesy to cancel an order when they have no intention of delivering the paid-for order.

Absolutely discusted with the food from this place, they said next time I order, ask for more meat for free. Sorry there won't be a next time after that. Don't take much for a takeaway to keep customers but this is not the way.

YOU OWE ME £9.40 back. The guy said it was 2:30am when it was 2:00am and the food was cold. I said I wasn't paying for cold food. Give me my money back ASAP! I'm complaining and making sure no one order's from you guys! YOU OWE ME MONEY BACK! GET READY TO BE SUED!

Imagine calling something green on your food something that happens when it comes out of the oven. Disgusting. Shut them down. Health inspection needed

AMAZING FOOD so nice we ordered at about 1am and we live in hathersage come really quickly and food was still really hot delivery driver was so nice will definitely be ordering again and price is so good

I've been ordering from chinos for a good few years now and I honestly can not fault the place , food is always cooked how you ask for it, the pizzas and potato wedges are beaut. The Curry's are also great . Would recommend 👍

this is the worst place I have ever ordered food from it took 3 hours just to “come”, but it didn’t even arrive. I called the restaurant five times no one picked up even though the place was still open. Uber Eats said your driver arrived. No one was there. I called the place no one picked up no refund. No, nothing horrible.

Really good. Kept in contact about how long food would be. Curries and bahjis and fried chicken are really good. Had two delivered in last month and both excellent plus it was at 1 in the morning I ordered. These guys work hard.

Placed an order through Uber eats for delivery to my place of work (working nights) An hour later I rang the restaurant to be told it’s been delivered and to check the reception. Problem is I am the reception and nothing was delivered. I rang the delivery driver to be told she delivered it to someone at the end of the road of where I work who said they worked here and they will deliver it to reception. ( in other words delivered it to a complete random stranger) I rang the store back and said it’s been delivered, tough luck and to get a refund through Uber Eats. Safe to say I won’t be using them again, which is a shame.

Took longer than expected ordered threw just eat but I can imagine they are really busy it was worth the wait the food was piping hot cooked to perfection and was really nice I wanted to leave a bad review after waiting so long but the food was the best I've had in a long while worth waiting for really tasty and full of spice and flavour and the portion was massive give them a try you won't be disappointed

Ordered a donner kebab. It came 3 hours late!!! The only good thing to come out of this place is cheeky packet of sniff you get under the pizza box if you ask for the special menu. Outrageous!

I ordered food costing around 13 pounds altogether and around 3 pounds more for delivery. It said "delivered". It didn't arrive. Then it said there was a delay. I tried ringing them but they never picked up. It still didn't arrive. I requested a refund and they initially refused one. Never ordering from here again. I complained to Just Eat and got an email that said I'm getting a refund in a few days. Update: I got a refund.

Absolute shambles, said on the phone it would be here and that they’re ring me I’m still 30 mins after the expected time with no food. Would appreciate some honestly with the delivery time. Never ordering again, I’d advise no one else does either!

Ordered through deliveroo, was waiting for over half an hour outside my flat for the food, eventually rang them as the food was still not delivered almost 40 minutes after it was due to be, they then claimed they had been sat outside my building and rung 8-9 times which they certainly didn’t do as i had been out there waiting since before the app even showed the food to be out for delivery, then proceeded to try and deliver again, charging me an extra £2 when they finally did arrive. When i went to go and eat the food i ordered i discovered that they had sent me the wrong order, containing olives and mushrooms which i can’t eat. Overall a shockingly terrible experience, should have listened to the reviews but i decided to give them a chance, safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again
