Nike Jordan ,When I bought the shoes from Taj Mall Store - Amman, the lights of the store did not show the glue leaked out of the sole to the front side of the shoes. When I arrived to the same store on the next day complaining about the defect I found, one of the staff has told me that they run out of the same product, so I requested a refund. They refused to return the product and called the "Assistant Manager of all Branches in Jordan" who told me arrogantly " This is what is available, and we don't have a refund.. This is our policy, what shall I do for you?! Do Whatever you Want!”

They prices of the shoes is unbelievable, they sell VaporMax (in the picture) for 364 JD! (The retail price is 180$ = 130 JD), why any person in Earth pay 234 JD more for a pair of shoes, also the employees are very rude & unprofessional, don't go there and waste you time & money, really not recommend it

I bought a nylon tracksuit for my son to play rugby with. The manager assured me it was ok for this purpose. First time he wore it for rugby the stitches opened. So I took it back to the shop ( one week after purchase). I was told by the manager* that it was not designed for the purpose of sport. Forgive me if I’m wrong but I thought Nike was a quality sport shop. To cut a long story short - service was a joke. They only want your MONEY. Quality is NOT the same as Europe. Service is NONE- Existent. Prices are so much more than else where. I was lied to by the rather over-friendly manager at City Mall. I’ve spent more than 1000 jd in that store. Since that appalling service I will never spend another penny there. I asked only if they could exchange the faulty item, there isn’t even a repair service. I Marine it is the same for ALL goods.

I’ve bought a shoes and it got defects in three days only after using it, I’ve returned it and they gave me a paper and then refused to replace it or give me a refund which I’m totally entitled to, worst customer service ever, Im a customer of Nike for years and spent thousands of dollars in their stores all over the world, this is not right.

They are not the official Nike Store. Even Nike website says there's is no official store in Jordan, only Saudi Arabia and UAE.
