///Edit/// I came back to have an entirely different menu. Mostly fish this time that paired with some white wines. Still the perfection that K had my first time here! You NEED to go to this place! ///End Edit/// What a great place. Food, setting, and service were all top notch. That veal was like butter. There really isn't a bad thing to say about this place, expect I couldn't get a reservation for the next night. I understand why! I may become a regular while I'm here.

Danton is a high-flying bistronomic restaurant that consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. The flavors and quality of the dishes are nothing short of enchanting, with a masterful execution that highlights precision in every aspect of the cooking process. The chef’s expertise is evident in the perfectly calibrated cooking temperatures, ensuring every dish is prepared to perfection. Desserts are equally outstanding, with plated creations that are both visually stunning and delicious. For me, visiting Danton has become an annual tradition—a must-stop spot during my trips to Lyon. Its proximity to Gare de la Part-Dieu makes it conveniently located, adding to its appeal. However, due to its well-deserved popularity, reservations are absolutely essential. Danton remains one of Lyon’s most sought-after culinary gems, offering a dining experience that is truly unforgettable.
