I want to ask one thing : Can any Doctor charge double fees just because the patient missed the date of consultation mentioned by the Doctor..?? Today when i visited Dr. Ajit Singh Randhawa Hospital located at 309, Green Avenue. They asked me for Double Fees just Because I missed the date of consultation mentioned by the Doctor. The Double Fees Clause is also mentioned in the prescription. Is this right to charge double fees just because patient missed the date the doctor wants him/her to visit ? Already he is charging Rs. 1000/- for his OPD fees for a single visit… and now he has started charging double fees (Rs. 2000/-) from those who missed their date of consultation. Moreover, when I booked appointment, receptionist gave me 19 slot instead of any slot between 3-15 which was available, just because slots from 1-15 are reserved not for emergency patients but are reserved for new patients who are visiting for 1st time.

The hospital is located right on the circular road on right hand side while coming from court road. From the entrance thier is an issue with the parking of vehicles. Inside the doctors are good and this hospital gives a good option for patients. For those accompanying the patients there is always question of food. You can walk across to B block market of ranjit avenue where you will find a variety of options ranging for all budgets.

No appointments on phone are you kidding me. I have seen people from Jammu and distance sit from 6 hours straight to wait for a lazy doctor. Uneducated receptionist

Dr. Ajit Singh Randhawa(Neurosurgeon) Start his schedule from 9am Upto 12 or 1pm then he took a break and start again from 3pm. You need to take appointment by paying 1000 fee on same day. About 6500 is cost of one MRI One KFT cost about 2700 There is also parking place available outside hospital.

He is very greedy dr. I came from Australia for my spinal injury. Please dont go to him.
