They do not answer the phones, The appointments are not on time; they forgot to call you back, such a mess I have never seen. They put you on hold you for a long time and they finally do not answer your phone during the working hours! Except one of the GPs, they cannot communicate in English even with very simple words; they do not know their job, the secretaries have to be replaced with more proper ones; they give appointment easily to their friends but for a simple problem, we have to wait sometimes for 2 weeks to get an appointment. They can not even do a simple blood test and I was sent several times to the hospital to do the test.

Not even one star. I was registered there more than 10 years I haven't called them in total 3-4 times all these years. Everytime that I call it was problem with asistant. They say they will call back but they don't. Last drop for me while I was having the Corona with 10 days high fever as a risk group with my lungs and weight Dr Samadi didn't want to talk on the phone although he was next to the asistant. I was begging to the assistant to talk with the doctor and she didn't give me neitherfor coming days or weeks appointment nor telephone call. She said take a paracetamol and Dr Samadi can't say more than this to a Corana patient. With 39.5 degree fever, waiting 25 min 3 times telephone connected than you hear it is shut down. They are not aware of their responsibility. There must be an audit. Dr.Fatma was good in my years ago visit but unfortunately she can't speak English. Next day I changed my house doctor and she immediatly visited me at home without being asked and prescribed antibiotics for my lungs. Thanks to my new doctor finally I start to breath better.

I must defend dr. Samadi. I've been going there for years. He is smart and he does care. Of course the office is chaotic, but that matters less. The doctors are good people and they will work with you to solve your problem.

Listen to the other reviews. This is the most uncaring medical staff I've ever met. You are better off with no doctor, least you have options then. The receptionist is a horrible human being, just one of the worst people I've ever met in my life.

I've just been here for the first time and got my annual flu shot, among other things. Doctor Samadi takes time for each patient, listens and takes needs and problems seriously. I'm more than content and I feel that I'm in good hands here.

Doctor is the best, the receptionists, especially the blonde one, does not want to help you… also all of the receptionists don’t speak English, so I would not recommend this Place, especially in urgent situations, the reception always stopped me from getting help. They either have to teach their receptionist, how to deal with people with cancer but it would be better to switch the whole team of the reception! If you are struggling, DO NOT GO THERE! If you have an urgent situation, DO NOT GO THERE! Mr Samadi is the best and he really cares about you, but his stuff does not at all… also, if you don’t have a Dutch insurance, they gonna make you pay an incredible unnecessary amount of money, not only for the doctor just looking (really just looking) at you but also for getting a prescription. To sum up: If you want to have a good doctor, that’s your place, if you want to be treated like a human, search for another doctor (because his stuff does not know anything, including English)

One of my worst experiance with doctor. The receptions ware so rude, unprofessional even uneducated. I had to wait so long till she finish her administration work. Phone was rigning all the time and no one was even think to give a answer. Dr samadi was little better, but i make sure never go there again.

The doctor is very patient and understanding. I’ve been a patient since I can remember. I’m very happy! Wish more people wrote about the good things!
