There are 2 starbucks in train station. I have visited one, that is on 2nd floor. Very cozy place, it is not crowded here, probably because less people know about second floor and go for first. Starbucks quality, cashier was polite. So, if you need to rest out of crowds, I recommend second floor Starbucks.

If you order a Mango Dragonfruit and you get a bit colored Water with the Taste of Water. This is not worth the price! Worst Service ever!

I ordered Lactose Free Cappuccino and I strongly doubt I was given what I had ordered. I became really sick soon after drinking the Cappuccino. I had the exact symptoms I have when I take anything with lactose. I find this really disappointing and dangerous !!

Visiting this place during the falls. This starbucks branch got me so well. The Christmas ornament makes me feel at home, and I can say everything here is beautiful and well appointed. Even though it is located across from the busiest subway station, this branch has beautiful architecture and mesmerizing interior design. I hope I can be back here soon!

Starbucks. What more can be said. Everything here is beautiful and well appointed. The coffee is top notch. The particular location, within the train station adds a novel ambiance to the whole place.

Me and my boyfriend used to come here almost every weekend. We never got a bad coffee. The place is usually not too busy when we go. We always got a place to sit and it is beautiful. I love the vibe and the way it looks. We used to sit there for hours. It is my favorite Starbucks in that station.

Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere. So the coffee quality and selection is the same as everywhere else. What is different here versus other places is that this Starbucks is usually quite busy compared to other ones. Due to being in the Central Station, it received a big traffic, hence the waiting tomes are high. Sometimes when I am not in rush, I wait, but sometimes when I want a fast coffee I choose other coffee shops inside Amsterdam Central Station. Other than long waiting times, everything is good!

Takes 30 min to serve a hazulnut chocolate crunch with 2 people at the queue. Guess what they decided half of the ingredients will do since they did not have all. Why did I pay for the hole deal then? Is this a habit? Worst starbucks experience world wide.

Very rude service. The girl who was preparing the drinks after asking her how am I supposed to eat my cheesecake if they don’t have a fork replied me rudely I have no idea don’t ask me what to do, I am here just like you are here. They didn’t even tell in advance they have no forks but just took my money. On top of it the service is very slow. Absolutely ridiculous way to talk to customer!!

It’s hands down my favourite Starbucks. We go there all the time. Gives Starbucks in Hogwarts vibes, absolutely love! And always happy to see Jesse - the barista. He is sooooo nice, super chill dude, love his energy.

Dude that was obviously new was amazing and really nice. But the dude with more experience was awful. Rude and in a hurry. Obviously tired of people. Coffee with milk is really milk with a hint of coffee. Frappucino is just water.

Kelly at the counter needs some customer service training. She took my order after 3 minutes of casual conversation with her coworkers and then put the double chocolate muffin and cookie in my hand… Then back to coworker chatting.

After waiting for one hour (even if the place was not crowded at all), we got our Caramel frappuccinos with no caramel inside the glass and almost missed our train! You won't see me anymore, that's for sure!

Charging Port available, typical good assortment of Drinks and foodie/snacks. Prices are ok & nice environment. Also the employees are all friendly. Recommended.

Horrible Starbucks! The service is the worst of any I’ve been too. Poorly trained and rude staff. We were waiting for a train so we bought a coffee in a paper cup and sat down. Staff came over and asked as to leave because we were using a to go cup! Argued with them but they insisted. How is this in any way a customer oriented company. Been to this one many times but will not return. Btw do not eat the food…I’ve watched them handle the money and other non-sanitary items and then the food without washing their hands.

Traced TCP flooding from an IP address that is geo located exactly to these coordinates that's been flooding my network for the pass 5 hours. Your management out to be ashamed of themselves to let people use your public wifi in such a terrible manner. Reported to AbuseIPDB twice, and plan to follow up with appropriate authorities to see what can be done

Expensive wishy-washy beverages as dirty watered cappuccino🥤 or Mango Dragonfruit, a cup of ice 🧊 and coloured water 🚰 with 0.01% ghost-fruits memories. 👻

Being a regular starbucks worldwide customer, found the Praline cookie hot chocolate not so interesting.Other than that good as usual. Had a chocolate, hazelnut cupcake, which was heated up for us.

This Starbucks, inside Amsterdam's Centraal Station, is usually crowded and the service can be slow. I waited nearly 20 minutes for a tall Americano, but fortunately I found a cushioned seat and table in a quiet corner facing the river with views of endless bicycle riders. I arrived at 5 o'clock and my coffee was ready about 5:20 PM. Within 10 minutes of drinking the coffee and while chatting with my sister on Skype and checking emails, etc., an employee went from table to table informing the customers that the Starbucks would be closing in half an hour, at about 6:00 PM. I was quite surprised at this because it is located in the major train station in Amsterdam and I still had more than two hours to waste before an 8:30 PM overnight train to Frankfort, Germany, where I would change to another train at about 2 AM for Berlin. This Starbucks should reconsider its early closing times since people are forced to vacate by 6 and go elsewhere. It's staff attitude and service is impersonal and minimal. There is WiFi but no toilet. Frankly, it's not the best Starbucks in Amsterdam.

A rude morning shift cashier (guy, blonde hair) who's an expert at ruining customers' day. This person won't let you stay in the store for even a minute if you order with a to-go cup and keeps staring at you if you're just standing there but not drinking. If he were polite, that would be understandable, but he's talking in an unfriendly manner even when the store is not busy at all.

THE WORST STARBUCKS Horrible service, they are extremely slow. BUT EXTREMELY slow…it takes 15 mins without being busy to get your coffee!!You ask for a specific coffee and you get a random one!!!

Starbucks in Amsterdam literally disappointed me, no good stuff, they are not professional in their job ex. I ask to pack my coffers they just handover the coffee with 1 empty package. Never seen this reaction in any other Starbucks in the countries I have been to so far. BIG DISLIKE TO ALL STARBUCKS IN NETHERLANDS.

This Starbucks is located in a historic part of the Amsterdam Central Station: the Old departure lounge for European trains. It has been beautifully restored. The staff is also very helpful and very friendly.

This was very busy location but they were managing very well. They speak English and very friendly. It was hard to find sitting space during rush-hours. Cleanliness was good.

Beautiful Starbucks, usually empty. There are multiple in Amsterdam Central, this one in particular is located on the first floor, going up a white staircase with the Starbucks logo, located to the right of the central hall

A piece of advice. Rather have 2 people making coffee and 1 taking orders as your current set up means people wait over 5 minutes for a coffee and leave without their coffee as they have to catch a train. Train station generally implies people are in a rush, not on vacay and about to take a leisurely stroll. That’s 4 euros I’ll never get back.

At the station I had the loveliest Starbucks experience. Raiem (hopefully in not butchering his name) was extremely friendly towards all customers. He complemented my sweater which was really nice too. It's so nice to see employees being kind even though their work is hard. Thank you again Raiem for your friendliness it really made my day 🌟❤️

not worth the money. they always got my name AND order wrong when i got there. first of all: the order. i have an excellent example for this one: today i wanted a vanilla frappucino with coffee but without whipped cream. not too complicated, right? yeh i got it with whipped cream and without coffee. WHY? next one: the name. my name really isnt that abstract so howww do you still manage to write it wrong??? I went there five times and i ALWAYS GOT ANOTHER NAME??? frappucino was kind of nice tho :)

There are I think 3 Starbucks café's at Amsterdam Central station. This one is the one on IJ-zijde. Great views on 't IJ, usually some place to sit. Staff is friendly. This one is just outside the ticket gates so accessible for all. Also this one is the one which is the most often open. The other ones open up pretty late.

I'm expecting Starbucks to update opening hours regularly. 20 min of travelling and it's closed. Opsy

Worst experience in a SC : 16 minutes to have a coffee. And not a speciality : just an Americano before to board a train. I had to ask 3 times my coffee before I had it, and the last time I’ve discovered my coffee was ready … without an annonce from the team . To a Starbuck in a railway station it’s so disappointing

A lady called Duwie today on my way in she was standing by the door and nicely she told me that I cannot enter the shop cause she's closing. A few seconds after 2 ladies enter and she doesn’t stopped them. Returned to complain to her for discrimination she becomes very rude and when I asked for the manager she told me she's the manager and walked away meanwhile I told her that I will make complain to the other store. Then 2 of the workers give me the middle fingure meaning f@@@ you.

Located at a walking distance from Amsterdam Centraal station. Usually crowded but we'll maintained and well organized. They offer outside sitting also. You can sit outside and enjoy a cup of Cappuccino looking at the various activities around. They accept card and cash. 💲✔️ The restroom is accessible only if you buy food items or coffee 😊🚻✔️

👍 A cozy restaurant with a view. I liked those Avocado chips very much. Comparatively budget friendly in central Amsterdam. (More ideal for a coffee date.) They are providing white bread with steak. . . PS: Don’t forget to reserve a table and visit the restaurant.
