Was a surprise for me for my birthday stopping here, had a wonderful time and the place is stunning. Lovely homemade breakfast every morning served by the owner of the property. It is right in the heart of Amsterdam so you are never stuck on what to do next

Absolutely stunning guest house. Hostess, Cynthia is so welcoming to her guests baking home made biscuits and cakes for breakfast. Located right on the junction of one of the iconic views along the seven bridges. Perfectly placed for all of the sights of Amsterdam and only a five minute walk away from the tram stop. The rooms are beautifully furnished with views over the canals.

GREAT WELCOME. Charming and very clean rooms. Succulent breakfast based on fresh produce prepared on the spot. Very pleasant hostess and good advice. Ideal location close to the center. The loft in the attic is great but you need good legs to achieve it. The stairs are very steep 😁😉

It's my second time In Amsterdam. Me and my girlfriend staying now in The Vanguard. It feels like home. Cynthia is really nice and helpful. Always with smile on her face. I recommend the loft room it's really spacious and quirky .
