Maurice was so helpful in designing and making my ring for my ‘push present’. He walked us through every step and his knowledge and professionalism was just beyond anything we’ve experienced prior. We got to hand pick the diamonds and it was finished just in time for our daughters birth. He even resized it after the pregnancy swelling subsided and engraved her birthdate inside. I worked with Maurice to create a custom engagement ring for my (now) fiancée. The Mill Diamonds accepted the challenge to design and manufacture a bracelet made out of gold, and nothing else. The result speak by itself. And it was fast: they had 5 months to create it, and they finished it in 3rd month!

Ordered a custom platinum ring with inscription. Received it today - shipped to US - 2 1/2 weeks from when i ordered it. The shipping / customs was super easy. Did I mention the ring is perfect! Maurice was very helpful with my wedding ring search. I didn’t realize getting a wedding ring to match an emerald cut engagement ring was not going to be that easy. Wrong. I decided to purchase my wedding ring less than 2 months before the big day. He’s very responsive on emails as he is in person. We think the price was reasonable for high quality diamonds in the center of Amsterdam. My order was rushed obviously 😅 but he was very accommodating! My family and I recently came to The Mill Diamonds looking for some diamond stud earrings for me. I did so much research before coming to Amsterdam, since there are so many places one can buy diamonds there. Reading the great reviews (and let's be honest, the cute little windmill on top) made me chose to come to this shop. Maurice (the owner) was amazing. He took his time with us and showed me all the available options, without ever trying to up-sell me or rush me into a decision, even when some other customers came in (with whom he was equally attentive). He told us all about the history of the building, the business, some interesting points about diamond cutting and shapes, and he was very helpful in explaining the tax refund process when leaving the country. His prices were very reasonable, and much cheaper and of better quality than other places I had looked at (including dare I say it, Tiffany's). He even gave me an unasked for discount in the end, and I think it's especially unique that Maurice sets all the jewelry himself. There are SO MANY diamond stores in Amsterdam but I can't imagine any of them giving better customer service than Maurice gave us.

This is wonderful place and service is amazing. My fiancé was telling me about this jeweler for years since he bought my engagement ring there and was delighted with the service, friendliness and quality.
