I updated my review December 2023, Action removed all of their self-checkout lanes due to theft. Since then, the lines can be very long so it kind of changes the vibe of this store. It used to be easy to pop in, buy some paper towels and leave....but now a long line. It doesn't take too long, to be honest, but notable difference. —— This Action store is showing a large improvement from last year...and that is a low-bar to reach. But the extreme low prices, variety and now EASY self-checkout is worth an additional star. They were closed for 3-4 months during the 20-21 lockdown, but now they have shopping by appointment or "purchase and pickup". I find them very friendly and helpful. They have rock-bottom prices and also some cool (cheap) items. This sounds morbid, but I love their memorial candles used at cemeteries or in churches. They are .89 euro cent here and last for over two weeks - burning for a few hours a night. (Don't tell anyone else please). The staff seems much more friendly than usual, or perhaps this is because they have been closed for three - four months or they are starting to recognize me.

They have soooo much stuff! Easy to find whatever you might need, a killer deal of a shop. The only issue is that they are not very organised so sometimes they cannot find barcodes or stuff like that.

Cashier returned us a torn 5 dollar bill that was glued back together and wouldn't replace it initially. After arguing unnecessarily she eventually did.

All in one shop

It is a very good shop, but the online appointment application is annoying because the timeslot is only for one person, what about partners from the same house can not go together?! One another point, 10 minutes is too short it could be great if it is 20 minutes per client! I believe the shop is big enough to fit 4 clients at the same time.

Typical Action store. A bit small, but closer to city center than any other Action

Nice prices, but..scented clothing sachets were too old ,I guess, and didn't have any perfume anymore
