Perhaps the manager should invest some money on training the staff on how to apologise rather than blame the patients Also please remind the doctors that us patients pay a monthly insurance also for the right of their service.

Good service sometimes long waits

Really nice place! Doctors are nice and they all help you very well. I had to be there to get a birthmark taken away and because of previous experiences I was really scared, but the doctor was really nice and took really good care of me.

This is not my first time having a medical appointment here. You may not get the medical treatment as you might think appropriate. But the huisarts (GP) will determine what would be the best for your circumstances. Special thanks to Dr A V (hiding the name for privacy) examine my complaints with patient. Dutch health system requires one to have common sense and help yourself. Wish you good health!
