The only working mall in Saihat, after changing AlBarija mall to an international school. Its older than 15 years old, but still an important part of the city. Almost all stores are local business. The mall is an open design with two floors. Elevators are available. There is an ATM. You can find a pharmacy, optics store, restaurants, a stationary and bookstore, travelling agents, brides store, men wear, baby wear, kitchen utensils and cutlery store, sweets and nuts store, ...and few other more. Al Wazzan Optic has a professional person to deal with you approach the Indian guy Mr. Rozi Ali.

It’s very hard to call it a Mall it’s rather a small shopping arcade with two floors and a very humble design and lots of vacant shops in the second floor ,the location is nice with enough car parking

It's more of a shopping centre rather than a mall I guess? You get mainly food here. It's a peaceful and small place. Other than dareen mall, this is the only other mall in Saihat region. But yeah it's decent and the food I tried was good. It's kinda empty and many shops are unopened especially on the topmost floor. Hopefully in the future it becomes better

Good building that includes many different stores plus educational facilities to learn English language and computer science. It’s an old building but it’s been there although it was serving the community around.

Open shopping center at the heart of Saihat city. Has grab and go restaurants and different services. Its a tow stories building but the second store has almost no stores, most are closed.

A place in Saihat where you can find what you need.. they need though to maintain the place to be like the new style of walking malls..

One big issue with this place. THE PARKING, it needs to be organized. The entrances and exits should be specified to organize the flow of cars. The stores are ok.

I was here for donuts house , small but needs improvement !
