TWENTY STARS. Unusually HIGH standard of care from both the employee and employer standpoint! Due to a workplace injury, I have used HealthPointe (for 3+ years!) as my occupational health care provider. I have appointments (sometimes several times a week) SO, I feel I am well qualified, enough experience, and credentials to respond effectively to a review about HealthPointe services. Every exposure I have had with HealthPointe - whether it be the administrative staff or the physicians, is one of the best and robust health-care services I have used my entire life. I have traveled all over the world and have found HealthPointe to be one of the best medical facilities that I’ve ever used. The physicians are well attuned to the wants and needs of workers/patients, as well as their nursing staff and office staff!! Equally as impressive is the ability to house many specialities under one roof. From sports medicine to pain management (and many others in between) saving me from driving to several different clinics. They consistently perform well above and beyond expectations and needs of the patients - especially at the Anaheim facility. I cannot tell you how incredibly import It is for patients to be treated with the upmost care and respect from healthcare professionals undergoing treatment. They are especially skilled at handling the psychological needs and impact of the trauma on their patients, EQUALLY. HealthPointe consistently goes above the expected standards, and I can honestly say that I would use HealthPointe as my PERSONAL care provider as-well-as my workers comp’ case. My employer is also pleasantly and equally pleased with HealthPointe, as their documentation and responsiveness consistently goes above and beyond any other healthcare facility that my company has used to-date. I don’t know what magic was used to perfect this at their Anaheim facility, but I can sure tell you it is well appreciated from me. I would crawl across Anaheim on my knees to attend an appointment from my primary care physician, Dr. Shulze. Even their office manager performs above and beyond my expectations!!! She is a REAL SWEETY! I just thank God I lucked out and was assigned this doctor and this facility. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone there! They are truly facilitating my way back to work quickly, and with the minimal amount of pain and time off. Good docs, but poor office management. The medical care here is very good, and the doctors are knowledgeable and professional. But the office staff consistently fails to submit paperwork on time to the insurance company, and often makes errors in the authorization requests that require additional in-person visits to correct. Super frustrating to get appointments and get authorizations.

This is a very professional place The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I love the convenience of getting in and out. I commute from Huntington Beach, and it’s great to know you’re not going to be there forever. Dr. Chapel is very understanding and listens to all my needs. Thank you for all you do for your patients.

My experiences have been great .The members of staff are professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. Management is Awesome! The doctors are concerned, pleasant, well experienced and interact exceedingly above my expectations. My stress is definitely relieved following my visits.

We were lucky enough to have Dr Zia for our physical therapy and chiropractic treatments. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. Anna was so helpful setting all our appoinments. These two deserved to be recognized!

The staff were very friendly and professional. The wait was no more than 10 minutes. Dr. Schulze was very knowledgeable and thorough. I came in very nervous but Dr. Schulze reviewed my concerns and eased my anxiety. I would recommend Healthpointe Anaheim to all.

I have been a patient for many years and the service has not always been favourable. My newest doctor treated me like a criminal. Did he read my history of depression. I cried for weeks after my appointment because I have to take drug tests regularly. I’m 60 years old. I worked my 30 years. I have never been to jail. I don’t break the law ever. So new doctor trumps his treatment with No refill of medication. Again I have to go through extra suffering of pain given to me by my job, which they agreed to take care of for life. I’m supposed to trust my doctor?

I’m receiving great care from my physical therapist! And Dr. Cortez is very thorough and wise. I trust her immensely.

I'm super happy with Dr Mauro and his staff. The treatment provided has really been night and day from another clinic I was going to. My therapists are great and provide a great environment to recover in. Thank you to everyone at Health Point

Dr. Ngoc Truongh has been great through my pain management process. Dr. Truongh is clear on the methods of pain management and so far I have seen improvements.

Everything was fine except when I ask for the CD the nurse said ok just wait about 15 to 20 minutes but she forgot about me and other lady so I have to wait 45 minutes with my pain sitting there

I’ve been going for acupuncture here due to a mobile accident. Staff is very friendly and caring. The Dr. is very attentive and takes the time to educate you on the healing process and how the body functions. I’m very happy with the quality of patient care and services they provide!

Had a really bad experience with the doctor at this place. I had an appointment and had to wait over 3 hours. After waiting 3 hours, she cancelled my appointment. Now I have to wait another month before getting treated. And the doctor didn’t want to speak Spanish with me even though the nurses confirmed she could speak Spanish. It was such a stressful event that I ended up going to the E.R. the next day.

Unprofessional no one knows what they're doing!!!!! It took 3 ppl to TRY AND DRAW my blood then they said just go to quest diagnostic to get your blood drawn this took 2hrs and there was only 6 people in the office I've seen honey pour faster from a hot sauce bottle than these ppl at this office if I could it'd be zero stars for this place I'm willing to make the 60mile drive to Colton office for better service stay away from this office..... .

Very long wait over an hour and half with an appointment , not sure if doctors fault or front office . Other patients there were very upset as well it was a very hostile environment . I find it that as a customer, my time is not valued, nor anybody else’s with no explanation, and it seems to be a common trend in that office, and it was only my first time there. Needless to say, I will not be returning to that office just because of this first initial visit.

Healthpointe employees are very pleasant, front desk personnel are not so friendly but not all. To be honest that’s everywhere. My Doctor Dr Dizay is the BEST She actually cares very much about her patients Dr Dizay helped me and recommends physical therapy that i do on my own at home. which has helped tremendously. This is the best place to receive care. The staff is very caring and friendly. Dr. Shulze is a hands on Dr. And moves you around in a professional manner. He listens to you and treats you with respect. The X-ray tech was kind and caring, and made you feel like you are getting the best treatment. While the male nurses that takes your vitals are very thorough and down to earth. Even the front office ladies are great. This office is the best i have been too. Not one mean or creepy person. All professional.

The Healthpointe is fully staffed with pleasant and efficient employees. They doctor asked detailed questions to ascertain medical history as well as do tests. The doctor was pleasant and listened to me about my pain and prescribed to help me start regaining some mobility with less pain.
