Bposhtels only job is to provide good service (because the actual hotel does the rest) and they don’t. The location is better than the service but the location is a hotel and the terrible service is Bposhtels. They don’t answer the phone whenever you call. The best qualities come from the actual hotel “Signature Hotel” not Bposhtels. There’s nothing posh about the service you’ll receive from Bposhtels. I was assigned to a bed that someone slept in, then the hotel changed my bed ( because Bposhtels is no help in these situations because they don’t answer the phone or emails, they only collect your money) and it was double booked so I was disturbed at 1 am by a male representative asking me questions about the bed assignments. Multiple times he left and came back disturbing the visitors of the room in the middle of the night. Also there were multiple issues with the room keys. I reached out to Bposhtels and they ignored my emails. I know they ignored my emails because they responded to the front desk representative saying they would not rectify the situation, instead of responding to me directly, even though I booked through them directly. This company wants to get credit for the courtesy of the actual hotel, when they don’t match their caliber. For two weeks I requested an invoice for my stay for my business paperwork, they never sent it. They are inconsiderate and not accountable or accommodating. If you care about service quality more than the amount you’re paying, don’t book with them!

No common space / lounge, so no way to relax, have a conversation or do work (unless you like lying in bed staring at your phone) since someone is always sleeping in the room. No soap in the bathroom. No ventilation of the dank 6-people-in-a-normal-sized-hotel-room air. No refunds within 3 days of checkout.

It is close to Disney park and the beds are comfortable. Bad administration, bathroom is not very clean and you have to share with max. 5 people. One day thee room nexts to me smell to marihuana. The breakfast is simple and "to go"

the building is Signature Hotel anaheim you share one hotel room with a few other people who also booked the shared room under " BPoshtels". it's a quick walk or $5 bus to Disneyland, food, and other attractions. city bus stops next door at the burger place. the room has bunk beds with individual outlets and lamps, and one curtained off area for changing and one restroom for toilet/ shower. they have a female only room and a mixed room. it was clean, had a.c/ heat, internet, was quiet and in a good area across from other big name hotels. I booked on Expedia and had no problems and a great price like $75 for 2 days. they're on other travel sites too

I made two reservations, one for Shared room (overbook), i made another reservation for private room again overbook. Horrible place.

Best idea for a solo Disney day! Breakfast included on weekends. They provide a towel ! Hand soap ! Sheets pillow and blanket . Female dorm was very comfortable . Everyone got along .

Not a motel room shared room no privacy

The host is not answering his phone and I can’t get a female room only. I have been sa before and I don’t feel comfortable sharing a room with males but the host only cares about money and not about my safety. Update: a male walked in on me while I was naked, so be careful. My keycard is not working and there is no one at the front desk to help get me back in and I don’t want to wake up my roommates. It’s took 30 minutes to get it fix and the guy didn’t seem sorry at all.

Good location! The staff are friendly and they come clean the room every day. The beds are not bad. The breakfast is very basic. Just grab and go food. I haven't tried their hottub! I would definitely be back

I cannot rate as I had to cancel my trip. One thing is I don't like their policy that you can't change dates when sudden changes come up

There is no lamp on the ceiling. The room is so dark. There is no lamp and a curtain on each bed. Poor design. You will be easily awakened by other travelers' noise and light. No common area. You can just stay in your room or go outside during your stay. It was not a good hostel.

This Hostel was reasonable affordable. A great location near Disneyland. The Room were good, Beds were comfortable enough to relax. As, for the staff the receptionist was pretty helpful with my questions of what nearby and the Hostel. Breakfast was grab and Go. Definitely recommend if you love staying in Hostels and save money.

It's a nice place, near Honda Center where I went for a concert. The service is nice. Met some interesting roommates during the stay. However, one point that I don't understand is that when I reserve the 3-day stay, the website shows a certain ultra-low price but my bill is different, it's like 40% more. Although it's still an affordable price, it feels upset.

GPS take you to back of location... it isn't even named bposhtels. Staff rude ... lobby was clean..room was atrocious. I'm a disabled veteran and require bottom bunk. So I requested more than 30 days in advance to make sure. They couldn't accomodate so I had to go elsewhere and they didn't refund me but 5 buck. Never ever stay here. I can not recommend. Terribly run gave me the run around would not speak to me. I called several times stopped by and sent emails.

Beware of this place, I had to cancel my reservation on Nov 19 and conveniently they can't find my email saying to cancel my reservation so I still got charged even though I emailed them 4 days prior to my reservation and now I'm having to fight to get my money back. They don't answer the phone either so good luck actually talking to a person

ATTENTION: don’t make the same mistake as I did. Do not reserve this room. It’s shared with six others and it’s disgusting in there. They also charged me extra for no reason.
