Bposhtels
only
job
is
to
provide
good
service
(because
the
actual
hotel
does
the
rest)
and
they
don’t.
The
location
is
better
than
the
service
but
the
location
is
a
hotel
and
the
terrible
service
is
Bposhtels.
They
don’t
answer
the
phone
whenever
you
call.
The
best
qualities
come
from
the
actual
hotel
“Signature
Hotel”
not
Bposhtels.
There’s
nothing
posh
about
the
service
you’ll
receive
from
Bposhtels.
I
was
assigned
to
a
bed
that
someone
slept
in,
then
the
hotel
changed
my
bed
(
because
Bposhtels
is
no
help
in
these
situations
because
they
don’t
answer
the
phone
or
emails,
they
only
collect
your
money)
and
it
was
double
booked
so
I
was
disturbed
at
1
am
by
a
male
representative
asking
me
questions
about
the
bed
assignments.
Multiple
times
he
left
and
came
back
disturbing
the
visitors
of
the
room
in
the
middle
of
the
night.
Also
there
were
multiple
issues
with
the
room
keys.
I
reached
out
to
Bposhtels
and
they
ignored
my
emails.
I
know
they
ignored
my
emails
because
they
responded
to
the
front
desk
representative
saying
they
would
not
rectify
the
situation,
instead
of
responding
to
me
directly,
even
though
I
booked
through
them
directly.
This
company
wants
to
get
credit
for
the
courtesy
of
the
actual
hotel,
when
they
don’t
match
their
caliber.
For
two
weeks
I
requested
an
invoice
for
my
stay
for
my
business
paperwork,
they
never
sent
it.
They
are
inconsiderate
and
not
accountable
or
accommodating.
If
you
care
about
service
quality
more
than
the
amount
you’re
paying,
don’t
book
with
them!
