    The realy only good thing about the hotel is the location and the breakfast was okay. But they say smoke free but they have people smoking weed in the parking lot and people smoking cigarettes right outside there door so it gets into your room. The laundry hours are terrible they are 8-5 I need to do laundry at the end of my day. Also the pool/hot tub should close at 11 PM or later not at 10 PM that extra hour makes a world of difference. However the front desk staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good for what it was. Overall not bad but not amazing

    i am actually in the hotel as i'm writing this. now, i have absolutely nothing against cheaper hotels, and i totally understand that you get what you pay for, but my god. this was the worst hotel experience i've ever had. the bedding smelled weird, the carpet was gross and dirty, i could hear everything and everyone outside and upstairs, and there was some ants...but the worst part was the ROACHES!!! i had woken up in the middle of the night and there was the biggest roach i had ever seen in my life. it was so disgusting and then after i found another one! i felt so dirty after knowing that i'm basically rooming with roaches and their spirits. i hate this place and i cant wait to go home. i'll probably need therapy after what i went through with those roaches.

    Normally I wouldn't write a comment and just live my life... but I have to say I was and am very disappointed... When we got our room we went to bed and something crawled on me.. BUCKS! We immediately packed our things at 1 a.m. and wanted a room change, which we got, but that was hell... I had room 316 and it was drilled and built in room 315 - 317 ALL DAY LONG FROM 9.30AM TO 4.30PM so I was in the middle and didn't have a bit of peace. I ASKED POLITELY if he can do it when we check out tomorrow but he didn't care ! We went to the manager on our last day, what can I say, he promised us something and didn't keep it, but the funniest thing of all is what he did, he brushed us off until tomorrow and took my deposit of 100 dollars, which I've been waiting for over a week 👍 i called them and they say it takes to 2-5 day's bro it's already a week .. A WEEK .. i will have to go there .. and even if i have to go with help there.. I want my money back! Not even just my deposit... I want the promise he gave us ! Disappointment how can you treat customers like that ?

    I reserved a king bed but got 2 doubles. They put us in a wheel chair accessable room. Even though we didn't need or request it. The maintenance on things were not kept up, the hot tub hasn't worked for awhile. They used a lot of caulk to make repairs in the bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean. Sheets and blankets are showing their age.

    I would give zero stars if I could DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY!!! they kept my deposit and made a false claim that I stained bathtub with grey? And on top of that my card info got stolen and someone was trying to use it in that area when I live 3 hours away. they will do anything to keep deposit. Lumpy beds,toilets don’t flush right, staff looks sketchy and rude

    The room looks dirty and old. The tv doesn’t have many channels. The walls of super thin I can hear people outside and next room over. The blankets are super thin if you go in the winter fall spring time when it’s chilly make sure to pack a blanket. I don’t like the heater/ cooler right next to the bed cause either it’s gets too cold or too hot when I turn it on. My beds and blankets feel dirty to me. The carpet looks and feels old and dirty.

    Good location if you can’t find anything closer to Disneyland. The rooms are outdated. Our room had a big crack on the roof, very concerning especially because it was raining. Some power plugs had burnt marks, DO NOT USE. Rooms are smelly due to being old. The breakfast was your normal cold waffles, mini muffins etc nothing fancy.

    Beds were comfortable but I'm a short guy and the toilet and counter were really low and the road in front of the property is incredibly loud, though that's not something the property can fix. The property was clean for the most part but several times saw trash overflowing from the outdoor trash cans and the dumpster in the parking lot. Location was the biggest reason we stayed, with ease getting to the convention center (15min) and Knott's Berry Farm (2mi). Breakfast was probably the worst experience of each morning. It's crammed in a small room so not much room at all to move around the other people. They had no fruit at all any day, no eggs... It was literally some 'leggo my eggo' waffles, muffins, rolls and bread with a rare appearance of pastries and some cereal or oatmeal. They did have apple juice and orange juice and coffee, which wasn't half bad. The staff working the breakfast were great and kept things stocked throughout. The wifi was horrible, most of the time my phone would disconnect and use the cell network and when I was able to use the WiFi it was quite slow.

    I would not recommend this MOTEL to my worst enemy!!!!! The first room I was in had roaches and the toilet overflowed. They wanted us to use the plunger to try to fix it. They had no maintenance crew on duty. We were given keys to move to another room that smelled like cigarette smoke. The third room we had to settle on was on the third floor and the television did not work. They had no other rooms because they were fully booked. When we spoke with the manager he said he would give us a discount of $23, when I paid almost $400 for 2 nights. I called corporate and got an email with an apology and they gave me another $23 discount. I told them that was unacceptable and I would never stay at a Wyndham hotel ever again!!!!! The hotel needs paint, new furniture and updated appliances. They put no money into the Inn and charge outrageous prices. If you are reading this review I recommend you to avoid this hotel !!!!

    I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE! The service here is horrible. Coming from the hospitality industry myself, and have worked from a housekeeper to Assistant General Manager they deserve a -1. They should offer an amenity that you should be able to have for example: I asked for four large towels, and a bath mat at 6:30am. I was told I have to wait till 8am for housekeeping. I asked for extra regular coffee from the housekeeper I was told no. I had to ask front desk. There was guest screaming and fighting at 4am, and no one would do anything. That same night I saw a man going from car to car to see if the cars where unlocked. I let the front desk know both times. Nothing happened. We have only been here for two nights, and we decided to move to a different hotel for our remainder of our stay. If you want a clean motel, this isn't it. If you want simple amenities sorry not this motel. If you want to feel safe nope move on to another motel. If you do decide to stay I wish you good luck!

    There was cockroaches, I left and I will never be coming bak, I don’t recommend it at all, instead Just go to a motel for the same price and better and cleaner.

    Upon entering the reception office we weren't even acknowledged...The girl behind the counter was busy on her phone and barley a whispered  a "hello"..We asked if it was possible to check in and she straight said "No, check in time is 3 oclock"...No other response but the "No"..she suggested we go eat or something and then come back...It was 7+ hour drive plus we had an infant and child and they were tired, we wanted them to rest...So we asked if we could just sit by the pool and with a plain expression she said "yeah that's fine"...so we did..There was another group before us and then another couple after us and another couple in the reception area resting while waiting to check in...at 2:56 we walked in and this time there was a guy already helping the first couple while she stood there waiting on the clock to turn 3!...then she just waved us over....no small talk..just sign here.. I need your cc..Just no real customer service skills...She did not inform us of the wi-fi password nor did she mention the continental breakfast times..we only knew because we over heard the other guy telling another guest...If your going to work in a hospitality establishment at least have a personality...Suggestion to management you need to hire/train your staff..staff who like to engage with your guests...I know guests are not always happy & great but encountering a person like this after their long trip to get to the hotel makes it a lil bitter...A smile goes a long way... And the hotel was no where near Disneyland...it was a 15 min drive

    After booking process double billed our room we had a terrible encounter with a giant flying Asian cockroach. Once I killed it and went to the office the night clerk said we needed to talk with the booking agency we went through and she was un able to do anything about our accommodations from the office. I find this type of service to be a complete disregard to customer service and I will be contacting the site manager u.... This giant flying cockroach was very disgusting and so was the clerks response.

    What a disappointment. We were there 6 days. The photos look so nice and refreshed. There were bugs crawling and hair in the bathroom. The comforter was so thin and felt so dirty like they dont wash them ever. The microwave was from pre-2000 with a dial. Didnt dare to use or look into it. Breakfast was all carbs (toaster waffles, hot cereal, cereal, muffins) no fruit or protein in site. Terrible wifi. It worked half the time in the room. We stepped outside and sat on the stairs to get a decent signal. No shuttle to the park like advertised. Broken glass beside the stairs all week. Staff seemed so unimpressed. We asked to move rooms the first night and they said come back at noon and they can see about moving us. We went back at 1:30 and they said the didnt have anything anymore.

    For the money it was a pretty good stay… Beds were comfortable… Rooms were clean… And the breakfast was better than I thought since they had the waffles.

    First off I thought this was a lot closer to Disneyland than it was but that is on me. I was told there was a shuttle, which there is not. Our room smelt like dead old people. There is a very scarce selection for breakfast. We didn’t even bother the second or third day. It was so crowded in the dining area there wasn’t even room to stand (not because they were that many people but because it is tiny). My husband got yelled at for waiting for me in the lobby. Our fire alarm beeped all night the first night, and I informed the staff. On the second night, they said they fixed it which they had not. On the third night when I stopped by the office to ask if it was fixed, they told me “I don’t know. If not, just take it down and bring it to the office“. That is not safe!! A minor detail, but one to note, we also did not have any body wash in the container for our entire stay. The only plus side is it is fairly cheap here, but there are other hotels that are priced around the same price point and are much better value for your money!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff member at the front desk; was awful. If you have questions or concerns about your room, your stay or other details. Dont bother asking him ! Not an ounce of human decency. Thee only thing convenient about this hotel is it’s price. Nothing more.

    Great front desk service, clean rooms. In the neighborhood adjacent to the hotel was a house party that was very loud. The night manager apologized to those who called about it, in the kindest way possible. It was frustrating but he was kind knowing there wasn't much he could do.

    I had called and was told there was a hot breakfast, there was NOT. The breakfast was a very pathetic display of sugary cereal and a few muffins. The accommodations do not look like the photos. Although it was clean, hotel was not in a great area. Jacuzzi needs to be heated for several hours before using it.

    I mean just wow this place is pretty great, and the front desk staff named Amanda, I believe, was extremely helpful and pleasant. The continental breakfast doesn't serve waffles but I shall still return here when I'm in need of lodging in the Anaheim area.

    Cheap but very dirty, courtains had stains and smelled like a smoker was there. Bathtube did not have a door. Not to far from the location I think there where ladies of the night. We arrived late and there was a couple making out in the parking lot.

    Good hotel. Parking, swimming pool, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, all appliances in the room work properly, air conditioning is powerful, there is a laundry. Recommend 👍

    Not great service at the front desk. The pool was closed most of the time we were there. The TV’s are needlessly complicated. The rooms were clean enough but could use some repair; the flooring felt warped in quite a few places not only in the room but on the walkways too. It is affordable and close to Disneyland.

    We stayed in this hotel 3 nights and had a great experience for a 2 star hotel. Room was recently renovated, bathroom was clean and big, had a microwave, fridge and basic toiletries. I like the location for a short drive to Disneyland, and walk to eat out. The breakfast was basic with not savoury items but this was explained in detail before I booked, so I was prepared. The mattresses and pillows were perfect for me which means I had a good rest. The carpet was clean visually but do not dare to walk barefoot please. Customer service could improve if the young lady at check-in had smiled or provided real customer care, however the other patrons were great. In overall it is a good value for money and would stay back in.

    We booked this while doing our Disneyland part of our vacation. They were very nice acclimating and only to happy to make sure we had everything we needed. The only complaint is the wifi truly sucked even for the TV movies it kept freezing. But other then that great value for our stay and more. We would book again happily.

    No Thank You ! Rooms Smell Horible, Ac was blowing Hot air with a funky Smell aswell , Toilets are a joke Small like children toilet.. Hand Sink was small and dirty . Should have payed attention to reviews !

    It was a horrible stay unless you pimpin in the 90s.lol it's the wild West on the track in front. Ants in the room. Woke up itching at 3am before work. Room did look nice though and I had a nice view of all the insta- workers in front..........😒

    This hotel was cheaply priced. Some staff were extremely polite and attentive. Some were not. We checked in to find our toilet bowl wasn't draining fast enough. The front office person offered to go look for a plunger, which I was to use to unclog the toilet.. I found that shocking. It turned out the flush has a problem which I fixed. Their laundry machine ate my coins and didn't wash. A lady from laundry room brought more coins and put in the same machine. It again didn't work. So I was told to move my laundry to the next washer. She put more coins there and it worked. But they close the laundry room at 5 pm. So we had to take out the damp clothes to a coin laundry two miles away and wait there until our clothes were dried. Rooms were mostly clean. I did not feel particularly safe. There's inadequate lighting in corridors.

    Not bad for how cheap it was. Their breakfast is just a bunch of store bought pastries and cereal. Our TV didn't work in our room and there was no second shower curtain so the water would stay in the tub. When showering water soaked through the very thin shower curtain and got every wear. They also need to replace the pillows they were very small and used. Regardless of all these little things it was worth it for the money we paid.

    Close to the parks! & about it!!! Roches in room Tv Never worked !! Kept my deposit saying we ruined something!! Can't even get a hold of the manager! If your looking for a place to sleep I mean this will do it !
