Never stayed in this hotel to be honest. But I do visit it multiple times for several years to see a fine looking little Latina for massage services ;-) For the most part the rooms always seemed pretty clean, and the beds feel comfortable for any activity you are in to.

Great service, available vacancy, room was clean and odor free. Good experience. Definitely coming back!

This local budget hotel is not what it used to be . . . I stayed here some years ago and it was clean & pleasant - I stayed here again to escape the recent heat wave - the air conditioner was exceptional however there was graffiti inside the room, the shower was rusty, bedding torn and the other guests were questionable. I would really like to see this little local hotel clean up it's act - it has the potential to be nice again. That plus the room rate has almost doubled - over $80 per night - it pains me to say I won't be staying here again until some major renovations take place.

Owners pose as gardeners to spy/snitch on tenants...they also use movie set window glass in their room windows (made of sugar to break easily without dangerous shards everywhere. Then they gots the NERVE to try & charge $100 when it breaks! Total BS furrealtho! And... ROACHES APLENTY! BRING A FEW PAIRS OF CRICKETS! UGH!

Excellent place to stay. The manager Mario gave us all the attention we needed for our stay. We came from Florida and were planning to stay near Fullerton and search every hotel prices were so high. Akua has the best prices and rooms are in good condition. I will be back soon . Thanks Mario for everything, we will see you soon.

Great place to stay for a very reasonable price and usually they have a room even when showing up at 8 or 9pm and trying to get a room. The front office only has one person working so sometimes you have to wait for them to get back up there. She is very nice and they even have snacks and drinks available from vending machine. Free ice machine. A coin machine laundry room is available too. Deposit is only $12. They take cash or card. Some rooms have microwave and fridge available for an extra charge. The pool is open during COVID-19 but it needs to be cleaned more. You can stay a night for under $80 which includes tax. A lot of people in the area late at night, so be careful.

Cheap and clean 2 years ago. I went there recently. What the difference. Evidently they are taking it homeless. My room this time was absolutely disgusting. Went to the toilet and someone been using the wall to wipe their nose not clean. I woke up about 2:00 in the morning with things crawling on me I got the hell out of there do not go. GROSS

I have a question ? Does this hotel give a parking permit to there guest when there guest come and visit?
