Was a guest of a member.we had a 2 bedroom suite. It was beautiful, spacious and clean. Elevators were quick and parking was close. Full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Disneyland less than 10 minutes away. Starbucks in the lobby open until midnight. What more could you ask for?

Comfortable hotel with good-sized rooms and full kitchens. Persistent and pushy sales tactics to attend seminars/sessions to learn more about time-share opportunities. At check-in, our room keys weren't activated until we spent 10 minutes with the concierge, politely declining 'the pitch', as well as handling daily calls of the same variety.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THEY OVER BOOKED THEMSELVES after we booked our room weeks and weeks ago and as we were checking in told us this. No prior contact at all. One person in our family is 80+ years old 1 is very high risk pregnant and 1 was trying to celebrate a birthday in Disneyland and had to leave most of the day to try to help us find somewhere to go. We paid for this stay again weeks in advance and also had to pay for another place try to find somewhere we could afford the same night as booking by Disneyland. This ruined our entire trip and was so stressful and the resort did nothing were not empathetic and are all about the $$$$$. WORST EXPERIENCE ever had with any place we've been. Overbooking with today's technology how is that a thing? You cannot screw people like this. DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY SUCK

This is a great place to stay when visiting Disneyland or any of the other attractions in the Anaheim area of California. There is a shuttle provided by the City of Anaheim to shuttle you back and forth every half hour and also on demand during the middle of the day. We found it easy to walk the short distance to the parks. The Worldmark has parking available for $20/day with in & out privileges. If you have a roof top carrier on a van or a vehicle over 7 ft high you will want to park on the bottom floor only. Ask if you are in need of help for a parking space, very friendly attendants. The rooms have been recently upgraded with fresh flooring and paint and other remodels. Kitchens and more than adequate for saving on eating out with a small quick stop store near the lobby. After a full day at Disney you will sleep restfully in the comfortable beds. Roof top spas are accompanied by a large spa and heated pool on the ground floor. There is also a kiddie pool and additional spa there also. If you have some time on your hands go ahead and take the tour that they offer for vacation club ownership or update but it is not mandatory.

Everything you need is here! The location is great, with the toy story lot across the street for a quick shuttle to Disneyland. Having access to watch the fireworks from the balcony at night was an added bonus. If you forgot swim gear, or need to buy disney accessories before heading into the parks the store in the lobby provides it all! Beds were comfortable, and the two bedroom suites were roomy to give everyone space after a day at the parks. Having a kitchen and laundry is perfect for families of little ones!

This hotel is all about selling TIMESHARES to you. They'll offer gifts to you to attend theirs meetings. In addition to that, the rooms don't have blocked out curtains, so be ready not to sleep in. The sun comes in at its fullest. They don't offer conditioning or lotion. They charge for parking 12 dollars per day or more.

This resort and timeshare is conveniently close to everything you may need, including walking distance to the Disneyland shuttles. There so many activities for families to do and see. The roof top is especially a vibe and the ambiance combined with watching the Disney fireworks is unmatched. Our family definitely recommends.

We had a reservation 2 months prior to our trip. The day of our check in they canceled our reservation. My pregnant daughter and mother had no where to go! They were rude and didn’t help us at all!!! We bought a weeks worth of groceries prior to checking in and thought we had a kitchen so of course smarter to cook there well had to throw most of it away- we packed as though we had a washer and dryer because in these rooms you have washers and dryers. We didn’t get notified they cancelled our reservation at all. They obviously got someone else to pay a higher rate than we got it for and because it’s all about $$$$ we got F&@:!? DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! We’ve stayed at sooo many of these resorts and never again!!!!! The front desk lady telling me this was awful! Worst place, worst experience and I was in Disneyland trying to enjoy my actual birthday when my daughter called crying stressing out where we got moved to and I had to leave the park for half the day to try to find a hotel last minute day of in CA by Disneyland talk about expense! You guys screwed us!!!!!!!!!!!!

Only gripe was that they make you get your room key from the person trying to schedule you for a presentation. Usually telling someone "not interested" 3 times makes it clear. Not the case for us, but other than that, great place for families. The pool is huge, no deeper than 4 feet so good for kids. Also a fireworks display is visible from the roof at 9pm every night not to mention they have hot tubs up there as well. Super close to Disneyland with a shuttle that runs every few minutes. Second visit here and both have been amazing!

Rooms were adorned with kitchenette and cookware. Hotel is close to a Disney parking lot and have multiple options to get to the parks. Great for family stays and there's a good pool with grills for use.

We really enjoy coming here. The condos are updated and very nice, and the staff is excellent. It's very convenient to restaurants, Disneyland, and several freeways to get around Southern CA. There is a very nice pool that you can swim laps in when it"s not busy or enjoy relaxing when it is (although cool in the AM as in the shade then). Overall one of our favorite places to stay in the area.

Worst experience I’ve had. I have been an owner since 2006. I purchased a package to be in the silver elite status. No when we went for our dealer review meeting, they are saying we need to spend $17,000 dollars to keep our silver elite status. Apparently the new management will not honor existing contracts that have been notarized by their own company. By all means buy into a company that won’t honor their contracts. Unless you have thousands to upgrade all the time. Plus the rooms are all sort of run down. Extra maintenance fees don’t seem to be helping the up keep of the rooms. Don’t buy any points. It’s your mortgage payment so you do you but, they won’t even let your family out of the contract you signed. Buyer be ware!

The staff is super friendly! The building is beautiful so far even the patrons I've met are really cool and it's just been a really great time. After the long sadness of covid it's just kind of nice to add a distance safely communicate with people again. And they have more than one heated pool.

Great resort! Spa on the roof is my favorite. Towels fully stocked. Check in was fairly easy. Getting my room key required that I talk to someone who tries to schedule members to sign-up for "owner education." DO NOT ATTEND THE OWNER UPDATE (high pressure sales presentation) unless you can firmly say no. Shuttle is Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART). On demand pickup/drop-off is incredibly helpful. $6 per day/adult; discounts for multiple day passes. My room was clean, well maintained, well stocked, and ready for my arrival.

Great location. Friendly staff, nice pool. Lots of amenities. Most (all?) rooms have full kitchen and laundry. Easy pickup to Disneyland (8 minute bus ride). Great option.

We love staying at this condo. It is convenient and close to everything. Flo, from guest services, was amazing. We saw him last year and again this year. Each time he greets us with a smile and is so helpful. He helped us during an embarrassing moment and showed no judgment. We’ll be back to visit Flo and the condos…:)

Pro: The room was perfect. It was huge and more than enough room for our big group (6 adults and 1 toddler) and had a great layout. The pool wasn't super busy and I love that there are different types of pools. A smaller resort than others but had everything we needed and was close to the theme parks. Cons: The lobby acoustics are bad and I feel for the people who have to work in the lobby all day. One of the elevators was under repair and wait times were pretty long. The stairs are easy to find and use but not with a packed stroller and tired 1 yr old.

I brought my family to Disneyland for my son’s 1st birthday and we had a great experience staying at WorldMark. The staff and facilities were amazing, we always had everything we needed. The property was very well maintained. A gracious thank you to the young man who helped me unload and load our van both times without question!! Look forward to our next trip!

We stayed here in 2020 and could not wait to return. Staff is wonderful, location (for Disneyland) is nice. I recommend paying for the shuttle to the Park. The rooftop is the perfect place to watch the evening fireworks.

Finally got to take our post-COVID Disneyland trip and stayed here with my friends, who are owners. This location was beautiful & clean, and staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only drawback is that they charge for parking when there is no other options.

Nice beds. Roof top hot tubs are wonderful. Starbucks in the lobby as well as basic Cafe food options and a little market area. Great ground area pool.

The hotel itself was nice. It was nice to have a concierge they offered us a free Cabana which was nice however they put us at a dirty Cabana we switched to another... When the representative came out with our beer and our snacks they told us we had to move back to the dirty one? They made a small attempt to clean the Cabana however there was bird poop on it and the towel service was not available. They told us that the other clean Cabana was booked and yet nobody showed up. For us being the only guests in the dirty Cabana it was a little disappointing. The rooftop hot tubs were nice

Great location! Easy walk to Disney! Amazing roof top with 2 hot tubs! Our concierge Ray was the best part of our experience at the property, he was amazing and very helpful. Other than that this place sucks, constantly calling, leaving notes under our door. Trying to sell us stuff we don’t want. I would have only left 1 star if it wasn’t for Ray, thank you Ray!

The layouts were nice and spacious. Good size kitchen. We had a kitchen drawer that was so completely busted that it was hanging loose. The nightstand in my bedroom was broken so even when plugged in none of the outlets worked leaving 2 people 2 plugs. It was just a series of small things that makes the rooms mediocre. The front facing staff always has a smile on their face and a bounce in their step. That being said they really don't know how to think outside the box. They know their canned responses and that's about it. Upper management I have seen in the evening walking around has always seemed unhappy and unapproachable. The location is pretty good but if you drive just get ready to do a U-Turn a lot. You can't turn into the property.

My aunt has a time share here, and she allowed us to use it for our trip to Disney. I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was, and the bed was pretty comfortable considering. It’s sometimes hard to find a comfortable enough hotel room bed. The pull-out wasn’t as comfortable, but that’s to be expected with an older pull-out couch anyway. The customer service was exceptional, and the movie showings in the evening for our girls was a great touch to our stay. Our older daughter was excited after a long day at the park to head back to the resort and watch a move. Well done!!!

Always a great place to stay. Spacious suites and an easy walk across the street to the Disneyland Toy Story parking area with free shuttles. Good parking, friendly staf, nice game room, and exercise room.

Location is spot on. The hotel and staff are friendly and helpful. Their gym is probably the best I've ever seen in a hotel as far as what they had. Even had a squat rack, a bench press and even a square mat to do deadlifts if you wanted. Recreation room was a blast. Too top it off they have a Starbucks in the lobby.

Ideal location within steps to enjoyable restaurants and night entertainment. Super close to Disneyland...people chose to walk back when leaving the park over getting on shuttles. Newly remodeled rooms look great. Only downside to this location is they have a sales office here so checking in is annoying...don't want to take "no" for an answer. Every owner name makes it on the "VIP" board...it's nothing special.

The resort was very nice. The only downside was the pool was closed during our stay. It was fine because they did inform us months in advance that the pool would be closed. The cafe inside the resort has really good breakfast sandwiches and coffee. You can walk to Disney which is great! I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel staff was very friendly. Love the jacuzzis on the rooftop which on Friday and Saturday night you could enjoy Disneyland fireworks. Walking distance to Disneyland and so many eateries. Whether you're dining high end are just grabbing a quick sandwich or donuts. Parking is $10 a night. Went to the presentation at the peacock hotel. Dave was very friendly. Not high pressure at all.

First time to California and I am not disappointed. The staff working here at WorldMark Anaheim are amazing. The are extremely hospitable, kind, and knowledgeable in their job. They make you feel welcome like no other. The rooms are outstanding. Updated spacious and clean. If your rolling through Anaheim be sure to check out WorldMark Anaheim. You can thank me later.
