Was a little nervous how other people said they wouldn’t stay again. This hotel was great! Front desk people were amazing! Room was ready on time. Clean. Pool was heated and clean as well! 5 min walk to Toy Story Parking Lot which we used multiple times a day for the shuttle. We needed a place to sleep, shower, and get dressed for Disneyland so this was perfect! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

My family is mixed about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked through a third party, and, somehow, the dates got entered into their system wrong. They fixed the problem quickly and were friendly throughout. The room was large, but the beds were quite small. The common areas smelled great, but the room itself smelled moldy. Room was very dated and the carpet felt dirty to walk on. There was quite a bit of hair left in the tub and bathroom - we all have short hair and these were larger clumps of long hair. We were told upon arrival that housekeeping does not come in unless we called and requested it and there is no housekeeping on Sundays. We did get extra towels when we asked. The pool water was clean, but there was dirt caked onto the side (people had written into it it was so thick). Overall, it was okay, but I don't think we would choose this location again.

Booked here through Disney as it’s listed as a good-neighbor hotel. It’s definitely dated and not as nice as advertised through Disney. The room has two double beds, not queen-sized. A microwave was listed as an amenity, but the only one in the building is in the lobby. The mini fridge in the room didn’t seal all the way around, so it didn’t cool evenly. Our room looked over the pool, but the window and sliding glass door didn’t block any sound, so we heard all the crowd noise at the pool. The bathroom light switch was gummed up with some kind of residue, so the light was not easy to turn off and on. There was also no fan in the bathroom. The shower had hardly any water pressure, so I couldn’t really wash my hair. The air conditioner was very loud. The beds were okay. The carpet in the hallway was threadbare. Also, there was no housekeeping on the weekend. I called the front desk to request some light vacuuming one morning, but was told housekeeping had left for the day. It was before noon. On our last day, we checked our bags in with the bell hop to hold while we enjoyed our last day in the park. When we came back to get our bags, we noticed a hold in the lobby ceiling and water everywhere. A few of our bags got wet by whatever leaked through the ceiling. The only positive is that the staff was friendly.

Decent hotel. Clean, within walking distance of Convention Center. A bit of a walk to Disney, but another option is crossing the st into the Disney parking lot and taking their tram. Only reason I gave it 4 stars overall is because the beds (both of them) were extremely squeaky even when making the slightest move. Pool is heated, and there's no jacuzzi. Breakfast is available at $12.99/adult and kids 12 and under eat free. I would visit this hotel again in the future due to it's close proximity to the Convention Ctr and Disneyland, and it's cleanliness.

The only reason to book this hotel is the location if you're staying at Disney. The room wasn't what you'd consider clean during check in. There was dust and dirt crumbs on the bathroom floor. Wore flip flops in the shower because I was afraid to have bare feet in the room. Curtains were what looked like motheaten. Weren't told at check-in that room cleaning has to be requested. Called the front desk TWO times for fresh towels and toilet paper because they didn't come when we first called. Still waited hours and yet again NOBODY brought anything up. So we just went into the hall and tracked down a housekeeper and asked for them. Only two washers and dryers for the whole hotel and they charge $4 per use each, and it took my friends money and didn't start. When we went to ask the front desk to fix it they said it's third party and there was nothing they could do. Ended up paying $12 for one load of laundry. Would never book with this place again. Especially not if they're charging that much for this kind of experience.

It was very convenient to go to Disneyland, we walked to the Toy Story Parking lot, so we didn't walk much. Smooth check-in and check-out, but one star less, because later, when I asked something to the receptionist, he was kind of rude answering. The room needs updates, but we had the basics, so it was just OK. The AC/Heater was very noisy, I had to turn it off so I could sleep. Luckily, the weather was nice outside.

Our stay was ok. Bathroom was dated but we did not mind. The big issue is we had a very scary security concern and we were met with no empathy, follow up or help. We have been blown off by all management at all levels. It’s been almost of month of constant calling, and have heard nothing back. Be aware that guests safety is not a concern, and they do not have cameras in the front of the building. I have stayed a few times and have recommended it. NEVER AGAIN. The lack of customer service is appalling.

No real complaints with the room. It was clean, spacious and appropriately maintained. The problem was with some other things. The hotel issued one room key which also is supposed to serve as your parking pass. However they stated that the RFi wasn't working and we would need to grab whatever ticket the machine spit out to be able to get in and out. I guess it's a good thing we only stayed one day, if any more than that, it could have been a super annoyance. Definitely not helpful for the patrons. Secondly we purchased a package for the room with the expectation of free breakfast. Alas, we discovered that it was not offered. I am assuming there is a breakdown of communication between hotel and travel company. Overall, satisfactory stay but mostly ordinary and nothing special.

First time staying at this place and we loved it..it's about 3 blocks from Disneyland and we timed it it's about a 25 min walk from the hotel to the entrance of Disneyland. It's a great place to stay if your going to Disneyland..the beds were comfortable and the room was big and we had a table to eat on in our room and we had a microwave and refrigerator. The only bad thing I would say is that one of the bed comforters had a stain on it but it's understandable if there's always families with little ones staying there, but hopefully it was washed before they put it on the bed. I just took it off the bed and the other sheets didn't have any stains so it wasn't to much of a big deal.We also enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool.theres fast food restaurants all up and down the street and there's also a target just a few blocks down.we will definitely be staying here again next time we go to Disneyland.

Honestly, not great. Rooms need a major update. Felt dirty when you walk into the rooms and the showers are terrible. No water pressure and extremely small. Walk was def farther than expected. Took 25 mins. Gave a 90s motel vibe. Wouldn’t stay again…

This hotel was above and beyond my expectations. Their check in was 4pm a bit late but they compensate with a late check out. Staff was very good to us very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and best of all with in walking distance to Disneyland. Highly recommend, price and security deposit very affordable. Most likely to book on our next trip to Disneyland.

My husband and I just stayed at this hotel for the weekend and it was great. It's only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Disneyland which is not bad for us at least. We had great customer service when we checked in and our room was nice and clean. The breakfast in the mornings is pretty good. My only complaint is that the pool was not heated enough.

This is an adequate hotel at a great price. I stayed for an event at the convention center. It was a quick walk. From all the people in Disney gear, I assume it's conveniently close to Disney as well. There is a restaurant (lacking vegan or healthy looking options), a pretty nice bar with occasional karaoke, a pool (I didn't try), and a very small exercise room. There's also a nice self-checkout convenience store. Parking was easy, a $20 total was added to my bill. I also used the business center which was convenient, but it would be hard to have a video/phone conference since it feels more like an individual meeting room (1 large table, 1 desk, 2 lounge chairs). I could see other people trying to get work done be annoyed, like having someone on their phone in a library. The service was excellent.

Friendly staff, clean rooms & a quick walk to Disneyland. What else could you ask for? My partner and I really enjoyed our 3 nights. The staff are very friendly and the rooms itself was comfortable. It was a little dated but for the price we paid I didn’t care.

The room was bigger than expected for a reasonable price. The walls were good, didn’t hear any comings and goings in the hallway. It was close to Disneyland, we even walked there without a sweat or complaints from the kids. The buffet breakfast wasn't bad, the staff were great. The hotel staff were helpful. Didn't give it full stars bc the water pressure wasn't great for a shower. 4.5/5

Check in experience was quick and painless. The staff was customer focused and polite. Price/value for room was reasonable. A bit too far to walk to Disneyland, but close enough for a quick uber or bus ride. The breakfast was reasonably priced and had good options like coffee, juice, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, toast, muffins, yogurt, etc. It also varies from day to day which I appreciated. They didn't have a shuttle to Disneyland which sucked. The parking was an additional charge which always seems like an additional way to get more money out of you. Parking had limited spots that were a bit tight. The one exit was a little inconvenient. The rooms definitely need to be upgraded. Old television and furniture. The beds were not that comfortable. The shower rod was bent so the curtain wouldn't stay closed. I would stay here again as it was a pretty good value for the price compared to other hotels in the area.

I was really nervous to stay here because I’ve been a housekeeper in the past and I read some not so great reviews! It was actually a great hotel to stay at. First I will say that the staff was all great, so nice and helpful anytime we needed anything. As for the hotel, it is definitely old and outdated and I noticed that the bathroom was pretty dusty and could’ve been cleaned a little better but the beds were clean, which is always the first thing I check! They were probably closer to full size and not queen size but they were comfortable. If your traveling for Disneyland, the toy story parking lot is right across the street from the hotel and the free shuttles bring you to and from the park which is very convenient. We spent 10 days here and overall it was a pretty great experience! Don’t let the negative reviews steer you away.

Pictures look way better then what it’s really like. Rooms are dated. If you need towels and toilet paper you yourself have to go get it from the front desk. They apparently only service rooms on the 3rd night of your visit. So if your 3rd night falls on a Saturday or Sunday your screwed because they are off those days. No microwave in my room but in another family members room there was one. When I asked the front desk as to why I don’t have one their response was that “their rooms don’t come equipped with microwaves” when clearly some do. Next trip I will definitely be staying somewhere else.

Overdue for renovation, but served the need: clean room, comfy bed, nice staff. Considering the price of all other options within walking distance of the convention center + nearby Disney, there is a need for this price point and I want to give them credit for that. Before you read below, my colleague in another room had no complaints. Reasons for low stars: The door to my room was misfit to the door frame, so I had to lift the handle/door and manhandle it to close it. Bathroom not renovated at least within the last 20 years--old buttercream tiles and what appear to be early 1980's fixtures. Little fridge grumbled on and off all night, like the compressor is failing.

Clarion had a great price and space for our family of 6. Spacious, bright and clean. Loved the package with Disneyland resort. I only took a star off for service because they knew 6 were coming and only had four towels available, and we had to ask twice to get 2 more towels. They also didn't do all they were required to on their end of the Disneyland ticket deal, which slowed us down getting into the park on day 1. Other than that, we loved the hotel, and would definitely go back if we ever have the chance to. The issues were relatively minor

I enjoyed my stay at the Clarion. My room (suite) was huge and it had all the amenities I needed for my time there. The property itself is a bit dated by I thoroughly liked my room. I advise anyone staying to book a suite, the double bed rooms aren't as spacious and don't come with a microwave. I didn't get an opportunity to eat the breakfast, but the group I was with did and they loved it. (breakfast is not complimentary) I will definitely stay there again if visit the area.

As I entered the lobby, I was greeted by the receptionist with a huge smile and "Welcome, how can I make your stay great." In all my travels, this was a new experience. The hotel was clean, friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast had a bit to be desired, although service was excellent.
