Don’t bother. This place is not thoroughly cleaned. I was disgusted. We had to move rooms and the other two rooms inspected were also dirty. The room we settled on was fine but still gross with nail polish on the walls and floors. And then the icing on the cake was my son finding a used cigarette on the headboard. There was also no shower gel or conditioner (they have bottles in the shower that are supposed to be refilled). Disgusting. And the staff didn’t care. Will never stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express Anaheim West, an IHG Hotel 2/5 Disappointing The room at check-in was okay, but then we noticed that small garbage in the hallway was never cleaned and we saw roaches in both the room and the hallway. The surrounding area was very dirty and felt unsafe. Lots of homelessness in this pocket of town. This hotel was surrounded by very marginal motels. We stayed since it was a short stay, but had we needed more days, we would have found another hotel. Wouldn’t recommended when there are other places not too far away that would be worth spending more money on to stay at. See review

The only good thing I have to say about this hotel was the lady preparing breakfast every morning. She worked extremely hard and made sure everything was stocked and ready for customers. We were there for 1 week, for the entire week housekeeping was awful!!! When we checked into our room, a new ice bag was on top of a used ice bag with water in it. The floor was dirty, it look like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time. The carpet was dirty, it wasn’t vacuumed there was crumbs by the desk. The toilet bowl was dirty and the shower was also dirty. We booked the room for 4 adults but they only provided 2 towels every day. My dad would go and get 2 more towels from the front desk and asked them to make note for housekeeping to give us 4 towels. But they continued to give us 2 towels. On the second day of our stay, we ran out of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. We repeatedly ask the front desk to have housekeepers restocked our room but they never do it. For the entire week we made our own beds, take out our own garbage. I honestly don’t know what it is that housekeeping do there.

Wow!!! Don’t be fooled, what they post on site definitely fooled my family & I. The check in area NO air conditioning, breakfast was always empty, they do not know how to handle large crowd on Labor Day weekend. We checked in Saturday 9/3/22 checked out 9/5/22 when I saw the property I WISH to refund & go elsewhere but nothing near was available. Hotel but feels & looks like Motel have horrible stay, they don’t clean rooms as promised or pictures shown. We waited 1hr for towels only for poor service with front desk. We perviously stayed at another property in Santa Clara,CA blown away with that property it made me want same treatment and outlook but turned out to be a flop. Whoever owns this property you need to have better housekeeping inside and out. Retrain your front desk staff! I will not rent or visit this property again.

This place was amazing. It’s dog friendly every single morning they have breakfast a warm breakfast. Nothing major just the basics but honestly it does the trick. The rooms were always clean. Housekeeping does a wonderful job front desk. It’s always kind polite. I extended my stay. Totally forgot to call them later that day. When I went back to my room I expected for everything to be out or for them to be angry at me. Instead, they left my things on touch told me I had to pay for the day explain to them I had extended my stay. They corrected that issue right away with a kind smiled the whole time. Thank you so much you to every single one of the staff they made our stay wonderful

Our flight agent booked us this accommodation because it is near Disneyland. I like how we have two beds and it worked really well after my partner and I spent all day at Disneyland. The hotel have Dove products as their shampoo and body soap which I really liked. However they did not have any moisturiser unlike other hotels. The carpet is a bit dirty, the bathroom is big and bed is comfortable. I know they don't have control of the ither visitor's nose howevit is really annoying being woken up by screams on the corridor.

Don't be fooled by what they say.. bad just bad... Room wasn't clean carpet wasn't vacuumed and there was no towels in my room . I had only one for 4 people. And what made it worse was there was looked to be blood stains on the towel... And manager will not even return my calls. And I have also called three times for a my refund. And also no AC.

It’s a shame, this hotel should not be called Holiday Inn the service and quality is below the standards. The only good thing that I can say is the room was cleaned. No soap or towels available. We requested the towels and soap 3 times, the employee at the front desk told us she will fix it right away but she didn’t solve it. Breakfast station and cuccine should be inspected looks dirty. The elevator need a maintenance and some of the buttons are broken. The hotel has a great location however the experience is far from the holiday inn standard.

I was hesitant on booking with this hotel because of the few reviews stating that the hotel workers were not professional nor friendly and some issues with the room. I booked it anyways and OMG! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS STAY!!! We arrived around 1am for check-in and the front desk worker was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were be a spacious, beautiful bathroom and shower. And also, they had a whole breakfast setup which was freaking awesome. I was expecting a small setup but no! They had ample amounts of warm scrabbled eggs, sausages, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, yogurts, milks, OJ, apple juice, and freshly brewed coffee. Everything for a great start to your morning, def would stay here again and would recommend. Not too far away from Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland.

The room was not great. It was a standard room nothing spectacular but not anything abnormal either. My problem was that the room was still dirty, there were no towels, no remote to turn the TV off, and they weren't any batteries in the thermostat to cool down the room. Parking was very limited and the space were ridiculously tiny. It was close Disney and Knotts though son of that's what you're looking for you're good.

Great location. Room and exterior dirty. Well below holiday Inn standards. Asked for extra blankets. Said they didn't have any. Asked for another comforter. Said she didn't have any. It is a hotel!!!!! Told her she could charge my credit card until I returned them. Still wouldn't give them to me. Pool was also very dirty and very cold. Wouldn't stay again. Also breakfast was very very meager. Things were out constantly. I was down there for 40min and just got eggs. Very frustrating.

Christina at breakfast was lovely! She did a great job keeping hot food stocked and ready and was friendly and happy. The rooms were clean and large.

The rooms were huge. I stayed by myself in a two queen beds, I enjoyed it. Eventho I used one bed 😊 it was a great hotel. Breakfast was on point. The room service was great. I didn’t need cleaning but the ladies cleaned my room everyday for 4 days of my staying. Also the receptionist was great. Friendly and had a perfect customer service attitude. I didn’t get his name but he checked me in Friday evening. I will stay here if I’ll ever visited Cali in the future. Thank you HI.

We had a great stay and the room was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. Yes you could say the neighborhood could be on the rougher side but there wasn’t a time we didn’t feel unsafe. The rooms were spacious and very accommodating. I read reviews on here and got worried but you can’t judge a book by its cover. Unlike other reviews our family had a wonderful experience

The property, building, and the room were clean. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. Several restaurants close by to walk to.

The hotel was in a great location and the rooms were clean. However, a room with two queen beds only had enough towels for one person. I requested additional towels at the reception desk and was initially told I had to wait for housekeeping. After informing we just got in the night before and we have 3 people with only one set of towels I was told they would bring them shortly. She wrote my room number down and I was sure we would get towels. We ended up leaving the room 2 hours later for Disneyland and came back after midnight to no towels ever being delivered! Even after housekeeping came and left!

Pictures show a hot tub, but there is no hot tub, it's been filled in. Housekeeping rarely came. When they did, they gave a couple towels but didn't empty our trash or make the beds.

4 stars for the room because it was very very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Even when I asked for extra things the lady was on top of it. The only problem was the broken desk light and missing iron. There was an iron board but no iron. When asked about this at the front desk, I was told we can give one if you need it. That wasn't the point I was trying to make. Service was good except when checking out no one was at the front desk. I waited, waited and waited until someone appeared from the back room. I know they have cameras in this place so you had to see me standing there. Location is very iffy.

Every employee that I encountered was very friendly, breakfast was great, and the room was very clean. I did not see anything that looked dirty at all. Beds are a bit firm for my liking but I also have a shoulder thing going at the moment, so I won't put it on them. Lol

Not the cleanest place. Getting to the elevators from the lobby means dragging your bags up steps or walking outside and around the pool. Room was interesting. No washcloths. Carpets were dirty with nasty stains. Only 1 coffee and 3 decaf. The microwave was propped up on shelf made of 1/2 inch plywood stained brown. Looked a high school wood shop project. The breakfast area/lobby was sweltering. No ac at all. I like the chain, but this one is awful.

This hotel, staff and manager included, does not know or follow the ADA rules/regulations and ask illegal questions to their guests. Leticia, the lady who checked us in, was unprofessional and not pleasant, as well as the manager she called for assistance. The hall trash was overflowing and our room had not been properly stocked before we checked in as well as our soap bottles were completely empty. When we called down to tell her, she said she would get the soap up to the room. An hour later, 10pm, still nothing. I went down there and she was still just at the counter. This experience was completely frustrating all around and we will never stay at another Holiday Inn.

Excellent service and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, I came all the way from Plano Texas to spend some time with my family and this hotel is located on very advantage point from a lot of places, my family and I highly recommend it for your getaways, the staff and employees are very friendly and kind. Think twice if you want to go some where else for you acommodation. BOOK YOUR HOTEL HERE NOW! 😉

Very clean and love it even though is in a bit so good area but don't judge the place by looking at the location. They keep the place inside pretty clean and my kids really enjoyed. Thank you Holiday Inn staff for being awesome 😎♥️👏👏

the rooms are nice and it can accommodate up to five people with two queen beds and one sleeper sofa. The service was okay the hotel is clean. It's not in top shape could you use more renewing furniture. I like the proximity to Disneyland it's as close as own Disneyland hotels to. the park the parking could be cheaper.

Room stinks horribly. Has flys and other bugs flying all over. Changed rooms. And it still stunk. Asked for a refund and cancellation was told that she could do that of we came to her sooner. (We only checked in 30 minutes ago how much sooner could we possibly have done it. Time it takes from check in to park and unload a car and go through two rooms. That’s pretty quick. The smell was bad enough for me and my daughter to become sick to our stomachs.
