The flavor of the burgers is very weak and completely different from McDonald's in the U.S

It's okay, I wanted them to be a little more professional at taking special orders. Specifications seems like not their specialty. Other point is, their fries are a bit ..... Cold. Which makes me question that they give someone's leftovers. That's all.

Fast-food companies getting expensive and not giving that amount of moneys worth to their customers. The prices went high. A lot. Bet the burgers taste keeps getting worse every year. I'm taking a star every year. This year is not an exception.

Exchanging apps code with 2 milkshakes. You need to installed the apps and will get a code, exchange the code with the milkshakes. They have mango ananas, chocolate and strawberry. Taste nice and the consistencies are thick.

Quality of Burgers have gone down. Perhaps the size of meat filing (kebab) is reduced. No value for money. Greed by the franchise

It was a very bad experience, the worst McDonald's branch in Türkiye or maybe in the world

McDonald's isn't widespread here in Ankara so it doesn't really count as a fastfood chain restaurant here. But this branch in Kızılay proved to be of very high quality, both by the delicious meals you would expect when dropping by McDonald and the friendly demeanor of the staff. I'm very satisfied by their service, would recommend.

Deferent elegant casual clean the staff are great and customer services are great too they are fast even when its crowded I’ve enjoyed because i like it so much . They have a lot of delicious meals chicken and meat so you have a variety of choices deferent flavors thank you for the great service 😉
