Awesome upscale hotel! The beds are sp comfortable. Like sleeping in a cloud. And they have 3 different pillows with different hardness for more comfort. The top floor has a hookah bar with amazing views of the city. 10/10, stay here!

the air conditioner does not work… no internet…

The hotel is clean enough, they are taking the hygin process for Covid 19 very well. However the room that we had first was very hot with No air conditioning for each room we struggle a bit at the bigging to get them understand the problem then thyey moved us to another room however the lobby boy was very rude and they were very slow in moving my sons bed to the other room Oveall all., good hotel but it should be a 5 star hotel, i rank it three!! Would not try it again!!

The Staffs are very polite, helpful. Tidy, clean, organized. The breakfast also was great. But the price was high cause the swimming pool was not open. So it was not value to pay such money. For three persons price was 3800TL.

It was a two day stay for work. No complaints, breakfast was good

Beautiful hotel, in a very nice area of Ankara (even if not near the center of the town). Very clean and comfortable room, kind staff at the reception, at the parking lot and on the floors for the room cleaning. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended!

The personnel is very bad at English and it created many unpleasant situations: 1)they ordered a taxi when we didn't ask (bcs of their bad English they thought that we asked it but we didn't). 2) We had to wait for dinner from restaurant for 1,5 hours in our room due to the misunderstanding from the receptionist. Btw their restaurant (Azure) is overpriced, the quality of food doesn't comply with the price. Also waiters at the breakfast have a strange habit of doubling orders. Like, if my partner ordered a juice, they always bring 2 glasses of juice, even tho I never ordered a juice. If you ever ordered coffee, they will be bringing you coffee the next day when you didn't ask, like you're supposed not to ever change your choices? Strange service! Plus, water pressure is very bad in the bathroom. You have to take shower for longer than usually. But most importantly awful English, unacceptable for hotel workers.

This was my first experience in this hotel, - I sat for a day and went out, - The stay was rather poor, - The hotel has a dismal atmosphere, they had to create an atmosphere of life, especially at the reception. - I checked in at the hotel and checkout and the wifi was down, even though I was on a business trip. - There was a problem with the hot water was continuous can't be mixed - And there was also a problem with the central air conditioning. - Vale service was good, reception staff cheerful. - Of course I left without making any complaints, because I will never go back there again. - Room quality is average for the price. - The quality of the food served at breakfast is also very normal, they should provide higher quality cheese. That's all

Room service came after 1 hour and we had to pay for drinking water. Prolly cuz we were blacks. 5 star hotel and the room service on phone claims they can’t speak English language. A bottle of water for my wife and I for 24hrs! Had to go to the reception twice before we could get drinking water. So hurtful.

I think this hotel totally deserves to be called five star + hotel. Amazingly clean, airy, well maintained hotel in the heart of the city. I usually don’t like the carpets because they are very dirty no matter how much they vacuum but this hotel probably renovated it recently, we didn’t feel stuffy nor allergies. Bathrooms were sparkly clean, not a single moldy smell, hotel set their air system well that bathroom never stayed wet long time. Beds were clean and very comfortable, rooms were ventilated nicely, even we could open windows, no noise even though we were right next to a busy road. Rooms had lovely views as well, not to forget to mention a beautiful terrace restaurant at the top level. Hotel staff was extremely welcoming, warm, smiling, genuinely sweet and they definitely made our stay very pleasurable. Here they truly focused on customer service, being a frequent traveler this is very important traits I look for in any hotel, at metropolitan hotel - Ankara they definitely nailed it. Special thanks to Ömer Bey for his fantastic customer service which made our stay so comfortable, even helped us order our food online as we didn’t know and the gesture of lovely welcome fruit plates, we absolutely appreciated. We went for few days but after being comfortable we extended our stay for over 10 days. We will be back when in Ankara thanks so much for your hospitality!!

Has a few amenities despite us not being able to use them due to it being under construction. Overall good experience, okay prices and location, well mannered staff. Decent breakfast

A really iconic hotel in a fantastic location. Staff were very attentive, excellent helpful and professional. The team went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The room was well equipped and, although we found the pillows a little soft, we do understand that it is difficult to cater for all tastes. Recommended.

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Unfortunely the fitness is closed and there is no temperature control in the rooms. With temps reaching 27 to 28 celsius it feels like sleepong in a sauna.

Very nice hotel... the breakfast wanderfull

We stayed for 6 nights .the best thing in this hotel is the greatest staff and two friendly and very helpful receptions, hotel is near a crowded highway but near nice restaurants and shopping malls. The room sizes could be bigger for a 5 star hotel. I liked the breakfast but it could be better. Unfortunately because of covid pandemic we couldn't use the pool and spa and Turkish bathroom. If you want to stay in ankara I strongly suggest you yo stay in metropolitan with those fantastic atmosphere and staff.
