The rooms are amazing and cheap. The staff is great and very helpful. The problem is the location. It's in very bad neighborhood even though it's so near to the train station. Even the police is there 24/7. It's not safe neighborhood especially for females. If you're local I guess you won't have any problems. We stayed 2 days. Didn't have any troubles but there were fights outside.

It is $10 room. Don’t expect much. Rooms are not well ventilated. Easy going staff. No easy parking.

Me and my family went there for vacation from ethiopia , stayed over a month . Best room service, its so clean, reception is friendly(he treats us like a family) , breakfast is good. The price is affordable, nice location, we enjoyed our stay! Thank you 😊

Location was good. Walking distance from ankara castle. Walking distance for bus and metro too Rooms were big, clean and spacious. Bathroom , ac - everything worked Breakfast could have had some vegetarian options- we barely ate anything Staff was friendly n courteous We had a comfortable 2 night stay

Nice hotel. Good location, not far from the main street, metro station, bus stop, and many stores around the hotel. There are many touristic area near the hotel, you can go there even by walk. The room is big big, with a big bathroom also, and the room is exactly the same as the picture. There is a lift, but honestly it was an old lift. But it's okay :) Breakfast is good, it was buffet breakfast, with many types of food. Amazing. And the staffs is a kind person. Nice :)

This was a lovely hotel very stylish hotel, the staff were brilliant they informed us that our room was still being readied for us so they offered us a free upgrade if we didn’t want to wait! (Which we accepted of course floating hotel in an unexpected location it was situated perfectly for use.and thanks for all staff they are very friendly specially the accounter and his speak good English .would love to return to looked very relaxing. We would book again, 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

The hotel in general is not bad but it needs a better level of cleaning service and customer service..Today the heating is not working, and yesterday they turned us on when requested. I do not know what is meant by that..Cleaning every two days and not good..I hope to improve the service because the room is good

Comfortable and nice decorated rooms in a very reasonable price. Staff are freindly and so welcoming. Elevator is not safe enough and the area is noisy in the night.

Great place close to everything! We stayed here for four nights with our two children. Excellent hotel with really clean and comfortable beds, TV, refrigerator, open views, and excellent breakfast buffet. We had two rooms with large beds and heaters. Bathroom had continuous supply of hot water. Super markets, taxi stands, mobile stores, eateries, small food shops, big restaurants and many other things were within one minute walk from the place. Buses leave just from a minute of two walk from the place. Overall an excellent place centrally located and connected with everything. We highly recommend this place for single travellers, couples, and families.

The room was smelling after smoke. It was a bit disappointing.

The room had many malfunctions; lighting, bathroom ventilation, electric outlets, water drainage, rusty bathroom door handle, broken litter basket. Cigarette burns on the furniture and bed cover. Leaking bathtub drainage. The reception gave me a room key then changed it with another room while I was still standing. So he may have given me the malfunctioning room on purpose after I made my payment upfront. The location is near a car repair compound and the area was noisy till before midnight. The area seemed not safe. The streets were broken down, and not clean.
