You order, it arrives cold 1 hour later. If you want to come and eat, they say there is a rush of orders and we are not taking new orders.

If you're bored one day, make an order. It doesn't matter what. You will not receive what you order, you'll receive a surprise. You want fries? Tough luck, they're sending you gravy instead. You want a large coleslaw? We'll charge you for a large but send you a small one. Their motto should be: "We don't care about you, and we're going to show it!" Awful service.

The food was delicious and hot. However, I find Popeyes' menus incompatible in terms of quantity and price. Either the prices should be more affordable or the portions should be larger. The last menu we received was satisfying, but in our previous orders, there was a considerable difference in size between the menu in the photo and the ones given to us. It costs more than its equivalents. Giving and not being satisfied reduces the possibility of choice.

It arrived 20 minutes after ordering. It was hot when it arrived, very good service. This is the first time I have been satisfied with a fast food chain.
