We joined the Batumi tour as 2 people for New Year's Eve. None of the promises were fulfilled, we were taken to Batumi without a guide, I definitely do not recommend it. If you want to be disgraced with your money, you can choose RUMBATUR. Never again!!!!

What is disgrace? We learned how to be disgraced with Rumbatur. I have participated in tours with many tour companies, but this is the first time I experienced such a terrible tour. I participated in the Batumi tour, but there was not even a guide on our bus. We tried to have fun with our own efforts with the people we met on the bus (God forbid we met them). In short, if you want to be disgraced with your money, you can choose Rumbaturu...!!!

I absolutely did not like it, we were literally embarrassed in Batumi in 3 days, the tour owner only makes promises and then none of them are fulfilled. When he calls and wants to be talked to, he tries to get the upper hand by speaking in the wrong tone. We went to Georgia without a guide with a seemingly professional but amateur organization and were embarrassed with 40 people.

I joined the New Year's Eve Georgia Batumi tour. There was no guide on the tour. We set out with the tour employees who did not know anything about Batumi. Before going on the tour, we were told that dinner would be served at the casino and that no fee would be charged. But when we went, the casino employees said that there was no such practice. They could not find a solution to our problems and kept contacting us. When the employee who was looking for the owner made us talk to the company owner, he said that he could not do anything and that he would handle it on the way back!!! They took us to Batumi and said "Let's travel, it's free time" and disappeared. I suggest you think again before going with this tour.

They mistakenly booked us for a different trip and only informed us the same day of departure. Had to cancel everything and got our 4 days vacation ruined. Thankfully though, they returned the whole paid sum back.

As three friends, we participated in Rumba Tur's two-bus Batumi 4-day, 3-night New Year's Eve tour. The hours and schedule in the tour program were not followed. Although the promised scam casino dinner was not given, apparently to attract customers, the other bus guide and tour staff left everyone at the casino entrance and ran away. There was no guide either. A total of half a day of the holiday was spent waiting in line, hungry and thirsty, due to the unplanned nature of the tour. People were very nervous. Everyone was arguing with each other and the tour officer. Although some passengers of the bus turned the bus into a tavern on the way back, the tour officer did not prevent this. It was too late to arrive in Ankara. I was 1 hour late for work. The whole thing was a complete disgrace from start to finish. Stay away from this tour unless you want to be tortured at the resort. The lack of planning and leveling was at its peak. It was a complete disgrace.

Tura beraber gittiğimiz Hakan bey ve Özlem hanım anlayışlı insanlardı.Olabildiğince yardımcı oldular.Hakan bey yol boyunca ve zaman zaman gittiğimiz yerlerle ilgili veya genel kültür olarak bilgilerini paylaştı.Ancak tur minibüsü çok rahat değildi.Koltuklar sıkışıktı.Seçilen otelin Gebze’de olması da İstanbul’a gidiş gelişlerde trafikte çok vakit kaybetmeye ve özellikle akşam yemeğinin sarkmasına neden oldu.Zaten akşam yemeği için seçilen Eskihisar’daki nostalji cafe oldukça yetersizdi.Cafe’nin deniz kıyısında olması dışında bir özelliği yok.Balık ekmek çok doyurucu değildi ve tost dışında yiyecek birşey de bulamadık.Cafede tuvalet de yoktu.Tuvalet parkta yukarıda bir yerlerdeydi.Gezdiğimiz iki sarayı oradan aldığımız otomatik bilgi veren cihazlarla gezdik.Olumsuz eleştirilerimiz dikkate alınmak yerine geçiştirildi.Bence farklı görüşler de dikkate alınıp düzeltmeler yapılsa çok daha iyi olabilir.

Şehir dışından katılan biri olarak açıkçası tereddüt ederek katılmıştık ama büyük bir mutlulukla ayrılıyoruz. Bozcaada Sığacık turuna katıldık dolu dolu dört gün geçirdik düşünmeden gelmenizi tavsiye ederim. Ayrıca Hakan beye teşekkür ederiz.

Otel neredeyse denize sıfır. Datça zaten bir harika. Şimdi ise Adana, Hatay gurme turuna yeniden başlayacağınızı duyduk. Sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz. Bu arada Hakan beyin araç içi anlatımları, yemeğe lezzetini veren baharatlar gibi.

Eşimle birlikte Rumba Tur'un iki gezisine katıldık.Birincisi trenle Tunceli turu,ikincisi Kıbrıs turuydu.Her iki turumuzda harika geçti.Kaldığımız oteller,yemek yediğimiz restoranlar özenle seçilmiş yerlerdi.Emeği geçen Özlem Hanıma ve Hakan Beye çok teşekkür ederiz.
